I have to give a huge shoutout to The Bella Agency, especially Yanice! She was seriously amazing. From the moment she started working on me, I could tell she really cared about getting everything just right. She didn't rush a single thing and made sure I was happy with every part of my look. What really blew me away was that she stayed during my photos to fix any little flyaways and make sure everything stayed in place--like, who does that anymore?! She really went the extra mile, and I felt so taken care of. Plus, she was so easy to talk to. We had such a good convo while she was glamming me up, which honestly helped calm my nerves before everything started. It felt like having a super talented friend by my side. I had my dream wedding at Disney this April, everything was amazing from Disney itself and the other vendors that I used. Sadly, I DEEPLY REGRET having Bella Agency as our hair and makeup artist. Please look at the pics I have posted with this review. One side is my everyday makeup and eyebrows I do myself and the right side of the photo is the makeup I received from Bella Agency!!! * First, they were confused with the copy of timeline THEY PROVIDED and only 2 artists came to attend to 8 people's hair and makeup. * I have told Yanice that I wanted full glam, my nose contoured, brows done and I even texted Yanice the pictcture of the makeup I wanted, but my makeup are so poorly executed, as per pictures... My husband even commented for the first time about my makeup on how "Unlike you" that make up was! I truly should have done my own makeup and gotten a different stylist all other. * The way Yanice did my eyebrows are so laughable, it was so crooked, uneven and they did not appear to have been done by a professional! My eyebrows looked like Ronald Mcdonald! * My eyeshadow were too GLITTERY... so GLITTERY that I told her it was too glittery and it was nothing like the picture I sent her! There was no depth to the eyeshadow. I asked her to take some of the glitter shadow, but she didn't! * The way she did my winged eyeliner was soooo uneven and I told her that the eyeliner was not even at all and that liner towards the tearducts were non existent!!! * She did not apply any nose contouring like I have asked her as evident on the pictures. I should have done my contouring and felt so let down! * Lip liner and lipshade of lipstick was soooo bad. * Although, I asked Yanice that morning that she needed to add to the eyeshadow and fix my eyeliner, I felt that my makeup was so poorly done and we were on a tight Disney schedule and I had to leave at 5.15am for my photos with my vendor photographer and the official bridal portraits at Magic Kingdom that I could not ask her to redo my eyebrows and eyeshadow! * Disney gave us a time line that all hair and make up should be completed by 7.30am SHARP! I got back from the photoshoot at Magic Kingdom around 8am- 8.15am and I noticed that TWO of my friends (one of them is the Officiant for our wedding) still getting their hair and makeup done! Hair and Makeup were RUNNING WELL BEHIND THE SCHEDULE! I took a minute to take a breath in the bathroom and had to leave the room and all I could think about it... Our friend, the Officiant won't be able to make the wedding! * Just before the preceremony photos were to start, the rest of my bridal party finally came down and that's when I heard from each of them that they were UNSATISFIED AND THE MAKEUP & HAIR TEAM WERE RUNNING SOOOOO LATE! * I was not happy at all with my makeup and truly wish I did my own. My wedding started in the morning (I could not redo my makeup because as mentioned, we were running behind), but I has able to literally take off the eyebrow make up Yanice did and I added more eyeshadow and blended it properly in time for the evening event of our wedding. I also, did my nose contour and added blush for the evening event. * A few days after the wedding, I received the sneak peeks and the makeup were so obviously poorly done so, I emailed Bella Agency twice and I did not get any response. I only received a response from her assistant when they saw that I have placed a review on one of the Disney Bride groups. I sent another email as a response when they finally reached out post Facebook group page review. I sent the assistant my complaint along with some pics of my everyday makeup and the makeup they did on my face. The assistant's email was so rude and we arranged a zoom for me and some of my bridal party to discuss what happened. * My Officiant and I had a zoom with Yanice and we told her our experience and the fact that we paid the tag price of service that was not worth the price. We told her that we were running late, most of the bridal party was not happy with the makeup and hair. All Yanice could say was, :We are trained professionals", "We were not running late"... (MAJORITY OF MY BRIDAL PARTY KEPT TELLING THEM THAT THEY WERE RUNNING LATE!), "You should have done a makeup trial".. (So basically victim blaming instead of taking accountability of her poor service", "The bridal party only paid $100+ for makeup"... (Ummm my Bridal party paid OVER $300 EACH for their hair and makeup and I paid almost $1400 plus tip for mine, my Mum, sister and Niece's hair and makeup.. We ALL HAVE RECEIPTS!!!). * I told Yanice NOT to give Me refund, but to give my other Bridal party some type of refund or partial refund, but she said, "No". Citing that they still worked. Yanice stated that all she can offer is a complimentary hair and makeup for me. My wedding is already done and why would anyone go and get serviced from the same botched provider? read more

Yanice and her team are amazing! I don't use anyone else BUT The Bella Agency for my hair and makeup needs! They made me look like a princess for my Disney Fairy Tale Wedding and Magic Kingdom portrait session, and also nailed an old Hollywood Glam look for my portrait session at Hollywood Studios.
