Both times I visited and stood in line waiting my turn only one dedicated associate handled both pickups and returns. I had used the app to see what isle it was on. It made it so easy to find and then I used the self checkout and was out in under 10 minutes. I was so proud of myself. Stopped by Target to get a mirror with a light on it plus 5x magnifying. I also needed some batteries. Parking is Always a hassle at this location be prepared to park further away from the entrance than expected, It was about 7:45 pm on Thursday night. The store is moderately busy with customers. The shopping carts are neatly arranged in order, the appearance of the store was pleasant enough and there was no problem of a weird odor coming from the rest rooms at the entrance area. The lights are off at the Starbucks so no blackberry sage refresher for me tonight (lol) Only 2 registered open and then there's the SELF CHECK OUT LANES ....ughhhhhh and 20 minutes later I'm out the door with my purchases. read more

I don't usually shop at Target, but I ran in around 8:45 PM on April 8 to grab something quick and ended up having a really great experience. Albert helped me out and was honestly so nice and super helpful! He went out of his way to make my purchase really easy. He went above and beyond and was just really sweet the whole interaction. What a spectacular experience! Robert working late evening on October 15th was spectacular. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. I needed windshield washer fluid. I walked the entire store looking for a small automotive department. I couldn't find anything. I approached the Customer service desk and Robert though for a moment (maybe 20 seconds)... just long enough for me to think that he was verifying that Target didn't carry it. But then he gave me very specific and accurate directions -- not to an automotive section ... there isn't one ... but to the five bottles of windshield washer fluid on the bottom shelf ... next to a power drill. It's the Saturday afternoon before Christmas, and they're busy. Despite the consistent flow of shoppers, the store was clean, the holiday tunes were bangers, and everyone was in good spirits. My Starbucks order didn't take long at all, and the team members were nice. The warmed pumpkin loaf and seasonal cranberry orange refresher were perfect shopping and sauntering companions. The wait for a register wasn't bad either. The team member was polite and patient. This Target experience was pleasant and positive. And, of course, I picked up more than the two things I needed. I ordered the three lightable ceramic houses ($5 each) and realized one of their chimneys had a quarter inch chip which kept bothering me. Plan is to keep th up all year long so I quickly reordered the same building via the website for pick up and made a quick exchange. I also ordered one of the felt birds without realizing this one is 7 inches tall, which is wonderful! I already have three of the minis. These felt Wondershop items are adorable. read more

I called the Target located in Cassleberry today regarding an issue I was having, I spoke with the customer service department. A younger woman answered the phone sounding incredibly rude. I needed something on an order changed because I unfortunately ran into a small emergency. She was not willing to help at me at all and she wouldn't give me her name either. I leave this review regarding the nasty ATTITUDE of the woman who answers your phones because as a customer who frequents this store, I'm absolutely baffled. Another family member of mine retrieved my order because I was no longer able to, she asked for the woman's name (I asked her to) to which both the manager and other employee didn't want to give her. I wish I could put a name to the person I'm referring to but it seems as though the store already knows who I'm talking about. read more

Look, I'm obsessed with Target. If there is one nearby me, I'm going to it. Even if I don't know what I need. Because that's the thing about Target, you don't know what you need UNTIL you get there. Target kind of let's you know what you need, and that's what I love about the place. Especially this location, due to the relatively non busyness of the place. Everyone is so nice, the store is always immaculately kept, and the prices are Target prices, so you're either really rich, or really poor, but you can still get what you need. read more

This is my closest Target and I've been coming here for over a year now since we moved to Longwood. It's much easier (and quieter) to shop at then most of the other local locations. It's not a super Target so some of the grocery items are limited. But they have a good selection of beer and wine, and a lot of necessities. The store is clean. Parking is hit or miss, definitely a pain during the holidays but there are a lot of spaces. It's next door to a PetSmart and there are a few places to eat right around it, including Taco Bell, Steak n Shake, & Panda Express. There are tons of weekly specials and if you use Cartwheel in the Target app you can usually find extra savings. I always use the app to scan barcodes on all the products I'm buying. Yesterday I saved 15% on air fresheners I was buying anyway and an additional 5% on a grocery item. I love saving $! read more

Target another major retailer like others that is trying to get In to the business of selling not just clothe and school supplies but also food.This particular location use to only sell that but now it added some BUT limited amounts of food like pasta,juice,frozen items and coffee. It is like a maze in here a maze of ailes with clothe,cleaning items, electronics section and house items like towels and sheets etc.. You can do it all here ....prices well they are Target prices, more expensive then else were. The store Is clean but out of about 3 or 4 employees i passed only one asked if I needed assistance's,. They are right next to Petsmart in Casselberry right off 17-92.This location also has a Starbucks inside and sells food and drinks so you can enjoy a cold drink while you shop. I gave it three stars because they were pretty clean inside and everything is laid out well. The good is that Target is nothing like Wal-Mart compare to Wally world that has barely any parking spots and people rushing in to buy stuff like it is the end of the world.Sense they remodeld they moved there Enetertainment section over to the end of the store in the far back and the "Grocery" food section is were the electronics use to be. read more

We just drove here from another Target downtown to get something that was sold out and on clearance. Rayna in customer service was absolutely wonderful and made sure to pull the item and price match it to the other target. She ended up running into us later and made sure we had everything else we needed. Everyone here is so friendly it's like a whole new experience at this Target. read more

Much better experience this time around. Aside from the hit or miss customer service, this location is ideal for the best selection of sizes and inventory. I always hit up this location since the other locations close to me (university location and maguire location) are always super busy and usually run out of items. Pleased to find La Croix curate here. It wasn't even at Publix or Fresh market! Our cashier was actually very pleasant. Quick at ringing us up and we didn't even have to remind him to give us credit for bringing our own recyclable bag! Hope all future visits are this easy breezy! read more

The most insane experience during the pandemic. Every time I go to this location people aren't wearing masks. Including employees. Not even like nose out or around the chin, literally not wearing one at all. Tried to find a manager and what do you know, he wasn't wearing a mask. This is not quite the closest store for me, but I sometimes go to this Target if I'm going to Winter Park, China Town, or surrounding areas. One thing it's got going for it: trees and therefore a few shaded parking spots, a big deal when we're facing heat more months than not - not something that, say, the Lake Mary store can boast. After having gone to a few Targets - albeit infrequently - I still haven't figured out whether they have a standardized layout or not. Otherwise, the store is often clean and looks good. Staff is usually helpful if you need help finding something. Last time I was in on a Sunday afternoon, there wasn't much of a crowd at all. What I've found also is that sometimes, a Target has available merchandise you didn't think they'd have, let alone at a lower price. Case in point was the power steering fluid I needed. I thought, since I'm in here, what does it hurt to feed the Fitbit and see if they have it - sure enough! Lower price than Autozone! Never assume! read more

I had over $200 of merchandise in my cart at checkout around 9:18pm tonight. Only self check out lanes were open which resulted in a line of people waiting. As you can imagine, a cart full of items is not ideal for self checkout and it took about 15min for me to complete the transaction myself and bag all of my items. I asked a nearby employee why no cashier-attended checkout lines were open and she gave a few reasons- 1. It's their policy the last hour of the day to only have self checkout available (I question whether this is just an internal policy created solely to expedite the nightly store closing process, or if it's truly company-wide policy), 2. The 1 cashier they had on staff was on his lunch break, 3. The other cashier called out from work. No apologies. Neither her nor the 2 other employees who were standing around chatting among themselves while a queue of customers formed opened a register to clear the line. When another customer asked one of the two chatting employees if they had a large shopping bag available, they replied with "yea, you'd have to go to the Customer Service desk to get one" then resumed their conversation. I usually write reviews when my experience was either memorably stellar, or deplorable to the point where the blatant laziness/inefficiencies/mismanagement angers me. This experience fell into the latter category. I think a secret-shopper site visit from corporate and/or management keeping a closer eye on their staff processes would benefit this location. read more

This is a very tiny Target compared to my usual one. I came to this one because they had a curtain in stock that I needed. When I got here I loved it because it was little and WAY less crowded! The dollar section was fully stocked with all the teacher supplies I was also looking for. I'll for sure be coming back to this store location when it's time for teacher discounts on school supplies. read more

We are Target over Walmart shoppers 100%, HOWEVER, I may change that after today how we were treated during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Casselberry Target. My family had to make an essential grocery trip and while in the produce section one of the employees of target started laughing and quite vividly bullying my children while we were in our protective gear. They had masks and gloves on of course. The employee told the other employees it was Halloween and my kids were Halloween characters dressed up in the store. The employees did not have any protective gear on at all which I'm not sure why that is not a requirement at this time. This is a global emergency and to bully kids for taking proper precautions is very unacceptable. This store is not supportive and the employees think the virus is a joke. When we decided to tell customer service the manager said it wasn't important which clearly shows this store is not taking the virus serious nor any precautions to keep its customers safe from germs or bullying. read more

This is my local neighborhood Target. I refuse to shop at Wal Mart, so Target is my go to store for home goods, gifts and sometimes apparel. More often then not they are sold out of my size in clothing. You can also purchase on their website, though, with free shipping. I've never had any issues with cashiers or customer service. Their Starbucks is pretty decent as well. I'm not a huge fan of their grocery section, mainly because it is 90% processed foods, but they do have good deals on wine. The clientele at this location is a lot more tolerable than other locations such as Sanford or E Colonial. (Think people of Wal Mart) read more

This is why I don't use self-service. While I am frustratedly trying to scan my cart full of items, not one person tried to stop and help. Multiple Target employees passed me by without a word. The Starbucks inside always gets me! Frap in hand while shopping, how perfect is that. This target has great customer service. I had my car hit while it was parked and I was shopping. They paged car make and model looking for the owner. Once I went up front I called to police to file a report and a manger stayed with me the entire time. I always find great sales here and being a big couponer, target coupons are my best friend! I also love the dollar bins at the front of the store. You can find cute gifts or cheap crafty type items. I am an avid target shopper. I buy everything from groceries, clothes, to even my furniture from target. My home target is the one in Sanford but I unfortunately had to deal with this target because a piece of furniture I wanted was sold out at the sanford location. The customer service I received was nothing like anything I have experienced before. I was treated horribly and if my furniture needs were out of the realm of the employees department they were unwillingly to help. When I asked for help from a man in electronics he spoke to me with such disgust and treated me as if I was so ignorant for even asked for his help. I will never return to this target again. During Covid they have been keeping the store very clean and all staff have been wearing their masks! Although it is not as big as the target I can still usually find everything I'm looking for. I went here because they had an item "in stock" on their website. There was a no hold in store and no pick up option. We drove there to purchase it. When we arrived, they had one available but it was "on hold" for someone. I brought up the point that they couldn't have it on hold because the website didn't allow it. They turned up their noses and were incredible rude and shady about it. We drove pretty far to purchase this item. They didn't care there was a no hold policy whatsoever. This target is a little small I think. It does have a Starbucks inside so that is a big plus! I went in today to get some pumps and some items for my toddler. They only had one pair of pumps. How can you not love Target? This store is always very clean, and the staff friendly. My wife and I just had a baby and often have to visit the baby section. And, I must say, Target has some great baby stuff! We've found their diapers to be very comparable to some of the top name brands, as well as the wipes. We haven't had to try their generic formula yet, but I've heard good things about it. Other than that, Target always seems to have great seasonal decor products as well great seasonal clothing. Let me start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews. ONLY if the experience was memorable to the point of being absolutely stellar... or if it is so horrible that I would hate for anyone else to go through the same.... Only leaving 1 star because that is what is needed to leave a review. I placed a pick up order for formula and am highly familiar with how it works as I always use this at my home store in sanford. 30 minutes go by and I decide to hop In my car and drive to this location and wait in the parking lot for an additional 15 minutes. 45 minutes go by and my order is STILL not ready (mind you this is on a slow Monday night with a bunch of employees aimlessly wandering.) I decided to walk inside to go pick up the order from customer service. When arriving inside the employee told me my order pickup was not ready and that I had to sit and wait the 2 hour time frame. I then told her, I do not mind grabbing the formula myself from the rack, I would just like them to honor the discount that they were offering for both pickup/drive up. she then proceeded to tell me that they can't do that and they would have to refund my original order and ring it out to me with NO DISCOUNT. WHAT IS EVEN THE POINT OF OFFERING THE DRIVE UP SERVICE OR PICK UP IF ITS NOT READY WHEN YOU ARRIVE?!!!!!! Not only was the representative who attended me extremely rude, she was hesitant in involving the manager and also spoke about me through the walkie talkie to her colleagues as If I wasn't right in front of her. THEN, an employee walks up who I assumed was the management as she was carrying my formula. I asked her "Are you the manager?" She then rolled her eyes and said "Nope!" I then asked her "Why do you have attitude do all of the employees here have attitudes?!" Immedietely asked for her manager, Holly, who by the way was just as bad. showed no empathy for my situation and also stated that whatever the sanford store does is not what they do.YOU ARE TARGET!
