Perhaps it's because English is not her first language, but I needed focus on certain areas, and I explained I was still recovering from a car crash from a while ago. She began by walking on my back for over fifteen minutes. She was able to do more than merely stand or walk... but it was too much weight and on parts of my back that weren't in good shape. I was in a lot of pain for several days after. I'm not sure if she was actually a licensed massage therapist. From my experience, I will be asking any new massage person before beginning treatment. Upon reflection, I don't know if she even knew the anatomical areas I specified. I've learned from the experience, and I hope this place can improve for other customers.

I toured 4 other facilities, with patients who were present, with no problem. I went home & left a message (no one answered) for them to call. When they called back I asked to speak to the manager. I was told they don't have a manager. I asked to speak to Myreen's boss. I was told his name is Dr Scott & he was with a patient. They told me to hold because they wanted to check how long he would be. Myreen then got on the phone & said she was the office manager. Umm, I thought the office didn't have a manager or at least that's what I was told a few minutes earlier. I told Myreen who I was & what I needed. She said I could only come in on Tuesday when no patients were there. Some nonsense about HIPPA ~ I know it's nonsense because every other facility I went to let me tour with no issues. While trying to tell Myreen how rude I thought she was & that I didn't appreciate the dirty look she gave me she cut me off & said "do you want to come in on Tuesday or not"? I won't write here what I said (use your imagination) but then I hung up on here. I cannot believe how this place has any customers based on her attitude! I need at least 6 to 12 months of PT. Her attitude cost this facility at least a couple thousand dollars. Myreen needs to find another job!
