I am a cancer patient with limited stregnth. I was unable to move that sectional on my own. I would've paid extra. Even the TV's on the stands that I thought were just for display are for sale at some really low costs. They also have the option to rent what you see if you're in a more temporary living situation. I needed a king-size bedroom set. I have shopped at your store in the past and decided to look around and elected to purchase a mattress from your Casselberry store. It was a Tommy Bahama brand. After trying it out, it was not acceptable. It was not the quality that I had from my queen size Tommy Bahama purchased several years ago. Two of your associates were able to assist in returning that mattress and shopped for another. One associate was able to find a Kingsdown mattress and worked with to find the most comfortable mattress. I even had my wife try it out. We agreed on the Kingsdown that was setup by the associate. I was willing to pay the extra price hoping the quality was there. It was unfortunate; it was not. It wasn't what we wanted and asked for a refund. I was not happy spending that much money for a bad mattress. Your store manager explained that he was not able to provide a refund but said he would request Mattress Marshall out to inspect the mattress. A representative from Mattress Marshall did show up days later and submitted his findings. I was told that the mattress was bad and to try to pick another. The store associate did again ask me to look for a mattress and I thought once again to go up in cost hoping to find that quality mattress. I had hoped Beauty Rest would have been the one. Once again, we tried it for about two-three months and found ourselves sagging into a hole on either side of the mattress. In fact, the center of the mattress was still firm. Mattress Marshall showed up a second time and took his measurements. It was clear as day the mattress had a dip on my side of the bed. I have attached pictures of the mattress using a level to show how uneven the mattress is. The level is not in one of those divots. You can plainly see the bubble is off to one side. I am stuck with a $4899.00 poorly constructed mattress. In a matter of speaking, I have two black eyes. I feel that I have been taken advantage of by the poor quality of the manufactures and yes, Baer's who is the distributer. My wife now sleeps in the guest room as she works full time and requires good quality sleep. I would like this mattress out of my house and a full refund. Do I think I am going to get it? No! But I am going to try my hardest to do just that. I am disgusted with how this whole ordeal and wished I had gone elsewhere. I ask you and Baer's to do the right thing and provide quality vs sales by replacing this mattress or take back the mattress and refund my money. At first glance, the store seemed a bit small, which turned out to be incorrect; however, even though they had a good many things, including a very pretty wash basin and vanity desk, the place also served as a sort of boutique with lotions, soaps and other items to delight their older customers. As serious antique customers, we prefer real antique stores and unfortunately did not find that had to have item. I think it says something when the customer, after walking a third of the store, starts looking up other antique stores to visit next. It was worth stopping by; however, we will not be adding Wirewood Market to our favorites list for yearly trips.

The staff were great and gently wrapped all of my mom's items to protect them for the trip back to NY. The store is immaculate and decorated beautifully, we easily spent 45-mn to an hour here. They also have a little coffee station available for customers shopping here and the coffee is very good. There is a lot to see here and if you know anyone who owns a log cabin or cottage, bring them with you because they will be in heaven! Adjectives Market was founded by former attorney Jeremy Thompson and they have now grown to five locations. Adjectives Market sells new, antique, and vintage items. They focus on unique but affordable items. The idea for adjectives came to Jeremy from his love of the kind of vintage markets you find in New York, Atlanta, and Miami. He wanted the store to show how vintage items could be incorporated into modern design. Adjectives was chosen for the name of the store because it represents the large vocabulary one would need to describe it. Each store curates new and vintage inspired home decor. I was blown away but how large this store is. There are multiple rooms filled with furniture and home decor. Everything was so beautifully displayed. They also sell holiday decorations, clothes, accessories, and jewelry from a mixture of artists, home decor experts, and craftsmen. You are sure to find things you have never seen before. This store answers the problem I have when I go to antique malls or stores. You can see an item you love on a dusty shelf but you can't work out in your mind how it will fit into your space. Everything here is displayed in such a thoughtful way that you can easily imagine it in your own home. I especially love to visit when they have all of their holiday decor out. He told me he would update me with status in a week if not sooner. Never received any status on item. Had to call multiple times to finally learn that the mattress was not ordered because apparently the delivery truck brings a random assortment of items and not what a customer ordered? Crazy that I paid up front for an item that wasn't prioritized. I am also convinced that had i not called and showed up in person that I never would have received any status. I finally canceled the mattress and requested delivery and setup of the furniture items. Again, Bryan was supposed to call to schedule, never heard from him. Had to go in store and speak with manager, Anna to schedule the service. So unprofessional all around. Again, I paid for everything up front and couldn't even receive the courtesy and convenience of a phone call to schedule delivery/setup. Fast forward to delivery-another nightmarish ordeal. The two delivery personnel were rude, immature, and unfriendly. They claimed that they didn't perform setup and could only delivery despite Anna telling me that my items would absolutely be setup. What kind of furniture store wouldn't offer setup? After calling the store, it was finally determined that the delivery men would set up the items. Again, their attitude was appalling. They were clearly angry that they had to perform an additional 30 minutes of work. And the best part? Of course as soon as the items were unboxed, it was discovered that the incorrect hardware was in the box. I suppose the plan was for me to discover this on my own and be unable to setup the items. After receiving instruction from the store manager Anna, the delivery crew came back with correct hardware and setup. It was nearing 9:00pm when they finally finished. It was laughable when finally setup. The dresser I paid over $600 for was ripped up, scratched and just horrifically banged up. Looked used honestly. The bed posts weren't correctly setup. I of course called the store next day to return the item and ask for a refund. Anna was agreeable, but not apologetic and never once offered an apology. My only ask was that different delivery drivers pick up the item as I didn't want the original two back in my house. I was promised a manager would collect the item. But of course the same ineffective crew turned up much to my discomfort. I will never work with this store again or any American Freight. The manner is which I was treated is deplorable and quite frankly the store should be ashamed and embarrassed if this is the highest level of service they can provide. Do yourself a big favor-avoid this chain and service your furniture needs anywhere else. I've had great experiences with Kane's, Rooms to Go, and Cort, etc... You'll deal with professionals in those locations.
