This is my favorite location to do an Amazon return (which is now at returns in the back of the store) because they give you coupons with every return to Amazon. I walked out with a 15% off coupon this time (sometimes it's a flat $5) and a dress that cost me $3.59. You can't beat the price even if it's not your favorite dress lol. The service is always great but they only have registers on one side now and not at both doors. So park on the right hand side if you can to make leaving easier. read more

Well this Kohl's has a friendly staff, I am not a big fan of the Kohl's brand. Though I will say, I do seek it out for when they have specials. On this particular one, I was looking for a particular t-shirts. They did not have that shirt in the particular size I needed at the location closer to my house, so I headed over here. I must give a particular round of applause to Lucy at the checkout. She was wonderful and certainly a great addition to the Kohl's team. This location is not far off of 417 and is next door to a Walmart. Be advised that you do have to turn up the side street to get in there, but all in all, it is a very convenient location. Kohl's, like most stores, has pluses and minuses. If you are a fan of Kohl's, this is a great location to head towards. If you are not a fan, avoid the place. 3.75 Late on Saturday night, I placed an order via the website for two pajamas, which were available at the Oviedo location. With the available $10 coupon, the pair came out for $20 each. I drove down today to do the pick up, but since I had not done this before at this store, I walked into the customer service area. The person explained that I would need to walk to where the bins were, which was not very clear that they were close to the customer service area. I had walked halfway down the store before finding an employee and another customer who directed me to the correct area. The bag was in a bin where there were around 200 others holding items. I stopped by to pick up an online order and do an Amazon drop off. I love that they have Amazon dropoff as an option since it saves me so much time in those situations. While I was in the store I took advantage of trying to find a new pair of jeans (which, for me, is so difficult). The are so many choices between women's and Juniors with different cuts and styles all throughout the store to choose from. Thanks to such an amazing sales associate named Noelia, She really went above and beyond to helping me find the perfect pair. She asked a lot of questions to determine what style, color or brand I was looking for. And even after all the pairs I had picked to try on, she still brought me three more pairs to the fitting room. Beware of this place..... first of all their selection of manikins is plentiful, but every time I carry, one to the counter, they yell at me that they're not for sale. I walked in and no one even offered to carry me or my son. Have you no customer service?!?!? If you're in to self service department stores then you'll love this place.... I had to try on all my own close because no one else would. No bathroom attendant so had no one to spray cologne on me and expect a $5 tip (pretty annoying not having cologne in the bathrooms after i just laid waste in there). The best thing Kohl's did for its business model is partner with Amazon! Now they accept most online returns from Amazon in their stores, as long as you go through the proper steps to process your return online first with Amazon. The customer service desk in the back of the store will help you with the rest. You don't even need to worry about packaging up your item, as they will do that for you. The merchandise in the store is spendy, but they have a lot of coupons and promotions that make the prices a little more reasonable. They have tons of clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses, and home items for you to peruse. The partnership Kohl's has with Amazon will definitely bring more people in the store, but they will have to win me over on the prices to get me to buy more from them. read more

A large, clean store in my opinion. They do offer Amazon returns (I think many...if not all stores offer this now? Correct me if I'm wrong). I was in the area and had an item I needed to return. The process was quick and easy...the best part is the Kohl's discount coupon you get when you return an Amazon product! This store is very wide and spans a good amount of area. Unlike some other Kohl's locations, this one does not have a second floor. All in all, the store was nicely laid out. I've been to other Kohl's in the area and they always seem picked over and everything is in disarray. But this one always seems to have clothes in stock and in a variety of sizes. And everything is neat and easy to find. The dressing rooms are clean. The return desk is nice and easy and they do Amazon drop offs which is amazing. Couldn't think of anything else you would need. I've been to this store a handful of times and have never had a positive experience. Customer service is definitely not a focus! The staff are not helpful and they are uninformed. No one I've asked for questions seems to know the answer, to anything. (Where can I find slippers? Do you sell tights and, if so, what direction are they in? Etc). They are often too busy chitchatting with one another to even bother to look up when you try to ask a question and you're made to feel like a nuisance. The racks are mostly in disarray, in no particular order, and not sized correctly. An XS sweater is on a M hanger, as an example. The fitting rooms aren't cleaned out and you're left with other people's clothes in your stall. Also, if you'd like to make a return, don't waste your time waiting at the register like at any other store. You'll be directed to the back of the building to customer service where a super enthusiastic and friendly (note the sarcasm) attendant will assist. I've avoided this store for a long time and, after today, can't see myself returning ever again. read more

I know I should be forgiving because this is Back-to-School time and people are Kohl's crazy, but this place was a pigsty! Shoes everywhere! Clearance and regularly priced items mixed up. Clothes and handbags on the floor. I couldn't really shop because I was so distracted by the mess. I came to look at shoes for my daughter and the selection was pretty picked over. There was a shoe that I liked on display, but it was in the wrong section, so I couldn't find its match or any boxes with that shoe in it. I find that Kohl's is very expensive for what you're buying. I mean, if you're selling Carter's clothing in a non-Carter's store, I expect your prices to be under the suggested retail price. I know that there are people that know how to shop Kohl's, so they only shop sales, use Kohl's bucks, and combine them with coupons and discounts that they get for having Kohl's credit cards. I just don't appreciate department stores that charge one price to "members" and a totally separate price for "nonmembers." If you want to have a member's only club, have a membership card like Sam's. I don't want to be a part of your cluttered department store anyway. read more

They built this Kohl's about a year before I moved out of state, and I never had a chance to visit it. It was much easier to visit the store at Waterford Lakes with Circuit City and Home Depot next door. I was shocked to see that they'd built so much around this store, considering that the mall is looking empty. I love Kohl's for various reasons, and if you have their credit card, the extra discounts, which are likely already built into the prices, make you feel you've saved (up to) the reported 70 %. If for nothing else, their Apt. 9 towels are worth it. I've got a couple of light jackets that I bought on clearance. The person at the Men's register was extremely friendly, and made me feel that I was welcome, which isn't always the case in Central Florida. If you don't find something on clearance, wait for their Levi's sales. I always find something. They're like Beall's, only less Florida since they're a national chain. This may be a small store, but they have much, much smaller stores. read more

Kohls always has great deals so it was no surprise that almost every item I looked at was on sale, plus they advertised a 20 % coupon on television that I was able to pull up on my phone and use upon checkout. The store is usually very well organized, but there were a few messy spots where shoppers were digging for even more bargains and I didn't see too many sales associates. However, the great deals I got more than made up for this. I bought a classy Vera Wang work dress that I saved about 50% on and an everyday tank top for less than $10. I then earned $5 in "Kohls cash" and signed up for their reward program so that I can continue to earn rewards and special coupons. Kohl's customer service is beyond disappointing. After dealing with a customer service representative on the phone on May 4th, 2020 around 2:30 pm. During the call, I mentioned all about the defer payment for the COVID-19 crisis. I felt as though the customer service representative was ignoring my concerns and simply trying to end the call. Apparently, I was correct. For the past two years, we charge lots of items to our card and my wife, and the lack of common courtesy, not to mention loyalty, is disgusting. The rep's intention was not to defer my payment of credit me the late fee that I got charged for it, she should have more compassion and that the whole USA needs each other for this. Loyalty is not in some of the people that work for Kohls, and for that reason, I just close my account. read more

This Kohl's is the best kept secret of the UCF Area. In comparison to the Kohl's at Waterford Lakes this Kohl's is organized, clean, rarely crowded, and fully stocked. I love shopping here for all of these reasons. The dressing rooms are always free of clothes and although management may not like it, they don't really enforce how many items for the dressing rooms which is really nice as a customer since it allows you to try on everything at once instead of the usual counting out six at a time. I was casually speaking with a cashier about how I was upset they didn't have my size in a shoe I wanted even though I had come twice in one month to check and she offered me a "friends and family" discount of 10% and told me that she appreciated my loyalty. Although that 10% discount saved me only $3.50 at the time - it was such a generous and appreciated act I will never shop at another Kohl's as long as I'm living in the area. This Kohl's is definitely one of my favorite places to shop and if it's a bit out of your way I'd like to let you know it's certainly worth the drive. read more

This is a relatively new Kohl's store opened up maybe 4-5 years ago. The store layout is nice and well organized. Not too much interaction with the staff when they are around, but usually, when I need something, I know what I'm looking for and can go straight to what I need. The selection in the men's department is good. A good variety of items to choose from and at pretty good prices. This is a nice store that I would have given 4 or 5 stars if they would maintain their fitting rooms. I was here last week and bought a dress and saw this fitting room. Again I am here and this seat in the fitting room still looks soiled and moldy. It's disgusting and ridiculous that management hasn't removed it from the room. If they can't get it cleaned then a temporary replacement chair should be put in place until they can get a replacement. Nobody wants to sit on this or put their clothes on it. Not much in terms of service here. You get what you need and go pay up front. Seems to be the way clothing stores are headed these days. Store was well stocked, not very neat but at least the store itself was clean. It's at a great location for us. We typically do our shopping at JCP but it's not always convenient for us to drive to Altamonte Mall for that. This location is convenient at 12-15 minutes away and next to Super Wal-Mart so we combine our shopping. 3 stars due to the store needing to be tidy and service was somewhat lacking. I love this Kohl's better than any other ones that I've been in. Everything is organized in here whereas other Kohl's I've been in it looks like a hurricane hit it everything's a mess. When you walk in here to Cashiers greet you with a smile people are very helpful and it's a clean store. Basically you can always find what you're looking for. They are very coupon friendly and if you forgot your coupon they have coupons at the register that will help you also. I love their jewelry there and have bought a lot of 14-karat gold there at cheap prices. They have a big selection of kids clothes men's clothes and women's plus clothes. I love Kohl's and using my coupons there and getting Kohl's cashback for shopping there. My wife and I come to this Kohl's a lot. But, before you shop here, I would caution you: be prepared. Kohl's is awesome if you want to save money on clothes and shoes, but you need to make sure that you have three things: a Kohl's credit card, coupons and their rewards card. It possible to find great deals without, but they really give back to people that invest completely in their business model. They're constantly running BOGO sales, clearances, and percent off sales. One of the best things is Kohl's cash. When you spend money, you get a rebate (like a gift card) that you can use like cash on your next visit. It's a great way to save money and really get the things you need. My wife and I buy almost all of our work attire and summer attire her; heck, we buy almost all of our clothes here. Shoes and jewelry too! I would recommend it for sure, but only buy what you need. Like I always say: just because you have a coupon or it's a great deal, doesn't mean you need to spend the money. Once in a while you can get a good deal there but they are generally overpriced. Ladies- if you are too old for teenybopper clothes and too young for the frumpy grandma clothes, you're out of luck unless you like peasant shirts, rhinestones and 50 variations of a flower pattern. They have a small selection of athletic wear but it's all soccer shirts made out of that weird nylon material in hideous neon pink and orange. They don't have plain graphic tees (unless you like the frumpy flower patterns) either. I tried looking for clothes for my daughter and they were all loud neon colors and very short shorts, not at all appropriate for a 6-year-old. Shop somewhere else! read more
