So instead of taking this feedback as constructive criticism and modifying their packing practices, the owner insults customers' intelligence as if they are the only place with "high quality" chocolate that gets hard. Also the employee giving 8 berries is completely irrelevant to anything, more than likely they were smaller berries than normal or it was near closing and there were extra. I would rather have gotten 6 separated berries.

For drinks, they have coffee, refreshers and matcha. All of which can be customized. I ordered an iced latte with 2% milk and it was very smooth. They also have build-your-own breakfast and lunch sandwiches with your choice of bread. I ordered a croissant with eggs, avocado and cheese. The croissant was warm, flaky and buttery. The eggs were perfectly creamy and the sandwich wasn't overly salty. I could tell everything was made fresh and it was delicious. It was also very reasonable. For a coffee and the sandwich, which was pretty big, it was only $13. My friend and I ordered everything to go but the sandwiches took a little while. We ended up sitting at a table that had a deck of cards and we played one of our favorite games. We really enjoyed having something to do while waiting. They were all phenomenal! The savory croissant was packed with ham and cheese. The pistachio & raspberry was not sweet so it pairs perfectly with a coffee. My favorite was the almond croissant. Definitely the best I've ever had. The texture was almost cake like and the almonds were plentiful. I'll be stopping by their location the next time I'm in Orlando.

Again, on the menu they state it takes time which it took about 10 minutes. The burrito has these fluffy eggs that really taste homemade - I felt like I was eating something from a friend's kitchen. The teas are great, and they sell it by the ounce, have prepackaged gifts, lots of fun trinkets, and you can smell all the teas and then even order a cup or two and sit there and drink it. They also have a little sample station with a tea of the day, and sugars and whatnot to put in your hot cup of tea.
