They would have received a 5 star review if they did the following- - Offer to fix the broken light upon delivery. (Delivery people broke a light, and nothing has been done to repair) -Delivered when promised- Ordered on a Monday, and was told that Friday, it would be there. It took much longer than that with limited response time. I had time constraints adn would have ordered elsewhere. -Informed me about set up being an extra cost. Antonio greeted us and was friendly and low-key genuinely just wanting to help us with no pressure. The value for the items we got was unbelievable. Most items had very minor wear (a scuff on a chair, a couple of minor scratches on glass tops). We got a dining set, outside bistro set, a coffee table that looked like one from a major designer and a beautiful TV console table. Most importantly our daughter loved being able to pick out pieces knowing she wasn't going to break our bank. Oh and Antonio (along with another man I am sorry I didn't get the name) helped us load our trailer. Highly recommend this store! And lastly, I wish I had know. We were greeted upon arrival and checked on while perusing the isles. At first glance, the store seemed a bit small, which turned out to be incorrect; however, even though they had a good many things, including a very pretty wash basin and vanity desk, the place also served as a sort of boutique with lotions, soaps and other items to delight their older customers. As serious antique customers, we prefer real antique stores and unfortunately did not find that had to have item. I think it says something when the customer, after walking a third of the store, starts looking up other antique stores to visit next. It was worth stopping by; however, we will not be adding Wirewood Market to our favorites list for yearly trips.

There is a decent selection of unique and beautiful hand-made jewelry, vintage tools, gauges, and workshop style equipment available as well. The staff here are welcoming and friendly. Pricing is fair, although some items such as vintage Santa and Elf figurines were priced higher here than other local thrift shops in the area. There is a restroom available to customers who shop here. I didn't purchase anything today, but my mom found a bunch of stuff. She was ecstatic to find three Putz Houses (Paper Houses) that she had to buy. Two were selling for $12.95 each and the other for $4.95. The staff were great and gently wrapped all of my mom's items to protect them for the trip back to NY. The store is immaculate and decorated beautifully, we easily spent 45-mn to an hour here. They also have a little coffee station available for customers shopping here and the coffee is very good. There is a lot to see here and if you know anyone who owns a log cabin or cottage, bring them with you because they will be in heaven! I highly recommend stopping here if you happen to be shopping in the area. I know it won't be our last time shopping here.

I never pass up the chance to stop at Adjectives Market when I am in Central Florida. I have…read morevisited the \Winter Haven and Winter Park locations but this is my first time experiencing their first location which opened in 2012 in Altamonte Springs. Adjectives Market was founded by former attorney Jeremy Thompson and they have now grown to five locations. Adjectives Market sells new, antique, and vintage items. They focus on unique but affordable items. The idea for adjectives came to Jeremy from his love of the kind of vintage markets you find in New York, Atlanta, and Miami. He wanted the store to show how vintage items could be incorporated into modern design. Adjectives was chosen for the name of the store because it represents the large vocabulary one would need to describe it. Each store curates new and vintage inspired home decor. I was blown away but how large this store is. There are multiple rooms filled with furniture and home decor. Everything was so beautifully displayed. They also sell holiday decorations, clothes, accessories, and jewelry from a mixture of artists, home decor experts, and craftsmen. You are sure to find things you have never seen before. This store answers the problem I have when I go to antique malls or stores. You can see an item you love on a dusty shelf but you can't work out in your mind how it will fit into your space. Everything here is displayed in such a thoughtful way that you can easily imagine it in your own home. I especially love to visit when they have all of their holiday decor out. If you are looking for a one of a kind gift, this is the perfect place to shop. I could spend hours exploring this store and I literally want everything. I just wish they would open in South Florida. For now I have to be content with visiting them in Central Florida.

The absolute worst experience from start to finish…read more Salesman Bryan sold me $1800+ of merchandise including a mattress that was out of stock. He told me he would update me with status in a week if not sooner. Never received any status on item. Had to call multiple times to finally learn that the mattress was not ordered because apparently the delivery truck brings a random assortment of items and not what a customer ordered? Crazy that I paid up front for an item that wasn't prioritized. I am also convinced that had i not called and showed up in person that I never would have received any status. I finally canceled the mattress and requested delivery and setup of the furniture items. Again, Bryan was supposed to call to schedule, never heard from him. Had to go in store and speak with manager, Anna to schedule the service. So unprofessional all around. Again, I paid for everything up front and couldn't even receive the courtesy and convenience of a phone call to schedule delivery/setup. Fast forward to delivery-another nightmarish ordeal. The two delivery personnel were rude, immature, and unfriendly. They claimed that they didn't perform setup and could only delivery despite Anna telling me that my items would absolutely be setup. What kind of furniture store wouldn't offer setup? After calling the store, it was finally determined that the delivery men would set up the items. Again, their attitude was appalling. They were clearly angry that they had to perform an additional 30 minutes of work. And the best part? Of course as soon as the items were unboxed, it was discovered that the incorrect hardware was in the box. I suppose the plan was for me to discover this on my own and be unable to setup the items. After receiving instruction from the store manager Anna, the delivery crew came back with correct hardware and setup. It was nearing 9:00pm when they finally finished. It was laughable when finally setup. The dresser I paid over $600 for was ripped up, scratched and just horrifically banged up. Looked used honestly. The bed posts weren't correctly setup. I of course called the store next day to return the item and ask for a refund. Anna was agreeable, but not apologetic and never once offered an apology. My only ask was that different delivery drivers pick up the item as I didn't want the original two back in my house. I was promised a manager would collect the item. But of course the same ineffective crew turned up much to my discomfort. I will never work with this store again or any American Freight. The manner is which I was treated is deplorable and quite frankly the store should be ashamed and embarrassed if this is the highest level of service they can provide. Do yourself a big favor-avoid this chain and service your furniture needs anywhere else. I've had great experiences with Kane's, Rooms to Go, and Cort, etc... You'll deal with professionals in those locations.
