I received a massage here recently with some Groupon bucks I needed to use. It's a small location but nice inside. The massage room was a good temperature and the table was heated. I've never had that before. The massage therapist was nice, but I wouldn't return. She did a light massage over the front area of my neck. As a physical therapist myself, we were trained to never massage this area because it's the location of the carotid sinus. This can affect blood pressure if done improperly. She wasn't pushing hard and I don't have heart issues, but why even touch this area? read more

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I specifically rearranged my schedule and canceled another appointment so I could come here for my massage. I arrived expecting to receive the service I had scheduled and purchased through Groupon, only to be left waiting and eventually told that the massage therapist who was supposed to take care of me wasn't coming because he had been in an accident. I completely understand that emergencies and accidents can happen. What I do not understand is why a customer is allowed to show up, wait around, and only then find out that there is nobody available to provide the service. I also found it surprising that a spa taking appointments apparently did not have another therapist available or any reasonable backup plan. What made the experience even worse was how the situation was handled afterward. After wasting my time and leaving me without the service I came for, there was no meaningful attempt to make things right. No alternative therapist, no special discounted appointment for another day, no complimentary upgrade or accommodation--nothing beyond an apology. I was simply left having to deal with canceling/refunding my Groupon myself. Customer service isn't only about what happens when everything goes according to plan; it's about how a business handles things when something goes wrong. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable, but after inconveniencing a customer this significantly, I would expect a professional business to at least make some effort to regain that customer's trust. I came here ready to become a customer and enjoy a relaxing experience. Instead, I canceled another commitment, wasted my time waiting, received no massage, and walked out having to resolve the Groupon situation myself. The pressure used on us both was not enough for either of us. Do have more pressure we would have had to apparently paid for an upgrade. That's the main reason for the four stars from me. I have been to this establishment twice now and I had requested to have the same masseuse Greg! He is amazing. He knows the right amount of pressure and the vibe is very calming. I know some women are hesitant on having male massage therapists but Greg makes you feel very comfortable. I had fallen asleep both times at our session! They actually offer better deals if you just visit on specific days of the week. If you want to do a couples massage they will charge you an extra $10 per person to be in the same room. We don't mind much and figure it'd better to save the $20 bucks. This place offers awesome massage deals for 50 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday. It's 30 dollars for a full body sweedish massage. I even got a foot sugar scrub at the end with a hot towel. So freaking awesome for the price. I want to come back and try the facial or the package deals. I think there's one with massage, facial, mani/pedi for $109 (don't quote me but their website has all the prices listed). You fill the lightness in the room no heavy weight and that's just the beginning. Today I did a full body wrap and a full body massage. My body, rap was done by Lexa. She was very sweet and made you feel comfortable. While the body wrap was an hour and a half I was so relaxed that it didn't even feel like I was there for an hour and a half. Once I completed my full body wrap, I then did my massage therapy of which was performed by Jacque. OMG! Jacque was phenomenal. She hit all the areas that were troublesome for me and I feel like a new person rejuvenated and just relaxed. I drove 45 minutes to get to this location and I must say that it was well worth it. Incredible service every time I come! Hospitable and the therapists are all talented. The space is clean, and I love that it's not one of those commercial spas where you feel like another number. My favorite thus far is Natlene! She's amazing and very attentive. In 60 minutes she accomplished some incredible work, and that was a "relaxation massage"...I could not have imagined the work she would have gotten done with a "deep tissue massage". Next time I'll be aiming for a 90 min! I took my family there yesterday for massage. The staff were very nice but massage itself was ok. I had couple massage for my Parents and couple for me and my husband. I found out about this place form Groupon .. when i called in gentleman taking my reservation said they will honor Groupon price for me and that I don't have to buy from Groupon itself. When it was time to pay they charged me $99 for each couple. I couldn't download Groupon because of the internet so I couldn't confirm the price so I paid whatever they charged and we left. You had no words of remorse for me while I was present at your business nor the four times I called your business to get in contact with you. Please do not pretend that you care a year later because you want to perceive yourself as stand up business person. There were many opportunities for you to contact me to resolves this situation. I am perplexed on how you perceive that my remarks are false accusations. Let's examine this. Yes, my husband and I were aware that we were suppose to arrive ten minutes before our appointment. We admit fault in that circumstance; however, that does not excuse that lack of customer services and compassion from your front desk receptionist, nor, does that excuse the professionalism from your staff members. Yes, my husband is in great heath and so am I. However, if any kind treatment is done improperly the client risk consequences. The esthetician my husband had made him feel extremely uncomfortable. She did not make him aware of her procedures for his first facial and left the steam over his face for a long amount of time where it became difficult for him to breathe. For my husband he couldn't take any more suffering so he walked out immediately. Your customer felt so much distress at your business that he walked out in the middle of treatment on his honeymoon because he did not feel safe. Let that sink in. Mind you we will live in California where spas are on every block and we receive treatments frequently and not once has my husband walked away from a business during treatment. Just ponder that for a minute. I did not receive the full 20% discount that the front desk receptionist promised. The discount was only applied to my spa package and not our entire bill. However you already know this because I told this to four different front desk receptionist when I called the four time to speak with you. Also, we were charge for a service that my husband did not receive. After a long, very disappointing spa experience I did not think I had to pull out my calculator to assure that the discount would be applied correctly. I assumed this "professional establishment" could at least apply a discount correctly if they couldn't do anything else correctly; but, I was wrong. Yes, I did file a dispute AFTER trying to get a hold of you four times over a month span. I have phone records. It shows my every phone call to your business, but not one call for you. Pritee, why could you have not called my back at least one? Why did it have to come to this? Please, please stop lying stating is "saddens" you to hear of our dissatisfaction. You truly do not care how this was suppose to be a romantic, relaxing experience for us on our HONEYMOON. You only care for your rating. You care that my negative review has received votes which looks bad for your business. I did let you know I was unsatisfied four times in September 2017. You never called me back. Do I need to post a photo of the phone records to prove to you I try contacting you multiple times? I did asked for you to do more. The first two phone calls I asked to add the proper discount. The third phone call I asked for a full refund. The fourth phone call I stated that I was going to file dispute if I did not receive a phone call from you. What more could I have done Pritee?
