This is one of my favorite Dillard's. The staff is always helpful, I usually find something I want. Even if I don't, I still enjoy browsing this store. One of the main reasons I like Dillards is their clearance stuff. Whether it's shoes, shirts, slacks, or other stuff (sadly, no scents on clearance, every), they usually have a good deal on something. I still wish they'd change their name. Dillard's just doesn't have a nice ring to it. I think the quality of goods is on par with Macy's, but they'll never get their due. But I'll still shop here. read more

The mall itself is eerily dead and not worth a visit unless you're local. However, my dad was on a mission to purchase new cologne, and Jay at the mens cologne counter went above and beyond with his customer service! He helped my dad sample multiple brands and fragrances before settling on polo 67, and in addition to landing on that scent, Jay provided my dad with a polo tote bag and various cologne samples to dabble into something different in the future! Jay showed us that this dead mall has some hidden gems and great employees, and I hope this mall makes a turnaround as it has so much potential to be a hot spot again. read more

Amazing! Did a quick walk thru of the ladies and then down to men's suits. The first one we picked up that we loved happened to be exactly the right size, no guesswork on the finished look, just a simple hem and ready in a week. The suit was even on sale! On the way back up I still liked one dress we walked by and I tried it on, fit great. Bam out of the store in less than an hour. I absolutely hate shopping for clothes so the fact I found anything is a big win. Success!! read more

This is last Department store in the Sanford Mall with a great Men;s section. I realized I couldn't fit in my dress pants I bought before Covid and Dillards is the only place in town! So when we got there I found pants that I liked took a couple sizes and boom found exactly what I was looking for. My wife kept bring pants and shirts and I was pleased to find several really nice pants and shirts that are cool, comfy and can be worn any where I need to go. The associate was really nice, wasn't pushy and made my experience nice. The store was clean and smelled like every brand of perume ever made. Let's just say, I had the pleasure of dealing with Stacey who is a manager in the women's lingerie area. While I was dealing with an error caused by another associate relating to a previous purchase, Stacey was able to assist in figuring out what happened, as well as making the situation right again. Besides her being a rockstar and helping ME out, I have seen her in action on two separate days while on the floor. She is willing to help out the customers with ANY question they may have. She's bubbly, funny and very knowledgeable. Now, Dillard's as a whole (not just their lingerie area), is one of my favorite department stores. I feel like it is always kept neat and organized (compared to other stores). 5 stars given out today for an amazing interaction with Stacey, combined with my general love of the store. read more

Decently large location that is well kept and clean. They have all the standard things that one expects from the anchor store chain. We shopped through the store and didn't find anything we couldn't live without, but they definitely had a great deal of items to offer and they had plenty of sale sections. The housewares, shoe, and men's sections are all worth checking out, especially for sale / clearance items. Dillard's does a lot of shoe sale offerings so be sure to be on the lookout for those when they happen. I've gotten some really phenomenal deals in the past from this chain. We are used to the 3 Dillard's at the Volusia Mall so this seams massive until you realize that our mall separates it out. My wife says that the dress selection is much better here though for holiday selection. There home decor with Christmas trees was great with multiple different themes. Plenty of shoes for my wife as well so we did not get out quickly - haha. Over all a great visit. read more

As with most Dillard's, we weren't very impressed. It's an older location, and it shows. In addition to that, there's usually a musty or moldy smell in the majority of Dillard's locations, and this was no exception. As usual, prices are on the steeper end of things. We were acknowledged by a couple staff, which beat some experiences that we've had at their other locations. Usually we're just ignored and have to help ourselves with everything, which honestly I tend to prefer. read more

I love Dillards because of Jimmy in the ladies shoe department. The staff in most departments are friendly and remember me from other visits. One big issue I have is the lady in the women's department upstairs. Her name is Dawn and she is aggressive, she keeps bringing new stuff to the register even when we are done and checking out. She is friendly one day and rude the next. I hide from her and will actually go to another area to check out to avoid her. I have been a customer since this mall opened and this woman has almost driven me and my two adult daughters out of the ladies department. Dillard's would get a five star review but Dawn keeps this reviews rating down. read more

Love this Dillard's. Jimmy in shoe dept is great, and they have the best women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. However tonight in the handbag department the 2 women were much more interested in their chatty conversation, and neither could apparently be bothered to offer me any help, though I was the only one browsing in the department for about 15 minutes. So I came home and spent over $500 online at Zappos - for the same bags carried by Dillard's that they could have sold me. read more
