The only good thing about this pharmacy is that it's close by to where I live so when my sons need medication it's convenient. Went thru the drive thru only to wait and wait , finally the lady at the window wanted the last name I gave her the last name then date of birth well I have twins so when sh asked for second date of birth I said same as other she must of not heard me and I had to repeat my self. The pharmacy technician seemed like she was kind of shaky and slow. I prefer to get my medication at Publix pharmacy, much better service and I can talk to the pharmacist one on one If needed and never feel rushed. read more

They were very rude to my husband that was picking up my prescriptions. They wouldn't take our insurance due to the fact that he presented our current card, but was saying they needed mine. Meanwhile, I'm in bed sick with bronchitis. It's the same account as he is the main card holder, and also were pissed because they had 5 minutes left before they closed for lunch. I would like to congratulate the CVS located at 130 E State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32750. I have been a customer for a year now, and I don't know if they change management or what, but the employees are so helpful and friendly. Not only at the front but the pharmacy. They have been so helpful for me and my daughter. We had an issue with a very expensive medicine, and when i tell you expensive i am talking about more than 600 dollars. They help us so much that we were able to get the medicine. But not only that, they are so friendly and always trying to help. I think they are doing great. The one thing i am going to add is that sometimes they run out of stock in some products, but i understand that they are not a big CVS. Overall, great service. Terrible, bad, horrible, frustrating. I don't know what other negative words to say. They never seem to have their s**t together. I've submitted prescriptions only to have them on a rolling delay and then never have them filled. And their customer service is terrible which is why I don't think they care their pharmacy is so bad. read more

My rating is given based on coming to this locations multiple times for vaccines for myself and the family. I use the app for scheduling. We always arrive 15 minutes early and are always seen on time. Ive never had a bad experience with the pharmacy employees. I don't think I have ever had a good experience with this pharmacy. Today I am waiting for medication for a burn. It's already infected. The prescription was called in yesterday and I was told today that I could get it by March 19th. Today is the 5th. I should be in sepsis by the time they get their act together. I wonder how many lives are lost. Waiting for CVS to get medication to their patients. They could call other resources instead of just passing it off. And they are rude on top of it. read more

This is an average cvs location. I get my rx's here, and I like that they have a drive thru so I can just zip in on my way home from somewhere. Customer service here is adequate, nothing special but I haven't encountered a rude employee here either so it's perfectly fine. They have some good sales every week, and milk is usually cheaper here than anywhere else which is kind of a big deal. The parking lot can be hazardous since they are located next to a wawa and people zoom in and out, so be careful. read more

So this is my second time coming in this store. The first time I was stared down with the red head and glass lady in the cashier. Than today around 4:45 I walked in to the atm to take some cash I needed and had to grab a few things and once again the Karen red head with the glasses old lady was watching me the whole time while I was taking out Money. Mean while she has 2 people online and I could see her staring me down. Once I finish taking out my money I see them all staring at me I know for a fact she was saying something about me. They was all staring me down.Next time I will record her. That's so inappropriate. As I proceeded and didn't even go on and shop for what I need I ended up going to wall-greens. Find a different pharmacy who will advocate for their patients. I've been trying to fill a prescription for a week now, with a medication that I've been on for 10+ years. I'm playing middle man between CVS pharmacy and my PCP office. My PCP office is also getting frustrated and says they are being difficult to work with. They may have to send my script elsewhere because CVS is being so difficult, after a week of frustration. My PCP office says they've never had an issue like this with a pharmacy before. read more

I don't think I've ever been subjected to a slower cvs drive through in my life. How hard is it to say, "hello, picking up?, first and last name?, DOB?" And then proceed to gather the medications you need and be on your marry way. If there is a line of two cars in the drive-thru, you better prepare yourself to wait at least 20 minutes. And if you think you can beat the line on the outside, think again. There's always a line of people going through half the store trying to get their meds as well. Definitely going to switch my cvs to the one over on Montgomery. Ridiculous. Staff more people and get your things together. read more

I've become a big CVS fan since they announced their 'no smokes' policy. I even took the picture for this store! I don't care if it might be for 'business' reasons - if it's smart business, and it's good for the customers they serve, I'm going to cheer them right along. Joining their rewards program will get you some good deals, which occasionally you can combine with their weekly deals. I'm torn about them spitting out 9 yards of coupon when you buy a pack of gum: even though there are some occasional good deals there that you can use, killing trees to accomplish that might be an if-y trade-off. Perhaps they can figure out a way they can send that to my phone on my app. That way, they are auto-regulated (auto-apply without me remembering or having to bring a stupid coupon back into the store, disappear when expired...) and offer over-the-top great customer service. Oh and their staff are out-of-the-way friendly too, at least most of the time. I'm calling all my prescriptions into this store these days. read more

I'm surprised they even have 2 stars. I was notified to pick up a prescription and when picking it up, was told to come back after a certain date because my insurance wouldn't cover it until after that date. I come back after the date they told me and they tell me it's not available because now my insurance is denying it and I would need a new prescription. This is just a week apart from each other. Conflicting information given. It is a Friday night and the insurance company basically tells me nothing can be done until Monday when I can get it filled at a different pharmacy. So I won't be able to get my inhaler over the weekend. Had CVS given me accurate information the first time, I could've called me insurance company sooner a week ago. Their lines (drive-up and inside) is also ridiculously long so be prepared to wait. read more

Fiancé and I were searching for a few different things. He was trying to find me vitimins and I was looking at personal feminine items. After losing a full term baby, looking for "treatment" for conception and maxi pads for the heavy bleeding on and off is quite personal. When all of a sudden, two Longwood Police Officers and my fiancé walk up to me. And we were told to purchase now or leave. We had been in the store maybe 10 minutes. I was getting ready to spend a good amount of money on these personal items. And, instead I am being interrogated by the Police right in front of the items. The police were embarrassed, even. If you have tattoos and portray a certain style, you get the police called on you. I didn't realize we lived in a society that different styles made you a criminal, anymore. And the manager who called should be fired. read more
