This is probably my favorite target to go to. It's big and spacious. I never feel cramped or feel overwhelmed with all the options. I feel like I can truly browse through this store. The lighting is nice and the store is CLEAN! I enjoy grabbing a Starbucks drink and just looking through the store. Everyone that works here is super helpful and happy to physically show me the area when I'm looking for something specific. I save 5% every time I shop here with the target debit card! I come to this Target almost every other week for groceries, clothes, etc. They have plenty of food, household products, and groceries in stock. Sometimes clothes you won't be able to find in certain sizes for children but they have so much variety that you won't be disappointed. Employees are usually helpful and willing to assist. This is the target I usually frequent because their stock is so great! Whether you go in store or do a drive up pickup, staff is always courteous and with the app, you can get some awesome coupons, and who doesn't love a good discount? My only issue I've ever had is that they don't seem to keep registry gift bags at customer service, which is supposed to be a benefit of creating a registry with them. This particular Target offers a lot of parking, friendly customer service and a great selection of merchandise. I have always considered Target kind of an upscale version of Walmart and this is not a negative comment. You can get whatever you need here and they offer a similar price point to Walmart. It is not an upscale place by any means, but that is not a bad thing. This is a good place to do some shopping. I do recommend this establishment. read more

Target should make a better system for this, for example, putting covers over their carts that they're pushing, or have the drive up area be under some sort of cover. Target, supermarket, AND Starbucks all in one place?!?! That's like a dream come true for most moms! This is one of my go to stops during the week, it's a huge location and everything is always fully stocked. Cleanliness is a big part of where I go to pick up groceries and they are very clean. I've never had one bad experience here. The staff is always so friendly, the shelves are always stocked. It's the perfect place to go to grab a latte and a snack, pick up groceries and browse the store. And just because I always mention it- they do have a ton of allergy friendly products in their grocery section! Gluten free and Vegan options for the win! read more

I've shopped at Target all over the country and this is my favorite store so far. It's spacious and clean and the staff are FANTASTIC! The grocery selections are great and the meat department is exceptional, very fresh. Plenty of processed snack items you never dreamed you wanted, an enormous selection of frozen items, a big selection of beer and wine, and more. Most of the time you can find their Good and Gather brand for less, even when it's organic. But overall, the prices are better than local supermarkets. As an example, I've been into breakfast burritos for convenience lately, and they are a dollar less EACH compared to Publix. Adds up! (And hey! Target has way better politics.) I'm still a little confused by the navigation in the store. Last time, I couldn't find seltzer, only soda and sports drinks. They have all sorts of household items, like bathroom scales and refillable Keurigs (it's not that hard, people!). I've had great encounters with different staff here: from the sweet beer nerd guy, to a funny and endearing older gentleman, to a cheerful and efficient female cashier. This Target is huge. So my wife and I were killing time browsing out Target. We looked at the large Christmas area and made our way to the small kitchen appliances. We got a really good deal on an air fryer we had been looking at. They still had several items on sale with Black Friday deals so we got a great deal. I normally don't get the big deal with Target, but I was happy to find what I needed at the lowest price I could find. read more

The Sanford Super Target is my favorite. They recently revamped their jewelry section and it literally looks like a department store setup! They have a wide selection of nickel free jewelry which I appreciate. Browsing the beauty aisles, I spotted some fragrances that seem to be new (at least to me). I was talking to someone recently who said that their one treat after so much quarantine time was to visit a Target and just wander around. Same. This Super Target in Sanford is the perfect spot to browse and find those special items you didn't know you needed but absolutely had to have. For example, there is a Girl Power trophy here that I have to get my hands on. Do I need it? No. But it calls to me. The staff is very pleasant and the store did not appear trashed in any way. Their cafe is currently closed, but the Starbucks is open. I particularly appreciated their produce, frozen, and beauty sections - not necessarily in that order. Also, if I were a kid I would demand weekly visits to Target to get new toys because the selections are on point. read more

Huge place. Lots of parking but difficult to get out of the parking lot. There aren't a lot of exits in the back. Ordered online. Came to the customer service booth to pick up. I wish they had a separate pick up line or area from their returns area. Nevertheless, the lady in front of me allowed me to go ahead of her! How nice. This is a great place to shop and find whatever you need as the merchandise spans hardware, housewares, stationary, pharmaceuticals, hip clothing for all ages, shoes and practical gifts. I find the staff to be courteous and helpful. For health reasons I choose organic and non GMO and am happy to say my choices are included ! Ughh, I really tried loving this target because it's a super target and always have what I want in stock, but I'm Really disappointed in their "drive up" wait times and check out wait times. Every time I do a drive up for this particular location, I always wait an exceptionally long time. But todays visit was the winner, I waited 20 minutes which is absurd. I eventually got out the car and of course they were short staffed. I walked over to the area where they keep all their products for drive up and the guy working there said he's not able to help and to go to customer service. There were 2 people working the desk, and the target employee working the desk apologized and said it was just her working the front (when her manager was standing directly next to her). However, because of the extreme inconvenience of their "convenient" drive up service, she gave me a target gift card to make up for it. While I was inside, I noticed only 1 check out line was open (with a long line) and 4 self checkouts. A target of that size, definitely needs more front end staff. Thankfully where our new house is being built is in the middle of this target, and the lake Mary location-so I'll more than likely be doing my drive up orders for the other target. read more

I purchased an item, drove home and didn't have it in the bag. I called the store when I got home and explained the situation. "I have the receipt that shows I purchased it but its not in the bag." It sounds like a bad joke but it was true! The man on the phone told me to bring the receipt and they will give me another item without a problem. This has never happened to me in my life so I was very happy to get that kind of service. I went from being embarrassed to being excited that Target was taking care of me! That was great!! read more

Not just a Target, this is a SUPER Target and that doesn't just mean that it's "super" but that it includes a FULL grocery department. Yep, they have a deli and meats and fresh produce and huge frozen section plus lots of canned and dry goods and everything you need to do a full weekly food run. And yes, they have all the other things that Target has, including toys and electronics and clothing and housewares. Prices are a little higher than you'll find at a Wal-Mart Supercenter but much less than Publix. Nice and bright, lots of helpful employees about. Roomy, clean, and modern is how I would describe most Target locations. This location, is just "meh". It's okay but there are usually long check out lines and the service is pretty slow at the cashier and customer service areas. There are usually carts all over the parking lot and it seems like they are not regularly collected by the store staff. When you get in the store and there are no carts, it's because they are all strewn about the parking lot. I dislike that the pharmacy pick up area has no privacy. When you walk by you can hear people picking up their prescription medicine by name, along with providing their date of birth and physical address to the pharmacy staff. That just seems like a poor way to handle people's private info. That being said, this store could be a lot better with just some small improvements to staffing. Although I would much prefer to go to Target over Wal-Mart, this location could use some tweaking. The plus for this location is that they have a nice little Starbucks inside, so this makes shopping a bit more pleasant. read more

The upside is this target has groceries! I can find the Oregon chai I can't find elsewhere. The store is pretty stocked at all times. The bathroom is clean and the cashiers are nice. I love, love, love this store! I'm extremely surprised that I haven't written a review yet because I'm here quite frequently! I can make a great excuse to want to purchase just one item but I'll walk the entire store and view all their products! My favorite sections are: baby section (particularly clearance items), household, and interior decorations sections! The designs and contemporary styles just draw me close, I have purchased several items for my bedroom and living here! Not only do they offer great products, I love the cleanliness of the store. Everything is well organized. I can recall a time when I was searching for a particular item, I asked a floor associate and they were able to locate the item just by using their app as a locator. It was great, I literally hate searching for things and I was able to rely on an associate to give me the correct information! For the most part, I completely know my way around the store and I can extremely appreciate the Starbucks store! The level of customer service I receive is great as well, people that I've encountered have really been nice. So no complaints here and I will definitely return.......probably tomorrow! read more

I usually have nothing bad to say about Target but this location always seems to be under staffed. While in a great location, WP Ball shopping plaza, the lack of customer service doesn't make a pleasant shopping experience. Just like any super Target you can pretty much find everything from produce, home goods to cleaning products. The prices are a little bit higher than Walmart but honestly, the fact that the store is clean and tidy is a bonus and the reason why I prefer shopping at Target. One of the negative things that was mentioned by another reviewer is the shopping carts. They are all in the parking llot so when you walk you can only find shopping baskets. I came around lunch time to pick up some water and there were only 3 registers open which I thought was ridiculous. Being a super Target I think I would have expected more than 3 registers open to assist customers. Other than the very limited shopping carts inside the store and the 3 registers open, this Target is nice. read more

i was shopping and in the fan attire section. i the was looking for FSU things and they barely had any. so i went around the corner in what looked like another aisle, but it was the online order section and the guy was very rude(he said something like STOP GET OUT IF HERE YOU CANT SHOP HERE) when he talked to me and told me it wasn't a shopping aisle. there was 0 signs saying that i couldn't go in and it looked exactly like the other aisle. disappointing.0/10 never shop again read more

Overall the layout of this Target is logical and is very easy to figure out. The staff is very friendly and always offers to help. I am a huge fan of the new Target app where I can get discounts with Target circle. The store always appears clean and very well organized. I appreciate that I can make a quick run into target and usually find what I am looking for in a timely manner. While it may bit a more expensive than Walmart, target's coupons can sometimes make up for that. read more

Tonight I was at Target went with my Supra my husband and our friend. It's late and we were one of the last customers to leave. I went to the Burlington store next store they close at 12am and gave the keys to our friend. So an employee comes out sees them in the car just driving a around practicing since I have a stick shift while I'm still in the store that's basically right there and the guy stop them and says he was calling the cops because he thinks my husband is driving drunk. Mind you that I have a Japanese MK4 Toyota Supra and the driver seat is on the right side of the car Guess who was the idiot in this situation? The stupid employee that was outside! My friend was the one driving on the Right side of the vehicle. We had a right to be at the parking lot and had the right to wait for me to finish my shopping. Worst experience ever at a Target. Moral of the story get your facts straight before making false stories and then call the cops for lies It's a felony to do so. There's cameras outside and you can clearly see the car was not speeding at all he was just learning how to drive stick shift on an empty parking lot only practicing while I shopped I didn't take more than 5 minutes in the store and they arrived just in time to pick me up and told me the whole story. All I saw the guy and a couple more employees watching us while on the phone making false reports on the job because they all get out at 11pm. Just gonna drop a line about my experience at Sanford Super Target on W.P.Ball blvd. We were there on Sunday Oct 6th shopping in cosmetics. In particular I was looking for a type of foundation that would be good for my skin. To me its always a gamble when I buy makeup. The lady working in that dept was named Ivy. She was EXCEEDINGLY helpful, actually knowing each product I asked about. Not like knowing the name...knowing everything about it, even if they were cruelty free! I had no idea that Target carried so many cruelty free cosmetics. This is very important to our family, as is the way Ivy really knew her products on the shelves. If I didnt get to talk to her I really dont think I would have found my new favorite foundation...it's called Photo Focus by Wet n Wild btw, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I will say that Ivy was very personable, she seemed sincerely kind, engaging, and the fact that her makeup was flawless actually put me at ease especially in that particular dept. It's very difficult these days to find sweet people, who WANT to help you, and with such an encouraging positive attitude that she had is very rare. The fact that Ivy did, and that she shared what I feel like is expertise is one huge reason that we will continue to shop at this particular store. The reason I changed my rating of Target is due to my latest experience with a cashier specifically named Ivy. I will disclose that I still love Target and all of the other employees that I've encountered have been pleasant and helpful. I shopped the Friday prior to the anticipated hurricane Dorian. Target had majority of the items on my list, which was fantastic considering the circumstances. I shopped in the evening and the store wasn't too packed. There were only three registers open when I went to check out. Naturally I chose the isle with the shortest line. Initially a young cashier was assisting me, she seemed very new but was kind. Ivy stepped in during the middle of my checkout to take over. I would describe her and her demeanor as just nasty. As soon as she started scanning my groceries she had an attitude and was very obviously bothered that she had to do her job. She thought it would be OK to take out her frustrations on me by making rude and uncalled for comments. It started when I asked her to separate my onions from my oranges. I do not like to bag fruits and vegetables together. She literally rolled her eyes at me and looked at me as if I had a third eye. She was apparently bothered by my very simple request. She proceeded to scan my remaining items with her rude attitude and nasty demeanor. I happened to have 2 separate orders, at which she made another rude comment and when it came time for her to scan my wine, I had my driver's license ready for her to view my age... even that bothered her!! AGAIN she rudely commented "oh... I see you've done this a few times" her tone was disgusting! I glanced at the customers behind me and they were in disbelief as well. I could not believe this miserable excuses of a human being and I have NEVER been treated so poorly. This girl should be working at Walmart, but Target! I complained and Danielle, who was the floor lead was helpful. I really wish a store manager was available for me to discuss my concerns with. read more

It's a Super Target...what more is there to say really? No matter how hard one tries, they just can't stay away. What's that you say? You just need to run in "real quick" to grab a roll of paper towel? Ha! Don't kid yourself...next thing you know it's been an hour and you have a basket full of Archer Farms brand stuff (they make the best stuff!), two throw pillows, a pair of shoes that will be perfect for work, and that cute dress that was on sale. Oh and a grande caramel macciato, because, yes, there's a Starbucks inside, and how could you possibly run in "real quick" without grabbing a coffee first? Seriously, I love me some Super Target, so I'm grateful for this location. It has everything you would expect from a regular Target, plus a full grocery store. I will say, some of the grocery items are a bit more expensive compared to other grocery stores, especially the produce, so I don't do a ton of grocery shopping here. But when I do, I usually hit up the deli. I get a lot of $2 off $10 deli purchase coupons from the register at checkout. And on top of that they have an ongoing special of buy 1 and 1/2 lbs of Archer Farms lunch meat and get any 1/2 lb cheese for free! Plus I love all the pre made salads, sushi and snack boxes they have in front of the deli. Another thing I love is that Target takes 5 cents off your total bill for each reusable bag you use to put your purchased goodies. That makes me feel not so bad about spending half my life and and half my paychecks here. read more

Target is by far the best super center to go to. The store is always clean, smells amazing and has high quality merchandise and groceries. I can spend hours in here...litterally, I have. There's something new all the time. The aisles are easily marked, there's new merchandise all the time. They have great sales as well. Yes, some people think the other stores are cheaper, but in the end, it's all pretty much the same prices. And the clothes are so super cute and I love that they have high end deisgners making clothes for their store, as well as accessories...I'm a sucker for a great ring :) I love Target, always will! read more

I usually love Target, but this one is not well run and seems extremely under-staffed. The staff they do have stand around instead of working, and treat helping you as an annoyance. Inventory is sloppy--shelves are a mess, items are not kept fully stocked, packaging is often damaged (even on medicines and other supplies), and they're very frequently out of things altogether. The store isn't generally very clean. Grocery items are sometimes past their expiration dates. In short, I have given this store many chances to win me over and it has consistently failed. I'll head to the Lake Mary location instead any day. read more

I stood at the deli for 18 minutes. The one employee who was working was focusing on her customer- I get it. But zero acknowledgement? Then the employee started joking with another employee. I just walked away. I returned 7 minutes later and felt like a bother when I asked for deli meat and a bakery item. The same employee apparently works deli and bakery. I assumed for a pound cake. She just said " we make them in the morning so if there isn't any we don't have any". She didn't offer to look. read more
