This store always seems to be a bit of a mess, from the pharmacy experience(s) to my pickup order being wrong.

Rhonda was amazing! The print kiosk was down due to the hurricane and I got a little upset. She didn't miss a beat on customer service. She explained I could upload from my phone, suggested the discount code, very nice, especially considering my attitude!! I wish everyone I encounter would be a thoughtful and generous!! Made an appointment online for coronavirus PCR testing. My work lost my sample, then dropped the contract with the outside laboratory and has not reestablished a protocol for testing us. Therefore, I went to CVS. They did ask for insurance information online but I heard it will be covered. We shall see in time, I suppose. The nurse practitioner went over the kit and the instructions. She was very patient with me. The nasal swab was fine on one side but was really irritating on the other side. Strange, right? I put my sample in the bun and I wiped the bin with the provided antiseptic wipe. The kit was all encompassing. I signed up for the mobile app so I can see my results in the next few days. Easy. Would recommend. Testing only til 8pm though. read more

What is the point of your minute clinic? Do you hire people that clearly do not know wtf they're doing? Next time my insurance company tells you a service is covered probably be best to use it. I just used an hour of your time and you didn't get paid. Dirty and smelly store. Very messy. Impossible to get hold of anyone at the pharmacy.

1 star for your customer service. Myself and some other guests walked into the store and the blonde girl with the tattoos said to each of us, "we close in 5 minutes, do you know what you want?" and "we don't do cash back right now". With so many other retail and pharmacy store front competitors to choose from, your customer service should be of priority. read more

I love THE STORE overall, HOWEVER, a certain MALE manager at this specific store needs to learn how NOT to talk to a customer like they're stupid. Because I don't think he realized it or sensed his own tone when talking to me. It was borderline insulting. I don't need nor want to be told how self-checkout works, because it's pretty self-explanatory. So if something goes wrong with the machine, just apologize for the inconvenience, fix IT & create a solution, and MOVE ON. And watch your tone. THAT'S IT. And maybe MORE people will end up coming into the store, and there'd be more employees willing to work the morning shift. I'm just sayin.' read more

This is directed towards the MINUTE CLINIC. Before arrival I checked in online at 12:10pm , where it stated there was a 0 min wait. I got there at 12:30pm & it stated that my check in time was "expired" which I did not question. I just re registered. There was one person ahead of me on the board & no one actually waiting to be seen. Now it stated there was an 80 min wait due to a "mandatory lunch break" .. understandable. So I shop around in the plaza, get myself some lunch. I get a 30 min warning text (which I appreciate) at 1:50pm.. so I got back inside to wait & I look at the board & it looks like I'm up next BUT the wait time has changed from 30 min too 40. Which again, I did not question. 2:30pm hits and now the wait time on the board next to my name says"0 mins"... so I think great! I see not one but 2 white jackets go in through the minute clinic door (where they would call me into).. a smaller Asian woman & an average sized middle eastern looking man. I'm assuming these were the providers that were on lunch since they both used keys to unlock the minute clinic office. 2:45pm comes & goes and still no one calls for me (as more people are checking in to be seen)....3:00pm comes & goes and still nothing..by 3:15pm I decided to get something over the counter & even after paying I decided to walk back to the minute clinic section (it being 3:20pm at this point) and my name was STILL up there with "0 minutes" next to it HA! I found this all very interesting since the minute clinic closes @ 5pm and they saw no patients for three hours. I understand if it was busy. I would've liked if someone would've came out & let us know that there was such a long delay for whatever reason that may be. read more

My pharmacy. Less than a mile from my house. I've used these folks for going on ten years now and simply love them. All of the pharmacists are great and the techs and clerks are equally as good. As pharmacies go, you can't go wrong with this one. read more

I love going to CVS to get my fix on drugs and they often have a variety of other items in the store if you are in a rush. Prices do vary so you'll need to be careful what you are buying. You don't always get the best deal on batteries or chocolates, for example, but if you need it quick they are convenience with a capital C. Stores vary in size but you'll get the same quality service. read more

My eight-year-old son had a tumor removed from his face this morning. I took his two prescriptions to this CVS, and they said they could fill one of them, but not the second (the pain medication) because it didn't have a sequence number, although neither prescription had a sequence number. I called the hospital and they didn't know what the so-called pharmacist was talking about. All the necessary info was on the scripts. I went back to CVS and got the same unthinking, uncaring, bureaucratic nonsense from the same woman, and her boss this time. These people don't care about medicine, service, or children with tumors who are in excruciating pain. I went to a competitor and they filled the prescription without any problem. Don't ever go here. Or maybe go here if you want to file a lawsuit against them... read more

Worst CVS ever. We entered the CVS at 9:30 knowing they close at 10 and as soon as we entered we were rudley greeted by a cashier who asked us if we needed help the second we entered the door. After we grabbed what we needed in no more than 5 minutes we walked up to the cashier and asked if we could pay with a digital Apple pay which I have used in the same location before and they explained that they don't have Apple pay and we were probably at a different CVS when we paid before. The employ did not offer to try or even bothered and when I asked if I could as I did not have my wallet with me at the moment It worked with no hassle and they claimed we were the first person who has used the digital payment before. read more

On the 19th of Sept we had an appt at the Minute Clinic at CVS. We had made an appt prior the night before. It was for my son he has a skin condition. So our appt was at 11:30 we arrived about 10 minutes earlier waiting our turn. Anywhere you go you have to wait we were ok with that. Finally nurse Ave Armstrong comes out calls my son he goes in was there about half an hour. When she finished she told him it would be $99.00 he told her I don't have insurance or money not working right now. He told her let me call my mom right outside here I was right behind door. When she came out all she said to me was $99.00 she got me by surprised no hello no greeting and one more time she said $99.00. I told her do I pay you she said yes so I paid her. She then took us to the aisle and told us to buy gauze bandages but in a hurry. She couldn't wait to get rid of us cause of her next patient I'm sure of it. It was so unprofessional no excuses at all. It's people like these that don't even belong working as professionals. So unacceptable I hope her peers and bosses read everything I have written and future patients. I know she had been rude prior to our visit with my Grandaughter. Minute Clinic here was absolutely awful... The lady told us that there was going to be a 30-45 minute wait because she had to do some information for patients but then she walked out and told the people that were signing in that their wait was going to be 2 hours and she had to take "30-45 minutes to input some information for patients"... She basically lied to my face and made me wait 2 hours to be seen. I would not recommend going here, there are many other minute clinics around the area and this one is by far the worst. read more

Bought a cold remedy and upon it being rung up the price seemed higher than what I remember seeing it marked on the shelf. So went back after paying and looked - sure enough, the syrup form was $13.49 but the tablets I purchased were marked $10.49 on the shelf. So had to go back to the cashier who went to look and verify. He sullenly agreed I was correct, had to hand over my CVS card again, and was reimbursed the $3.00 over payment. No apology and he nor the mgr standing next to him made a move to correct the discrepancy. At least at Publix when you catch them ripping you off by charging more than the posted price you're given not just the overcharge back but the cost of the entire item as a "sorry" (for getting caught probably but still it seems to be a genuine effort to make up for your inconvenience). At this CVS they only return what was yours in the first place. I strongly suggest noting the posted price and making sure you aren't taken for a penny more. This location also has a bad habit of seldom stocking items featured in the sale ads, so you come in looking for something advertised at a good price and surprise - they don't have it. Although this is the closest drugstore to home I'm going to start using a Walgreens further away. read more
