The young lady that was there the first two days was so kind, and remembered us and things we purchased. Today I met the owner/product creator. We chatted about how he makes everything in house! Such a kind man who takes pride in his business. Everything we have purchased so far- hand soap, dish soap, face wash, laundry detergent, lotions, bar body soap - has been incredible. The quality is unmatched. I can pronounce every natural, non toxic ingredient. I love the zero waste, refilling aspect of this store too. I purchased glass and wheat (plastic alternative) bottles from them and the refill process is so easy. I'll be back! Again and again and again!

There's parking out front and the two times I've gone I've found a spot right away. Lufka describes their shop as an online and IRL store for "sustainable, zero-waste essentials. From eco-friendly cleaning supplies to handmade body and hair care, we offer high-quality, lovingly crafted products that are good for you and the planet." I went in with a glass bottle to fill with laundry detergent (they have bottles, or you can bring any receptacle you have on-hand for them to weigh the product). We also grabbed some hair conditioner and a metal tongue scraper. All in all, it was a simple process and I feel so much better refilling this bottle rather than filling landfills with more detergent bottles (70% don't get recycled, even if you try).

Edit: due to the owner's response, it did in fact attach in the altar room. The other two rooms (the one with the crystals with the register and the one in between the crystal and the altar room were fine). I won't say the place is haunted, but two powerful deities (one being accepted as a well-known Dark Goddess who is also my primary Spirit Guide) had to get involved in helping me get rid of the thing that had attached to me. I also ended up throwing out the selenite that I had purchased due to it attaching to it as well. Needless to say I am forbidden from going back.

The staff are very nice and friendly people. Very knowledgable about crafting candles. If you ever mess-up, they can always fix it. Also, there are different scents you can make your candle in. Very creative and it's a good gift to buy for loved ones. These design-your-own shops are very rare to find nowadays and this is a good way to spend time with your friends and family and learn how candles are made. They let me help with dipping a candle and even showed me how to shape a candle too. The pieces they have on display are very pretty and the colors are absolutely beautiful. We ended up buying three candles with an LED flame less candle light to put in the bottom part. They said that they want to eventually host classes for little ones which sounds exciting because my daughter had fun playing with the soft wax. Overall very nice people and their product is very good handmade quality. Look forward to visiting them in the future to see what else they will be offering.

I am very conscious of the prices for everything when I shop in these stores, but I can almost always find something. On this particular visit, I didn't make a purchase, but as usual, they had quite a few food items that I can find at other locations and I keep in mind for when they need arises. I've been really considering a new vacuum cleaner, and I have found some really good deals on them here but my only issue is that every one of them does wet and dry and they are all remanufactured products. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with them, but I am looking for just a regular dry vacuum cleaner. Either way I have to save up the money to get one. I have found quite a few kitchen items that I would find useful, but I just don't have room for at the moment. I always check their book section and quite frequently. I find something worth reading. Like the other locations I have been to. I received a greeting when I came through the front door and multiple employees were pleasant to me and offered assistance as I was shopping. As they have an ever-changing in inventory they are definitely worth checking out on a regular basis.
