We let her know the showing was confirmed for 3:00 and it was now 3:45. We told her she was lucky we still had the kids in the car and could step away. Instead of apologizing, she snapped "I'm lucky?", said "Forget it, I don't need to see your house," slammed our front door in our faces, and stormed off. Her own client -- the buyer -- then came to our door and asked if he could see the house without her. She abandoned her own client at a stranger's home after throwing a tantrum. We have two young children. This was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We have filed formal complaints with her brokerage and the Florida Real Estate Commission.
