It seems like every time I go to Nordstrom Rack, I'm on a time crunch and can never spend as long as I'd like shopping around. I could honestly spend hours browsing here, but I do need to be looking for something specific in order to have success. I love to shop here for shoes and clothing brands that I love at more affordable prices. Most recently I was looking for leather loafers for work and shorts for summer. I was able to find both! I got some very comfortable Cole Haan loafers and a couple pairs of athletic shorts/skorts, plus a pair of jean shorts. They had some really cute pajamas as well, but I used self control and did not purchase them. I also love to shop here for toddler shoes for my son. They have discounted Adidas, Converse, New Balance, etc. in his tiny size and they are just adorable. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Nordstrom Rack location today. While I was using the restroom, there was only one available stall because the other was out of service. Several customers became impatient, knocking loudly on my stall door, rattling the other stall door, stomping outside the stall, and creating an uncomfortable environment. I understand that the behavior of other customers is outside the store's control. However, what was disappointing was how the situation was handled by an employee. Instead of checking on me with professionalism or helping de-escalate the situation, the employee came into the restroom to tell me there was a line waiting, rolled her eyes, and made facial expressions that felt dismissive and inappropriate. Rather than making me feel safe or respected, I felt embarrassed and pressured while simply using the restroom. I later contacted customer service and spoke with an assistant manager because I felt the employee's behavior was unprofessional. I hope this feedback reaches corporate so employees are reminded to treat customers with respect and sensitivity, especially in situations involving privacy. read more

Experience is always pretty good here. This time there wasn't too much that I was interested in. I feel like it is a bit pricey for the material of some of the clothing. I feel like unless if you're getting something specifically name brand that you cannot find at Ross or Burlington then it will be good, but I don't feel that they have that many trendy pieces they have a few and then most of it is just collared stuff. Like collared shirts and all different styles, but all with a collar. The shoes also.. there are only a few that you cannot find at Ross, but as far as the sandals and stuff like that, if they are Calvin Klein or Steve Madden and Dolce Vita, those are going to be way more expensive here than at Ross or Burlington. Other than that it's still a fun place to shop. I just didn't see anything this time around and spent so long almost an hour and a half and couldn't really find anything but one bag and a pair of seamless shorts. read more

I had by the store, I talked to the store clerk about selling items there that were of higher end brand. And they told me if it was shoes of purses you didn't need an appointment but for clothing you did and I had both so I set up an appointment for a month later. I showed up for my appointment and as I was taking the items the car the lady working there came out and met me outside. She said do you have a drop off? I said yes. She asked do you have an appointment? and I said yes I do for 11am. She then looked at the top of the bags didn't even go through anything and said oh this isn't anything that I want so I'm not gonna waste your time. She wasted my time. I could've been selling those items somewhere else during that month waiting for that appointment.. read more

Beware of Used Clothing! Kind of sucks actually as I love shopping at Nordstrom Rack, especially for shoes. I get that people return things, but there were a pair of golf shoes that had lots of grass in the spikes. C'mon man! Don't put that clearly worn CRAP on the shelves and pretend you're selling new stuff. This isn't Play it Again Sports, it's Nordstrom! I love discount stores and I'm so glad to finally live by a Nordstrom Rack, especially because they're great for business wear. I typically shop for business tops and bottoms, sunglasses, and home items. For this location... Pros: great selection of clothing, good value, friendly staff. Nordstrom Rack is the discount version of Nordstrom. You can find many high end items here from name brand sunglasses, clothing, jewelry, hand bags, and shoes. I don't come here often but when I do, it's mostly for shoes. On my most recent visit, I was on a mission to purchase comfortable heels for an upcoming work conference I'm facilitating. Which means lots of walking from one conference room to the next. I'm a scrubs and gym clothes and sneakers kind of gal, so walking in heels is a major challenge for me. Nordstrom rack has a pretty good selection of shoes, so I was happy when I found a pair of heels I can walk comfortably in for the next 3 days for 12 hours each day. The pair I snagged are aerosoles brand which are engineered for comfort and elevated style for every step of the way. I know you're probably thinking.. " are there a such thing as comfortable heels ?" I know you are because I was thinking the same thing . When I slid my feet into those aerosoles heels, I knew I had found the perfect shoe. They were lightweight and comfortable. It had a little chunky heel with a well balanced arch. I'm a size 7. I got the size 7W with the aero fly insole so if in case my feet swell (and they do when I wear heels), I have enough wiggle room for my feet to breathe. Plus they are chic and stylish. I can wear these for any conference that requires me to facilitate. read more

Nordstrom Rack is the discount outlet for this popular and high end store. They have some decent deals and some not so decent deals. If you look long enough, you might find a great deal. This particular location is in a spacious shopping center in Wonter Park, so parking is definitely not a problem and this location is more convenient and less touristy than their location over by the Millenia Mall. All in all, it was a good experience. I would recommend a visit here. Plus, as an added bonus, it is in the heart of plenty of other shopping sources, restaurants, there is even a Whole Foods right by it, so I managed to pick up a few things there, as well. read more

After looking at the return policy on Nordstrom Racks website it says "for eligible late returns received up to 60 days after order or purchase date, your refund will be credited to a gift card in the amount of your purchase." My return of 2 items {with tags and receipt} was returned 42 days after the date of purchase. This further supports my frustration with the attitude of the cashier. This is more about how being short staffed, etc has become an excuse to have a crap attitude. I have worked in customer service for many years and understand the difficulties that this profession can present. This economy is garbage and for people to still choose to spend their money here, this company should be grateful and have employees who at the very least professionally represent their company vs ones who represent it miserably. Ah, discount stores, you get me every time! I love a deal. Like LOVE a deal. So, when you make a store full of deals, I'm there! This location has a bonus to it in that it has a large parking lot that makes it easy to find a space and get down to hunting out those bargains like a boss. I particularly enjoy the shoe and makeup sections. Basic. I know, but it's what I like, and I own that. It's mostly a clean store and easy to shop around. I went to Nordstrom Rack in Winter Park for 2 items: a light weight rain jacket and a pair of slide on sneakers.There were no rain coats or jackets of any kind.The shoes were mixed up with sizes in the wrong areas.Many of the shoes had been worn before.Boxes did not match shoes inside. I hate that I have to rate it two stars because I had such a pleasant interaction with the cashier that checked me out, however, there's a few things that made me uncomfortable about this place. First, masks are not required. Most of the customers are not wearing masks anymore. This made me feel sad because the employees seemed like they were being extra careful they had shields on and gloves. It seems like the store policy is not something that the staff agrees with. I felt they were being extra careful because the customers were not. I went to a similar store and masks are still required so I was a bit confused. Although the place is very large, it still feels packed and people were in my space as I was shopping. The clothing racks are on top of one another and it's hard to move around because of it. I wish they would spread out the merchandise more so that it's easier to walk around and browse. A pretty typical Nordstrom Rack. This is a great place for shopping if you're looking for a great deal. You can find some nice expensive designer pieces at bargan prices. A fun place to go and spend a lot of time hunting through "racks" for hidden gems. If there is something specific you're looking for that you can't find here (as recently happened to me), you're probably better off looking on their website. But, if you're going in just looking for something more general or don't have an\ything in mind at all, Rack is a great place to get lost in bargan hunting for a while. Stopped in earlier today to see what this store was all about. Upon entry, there was a sanitizer station available which was cool. I feel as though the store packed maybe too much product into one building and it was kind of overwhelming to weed through. I did find a top I was going to buy, but noticed the line was a bit long (and I was in a bit of a hurry) so I put it back on the rack and left. This is nuts. I was under the impression this was a bargain driven store? Granted I was a "tag along" for this trip so I really wasn't looking for anything really. The men's section is maybe 1/8th of the square footage (typical of our closet footage at home too) so, you might get lucky if the gender is XY focused. Which I didn't get lucky. The color leather belt I could have used was not in my size and the pair of marked down 49% sandals for $95.00 ended all my interest in looking further at anything else. read more

I don't think I've ever understood the hype of Nordstrom rack until this past week when I desperately needed a pair of nice heels for a business presentation. I made my way on a late Friday afternoon because they had a shoe sale which I specifically was looking for. The best part about this shopping complex is the plentiful parking lot! It's huge and very easy to find a spot. The store itself is very clean and organized, though overwhelming with all of the stuff in there! The shoe area is organized by size (duh) but also by type of shoe so it was that easy to find what I was looking for AND I found a great deal for the shoe I was looking for! I ended up finding a similar style at another store so I didn't keep the shoes but the return at Nordstrom was seamless. I was in and out in maybe 4 minutes. I'll definitely keep this store in mind for future needs! read more

Super excited to find out a Nordstrom Rack was opening so close to me. I visited over the weekend, didn't go on opening day. The store layout is nice and easy to find what you're looking for. This Rack has a wide variety of women shoes and all the shoes seem to be marked down more than other stores. I love it, I found a couple pairs of leather boots for so cheap,it was a steal. There's also a wide selection of size 9 shoes on clearance, which I feel is never the case at other stores. For clothing I'd say it's pretty limited, there isn't a huge selection. Although, this location does carry more name brands, even better than the Miami locations, with lots of Ted Baker clothing and Trina Turk. The sales associate said they will have the clear the rack sale around Easter, offering an additional 25% off on clearance. I'll be visiting then to catch some good deals. For years I've frequented other off price retailers and never stepped foot in a Nordstrom Rack. It's always been hit or miss for me, and I chalked it up to the type of store it is. Not at Nordstrom Rack, every time I step foot inside there are plenty of items I find that work for me. I have so much trouble finding clothes that fit me properly (respectively I think most do) however I've always left this store with a wish list or a receipt a mile long. I especially love their shoe section, i'm a size 7, 7 1/2 and I feel as though that's a common size which results in not much of a selection typically. I have at least two aisles here to choose from which is amazing. I can only speak for the women's section, but they also have kids and men's sections which I have never shopped in. On top of everything else the staff is very friendly, and they do a great job at keeping the floor organized and clean which always makes shopping more pleasurable. I've always been pleasantly surprised at the selection, and I can't wait to go back for more shopping. read more

Cons: unfortunately they just fell short in other places, I walked in and not one person asked if I needed anything, no customer service? Really? This is a nice Nordstrom Rack and it gets a bonus for being in Winter Park. Now you don't have to drive all the way down to Millenia or the outlets. This location is in the new shopping center with Whole Foods where Lee Road dead ends into 17-92. Ok, so Nordstrom Rack isn't my favorite designer discount store. It's probably second to Neiman Marcus Last Call. But they do have a nice selection at lower prices. At this store they have purses and wallets, shoes, cosmetics, children's clothing and shoes, men's, women's, a limited selection of pajamas and underwear, as well as luggage. My husband found a great pair of Tommy Bahama jeans for $35. I didn't buy anything but among other things of note I saw Calvin Klein and Natori bras priced at $20-$40 and they had lots of sizes even up to a size G cup. If you're looking for higher end items go to the Designer row section. In the shoes they had a pair of Tori Burch black flats for $149. Speaking of shoes they had a ton of shoes - at least two rows in my size alone and a bunch of clearance shoes too. I'll be back to this store and needless to say I'm happy that Nordstrom has opened up on this side of town. read more

This was my first visit to a Nordstrom rack location, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. I was interested in purchasing a pair of shoes that were not priced. I asked an associate in the shoe department what the price was and she took them to the back for pricing. She returned stating that they were a clearance price of $10.99. I went to the check out counter and the cashier stated it was the wrong price. There were approximately 7 associates standing around staring which made it not only unprofessional, but uncomfortable. One of the cashier's stated that usually they are supposed to honor the price. Corrine was called to assist which I believe was in management, she immediately refused to honor the price of the $39 Converse shoes. The two cashier's continued to talk amongst themselves as to how they just purchased the same shoes for $39 and how impossible that was etc... Not only was this experience a horrible first impression, but I will never again think of shopping at a place where $30 appears to be much more important than customer experience. I believe they should have accepted their error, honored the price and given the associates the proper training on how to avoid a future incident as this one. read more

I am not a big fan of the clothing, but I do like the shoe section. However, my complaint with the store is with their return policy. I tried to return something past their 45 day return policy (which I didn't know of at the time) and they wouldn't take it back because my receipt noted that I had purchased it about 4 months before. However, if you do not have a receipt, you may be able to get some of your money back as a gift card. So the lesson is throw away your receipt as soon as you buy something - you won't need it and it may cost you money. I could understand the return policy if the store was selling current clothes, but this is Nordstrom Rack which is basically selling the things that they couldn't sell at Nordstrom, so you can't say that these things are out of style - because they were out of style by the time they get there, right? read more

I love coming into this store for good deals and not having to pay a fortune for designer clothes, bags, makeup, shoes, everything. This was an exciting day when this store opened in the plethora of new businesses around the Lee Road / winter park area . This new store is located next to the new Whole Foods market . Lots and lots of stuff to shop for . From Men and women's clothes to makeup to shoes to purses and home items . They had it all . I like how everything is organized by size but you do have to have some patience to hunt for what you want . The clearance racks have really good markdowns . I found a pair of white Capris that were retailed at 89 dollars and I paid 13.00 dollars for . They are extremely comfortable and they fit great ! The store is sectioned off well and the prices do seem lower than a lot of places for high end items but once again you will need to be prepared to hunt a bit . The employees are very helpful and the lines are well organized . Of course while you are in line there are impulse items available . My daughter saw the Lumee case that was about 30 dollars cheaper than what she had paid for it . It is definitely work checking out !! read more
