Emma helped me find the best foundation color match for me and was very patient and genuinely helpful as I checked my skin tone in multiple lightings. She also helped me shop for a product that would reduce the visibility of my pores. I'm thankful for the help, and left with a sample of foundation, skin primer, and a leave in conditioner that I had my eye on. She was so happy with the results. I watched some of the hair stylists in the salon and they were doing a great job with their clients as well. Everyone was super friendly on the sales floor. I really appreciated their expertise as I did my shopping for skin care. Something you can't get when shopping online. I spent way more than I wanted but it was worth it. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works.
