It's a small business and I feel great supporting small, local business. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The people that work there are super nice and threat you so politely and welcoming I always go here for my medication since they are very quick and take no more than 15 to 20 mins or even less. I like that, because I don't have to make the trip twice. They take my insurance and I'm sure they take many other providers. It's in a very convenient location and easy to find. I will be coming here for my future prescription since it's not so far from me and even though it is not the closest oharmacy I can go to, I will do the small trip for the good experience and great service.

My grandmother was having to look for a new pharmacy and we were recommended to this place by her pain management DR. We arrive and the lady and gentleman that were behind the counter were absolutely as helpful as they could be. There was miscommunication between my grandmothers old pharmacy so she gave them a call. As she was on the phone, said manager came over and attempted to speak with her, I advised her that she were waiting, as she was very clearly speaking on the phone. She asked me to tell my grandmother to come speak to her when she was finished and I agreed. I stayed seated and my grandmother walked up to the counter and started speaking with her, to ask her if she was willing to speak with the Walgreens pharmacist so he could explain what happened. Now, this part... is not about WHAT she said, it was HOW she said it. She VERY rudely told my grandmother that she can not and will not touch her phone and will not speak with them. My grandmother ended the call with Walgreens and this manager constantly repeated herself about recommending to call her insurance provider. My grandmother would ask a question and her only response she could possibly think of was "call your insurance" no matter the question! My grandmother is nearing 70 years old and has a hard time understanding some things, which is why I come along. As my grandmother was ready to leave, the manager decided to say YET AGAIN "call your insurance provider blah blah" I responded to her that I heard her and will explain it to my grandmother. As we were walking to our vehicle, I was already explaining what she was recommending to my grandmother and this manager had the audacity to FOLLOW US OUTSIDE to tell us that we were being rude and we are not welcomed back. I'm sorry but not once was anything said during that conversation was rude OTHER THAN HERSELF. I had not said a single word to her until we were on our way out when I stated that I will explain it to her. She followed us out to "confront" us and I hope she feels like a complete bitch because even then, during the confrontation, we were not rude, if anything we were CONFUSED and SHOCKED to even see her walk out those doors, nothing was said besides me attempting to explain myself and explain that I was not rude and was only saying I would explain it to her. I don't know what this lady has up her ass but someone needs to do her a favor and rip the damn thing out. You treat your customers and potential customers the way you and your store want to be treated. NOW, I'm being rude. I wasn't going to review or comment until I saw that it was not just us she has been rude to.

In my opinion they have the best delivery agents." With an endorsement like that, of course I am going to trust the experts. The shop itself is tidy, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them and had me ready to go out the door in less than 10 minutes. The pharmacist took the time to explain how the medication tube worked and the best methods for application. When I notified them I was going to need something to submit to my HCSA for reimbursement, I was given a printout which the insurance accepted without any questions. The pharmacist also told me that if I ever needed to have my medicine delivered to save me a trip, to call them and they would take care of it. You'd never get this type of customer service from a Walgreen's or a CVS.

However, I was not happy with the two ladies at the front window. It's like every time my son go up to throw something away or get a tissue for his runny nose especially during this Corona-virus outbreak they where quick to tell him to sit down. I did not appreciate that not one bit. He wasn't doing anything wrong for them to be on top on him. He has every right to throw tissue away and get tissues for his nose. The where not very nice at all. I was getting my labs done and I heard them from the the back SIT DOWN! Like WTH. Love this location…read more Had surgeries here and also as an inpatient as well in the past - Located in downtown orlando near the ronald mcdonald house and orange ave. The parking is free here at the garage and they offer valet parking as well I am not sure if the valet is complimentary. When you park on level 3 in the garage - there is a pathway to get you to the inside of the hospital entrance. The escalators will drop you down the main lobby, Advent health is big on customer service surveys and it reflects how they treat pts / visitors here. I like strolling through the gift shop here cause they do have cute items but it is pricey. The cafeteria is pricey but its there if you need a quick food fix when you are hungry.

I had to wait in the lobby while she was seen, but the receptionist was nothing but pleasant to both of us. He was very thorough on explaining the next steps and keeping me informed on where mom was in the process. Mom said she was happy with the procedure. The Rad tech was very polite and calm with her and they played some music to drowned out the noise (something she was looking forward to since her last MRI was a poor experience elsewhere). Advent Health almost always does a wonderful job with care for my family. I highly recommend this location.
