They had a buy 3, get 1 free promotion so we decided to buy 8 wax melts and had such a hard time narrowing it down to just 8! That is because on one side of the shop, they have a wall of different aromas in candle and spray forms. I don't play or know much about Dungeons and Dragons but you can use the scents for a more immersive game experience (it doesn't have to be just for DnD). They have dice of all sorts of colors and designs. 3D miniatures are also available at this store. On the other side of the store are the board games. They have tables for customers to demo play select games. The friendly employee told me they have events and workshops too so just keep an eye on their social media. This store is located in the same plaza as the Aveda beauty school and other stores so this plaza can get busy and parking can be limited depending on time of day. DANGER WARNING I attended a candle making experience in…read moreFebruary for Valentine's with my two daughters and niece. The place was clean & had a large variety of options. Cecilia the owner was pleasant , she supervised our group during the process of picking out the items and while we created the candle. At the end of our visit we paid and were on our way. I used the candle for the first time a couple of months ago and a second time on June 7th. Both times the candle was used in the manner it was intended to be used. I didn't alter the candle, I didn't allow it to burn for longer than an hour, and it was not left near anything that could catch fire. The candle was lit sitting on my bedroom dresser I stepped away to use the bathroom attached to my bedroom and heard an explosion when I ran out my dresser was on fire. I quickly poured water over the fire. The jar I purchased from the establishment combusted that was the loud sound I heard. Thankfully I walked away when I did because where I had been sitting I found pieces of the shard glass! Once the excitement had passed I contacted Cecilia and explained what happened. She stated it wasn't her problem and I explained this was a matter of product liability as she sold me the item and the materials used to create the candle. I explained that she could contact her insurance company because I would like my dresser repaired or replaced. She stated again it wasn't her problem and that I signed a waiver. The waiver doesn't remove her from liability of the item combusting while being used properly. When the candle was lit the second time it was 3/4 full of wax. She became argumentative I told her I didn't want to argue and she could take 24 hours and get back to me. She got back to me a little after the 24 hours with a copy of the waiver I signed , I replied thank you and if that was her final decision she didn't respond. Her behavior has been unprofessional, rude and fails to take accountability for the product she sold me and helped me create. No business owner should feel it isn't their responsibility after such damage was caused. Thankfully I wasn't injured. I really didn't want to make this post as all of the reviews I post are always positive because I know people need to make a living ... if she doesn't make things right I will pursue legal actions through the courts for restitution for my damages.

It was our first visit to this location and was not aware of there closing times. We didn't realize that he left it until we reached home. I called no answer so decided to wait for the next day to pick it up hopefully it will be there. Called one my time and Debbie answers to say let me look in the area where you we're looking and found it . She then asked how far away are you? I replied Lake Mary about 25-30 min after closing. She says I will wait out side in my car for you to come back. Debbie is amazing and now I will always shop at this location.
