The burgers are a bit messy to eat so I appreciated that they even provided gloves at the tables. Curly fries and mozzarella sticks were perfectly crisp and very tasty. Not usually a fan of mozzarella sticks but these were made well and the cheese did not separate while eating. Despite a great meal, I have to say the star of the show for me was their pistachio milkshake. It was not overly sweet and did not have an artificial taste. They blended real pistachio in the shake and the flavor really came through. I'd come back just to have it again. Overall, a wonderful place if you're craving a burger and/ or shake + it's nice that they provide halal options.

This was my thoughts when I chose Burger Vault. Burger Vault offers burgers and other greasy bites that are all halal. This is just to say that it is consumable based on Islamic beliefs, which is just that meat is prepared in a humane manner. I did have to Google that. It's good to learn and educate yourself. First impressions when I walked in is that it's very popular. As a note, it's also close to The Collective if you're into cards, board games, and other geeky things. Grab a burger and then walk to The Collective. Resuming the review, it's very busy. Like no place to sit busy. Regardless, we thought that we were taking the food to go so that's not really an issue. I ordered the Mozza Melt, which is a 5.3 oz beef patty with fried mozzarella, lettuce, onions, mushrooms, and a sauce. It's as artery clogging as it sounds and worth every bite. I didn't go there to be healthy. The burger cost $15. What I wish I saw was that you can customize every burger and every patty can be done as a smashed patty. I personally prefer that because I like how crispy the edges get. That's on me, I just ordered it medium. Additionally, we got curly fries with cajun seasoning and a pistachio milkshake. The fries were $5. The shake was $10. For the rating, the burger was insane and huge. I felt stuffed by it and other than me not getting it smashed, it was great. I gave it a 7.5/10 for the burger. The pistachio shake gets a 9/10, huge pistachio pieces. The fries are a 10/10. They're curly fries. Love those. All that being said, we waited 30+ minutes for the food. We got it to go. There was no where to sit because all the booths were occupied, so just standing for the majority of it. The staff was really accommodating but I think they were just not prepared to push out as much as was being ordered. So for a $30+ meal with tip and tax, having to wait that long is a bit much. Overall, I would rate it a 7.5/10. I may or may not come back. I mean the food is good, but maybe it's a random Tuesday type of place.

I ordered the 4 box combo with fries and coleslaw. Service was friendly and efficient. We were greeted immediately upon walking in, and the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the quality did not match my past experiences. The chicken tenders were small, dry, and lacked that freshly cooked texture I normally expect. The fries also tasted like they had been sitting rather than served hot and crisp. The biggest issue was the coleslaw. After just a couple of bites, I noticed an unusual taste that made me stop eating it immediately. Later that evening, I began feeling sick to my stomach, and that feeling continued through the night. I have had better experiences at other Raising Cane's locations, but food quality and freshness are essential at any restaurant. This visit did not meet that expectation. They were very nice and I did have everything I needed in the bag by the time I brought it out to my car. The fries were so beyond soggy. The "ventilated" lid did nothing except trap water in. When I took off the lid to the fry trays, the water from the steam of the fries dripped all over the table, my leg, and shoes...that's how soggy they were. All in all, my coworkers still love Raising Cane's and demolished 3 trays of chicken tenders, two trays of bread, and one tray of fries.

It's the perfect balance of tang from the broth and salt from the layer of gooey cheese. If you wanna feed a family - get the calzone as it's a large mammoth of goodness. Otherwise I typically opt for a spicy Italian sandwich. The service is always friendly and they are always aware of what's happening, even in the busiest of days. So be patient and enjoy time with family and some comfort food.

Every single pickle had its own unique flavor and was absolutely delicious. I had a craving for a Chicago-style hot dog and was hoping they would have one on the menu. Even though they didn't officially offer it, they were kind enough to make one for me and my husband as close as possible to the real thing. It turned out super delicious! You could tell the hot dog was grilled perfectly and had amazing flavor. We also ordered onion rings and their potato salad, and both were excellent. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. There were still so many things on the menu we wanted to try, so we will definitely be coming back!
