This is my second time getting a massage here and I'm so glad I came back. I had Kendy this time and she was amazing! I got a combination massage and she did an excellent job reducing tension and knots throughout. They have a membership package that I'm strongly considering and they have different locations throughout Orlando which is a bonus. I will definitely be returning read more

Came here for a couples massage and made an appointment for the same day. We were randomly assigned two masseurs and they had a nice little waiting room for us to sit. I did the back scrub add on and it was the best part of the massage. My masseur was good, but she wasn't consistent. I felt a little uneven and she barely applied pressure anywhere other than my back. She did find a knot in my shoulder and massage it out, which was great. I'd definitely come back and try another masseur because my partner had a great experience. read more

It is Valentine's Day and me and my boyfriend wanted a nice couples massage. We chose J Sterling and it did not disappoint. The couple massages were going for 160$ plus free gift which was a cute alittle sterling's mug, magnet and some chocolate. If you wanted add ons it was like 10 or 15$ for hot stone and sports massage. The couples massages came with a nice foot massage and foot scrub. The ambiance was very pleasing. When you walk in you will check in by writing your name on a piece of paper and checking in with the sale associate. Rosey was the sales associate and she was very nice. Our appointment was at 2:00pm which we literally got called in right on the dot for our massage. We walked in and I immediately noticed the rose petals on the floor which gave me the full Valentine's Day experience with my partner. The massagers Nadia and Sam were so nice and really got the knots when massaging us. They even checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable. I throughly enjoyed this experience and 10/10 would recommend! The only thing I have to say is that I believed she forgot to do the hot stone during my massage but overrall she did an amazing job! They had a lot of clients today so maybe it was a mini mistake but I thought she did so amazing so I decided to leave it alone. That's how amazing the massage was! Definitely coming back. Would recommend going in something comfortable; no makeup; hair tied back or up, maybe carry a scrunchie just in case. bring some flip flops as well to be comfortable. read more

Marlin ! You truly are a gem, I just finished my massage (literally) and I have too take the time too praise and rave about this women! This is not the first time I've had her as I clearly enjoy her massages. Besides her excellent hands, I want too add her positive, radiating aura. She is always so kind and honestly she doesn't tell jokes but I was laughing the whole time for some reason.... Genuinely maybe it was just her great presence. I'm looking forward to coming back again and if you see this review get her while you can because she's always booked up for obvious reasons. So Marlin, thank you so much and continue being and doing you because you are AWESOME! read more

Got my first ever deep tissue as a birthday gift from my wife with Dan and it was honestly an incredible experience. It's a beautiful place from the moment you walk in the door, Genesis was super nice and accommodating and I felt super comfortable all the way through. Looks can be deceiving. This spa is actually a resort in that long narrow space. As I walked to the back, the ambiance set in and I felt relaxed. The massage was the best I've had so far in Orlando. I plan to return often and hope it is always as good as the first time. read more

Tisha is amazing for relaxation messages. She really makes you feel at ease. She can feel tension and help soothe your knots. Nadia is amazing with cups. She uses them to pull pressure and knots. It's a unique method and really helps relief pain. Highly recommend coming here at least once a month to treat yourself. They also do waxing and laser hair removal. They have a membership for $45 a month for a massage or facial. It's a great gift for fathers and Mother's Day! read more

Had a facial with Marganta and usually I'm skeptical about facials due to sensitivity in my skin. She was informative she was so soft on my face during extractions and my face looks incredible. Then I had a couple massage and my Therapist was Ricardo. 10/10 recommend he listened to my needs and surpassed my expectations. read more

I saw this place on a billboard with cheap prices and was shocked when I saw amazing reviews. I convinced two girl friends to go with me. One was a newbie. Wow! Great place. It was so clean. Nyasia greeted us with a warm welcome and took us into another room to wait. The room was so relaxing with jellyfish floating on a tv and peaceful music. Wilma did my massage and I adored her. I have been getting cramps when I twist around on both sides of my lower back and she worked out the knots and my back feels amazing! It was so relaxing. After I was done, I'm sure I looked post one night stand with a relaxed look, disheveled hair and an eyelash trying to float away. Wilma met me outside of the room with a cup of water. Great experience, I just wanted to hug her!! Thank you so much!!! read more

Valerie was incredible! She did my first facial ever and really seemed to care about the specifics of my skin, kept me informed, and was very helpful overall. I loved how relaxing this experience was and I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I called day of to book a facial for me and my mom and thankfully they still had a couple openings available. Unfortunately, my mom got sick and had to go to the doctor that day so she couldn't come anymore. I almost cancelled it entirely, but same day cancellations are 50% the cost of the service....put them both together and I'd essentially pay for a whole facial. Thankfully one of my friends had come over so I took her instead and it was her first ever facial. She really enjoyed her time with Adrianne and when we came out she said her face felt smooth and soft as a baby's bottom! My therapist was Cassandra and I definitely think my friend and I got the perfect person for us each. I was super sleepy and let Cassandra know so if I dozed off she wouldn't be caught off guard haha. My friend said she and Adrianna talked almost nonstop, so definitely different vibes. I appreciate that the therapists can respect that and create a relaxing space for you regardless. I learned that I have dry skin, which shouldn't be a shock considering how much I'm in the sun, but thankfully no sun damage or anything. Cassandra recommended some hydrating products and I've been using them at home ever since and really like them. All in all, I'll definitely be coming back whether for another facial or to see how their waxing services are. Love the convenient location too. read more

I give 5 stars my theraphist/Facial specialist Cassandra was amazing. She recommended rgw the Acne Facial with the Light Theraphy and did extractions and gave a nice massage.I was Knocked out on the table just very relaxing and Rachel was kind and courteous. Thanks I will be back as on a journey of self care and J sterling was good for myself and my friend. read more

I wish we had J Sterlings in Melbourne Florida!!!!! I loved my deep tissue massage by Tisha so much two days later I came back for 90 minutes! The second massage was just as great as the first. To say she's amazing is an understatement. The staff is equally amazing. I was greeted by Mary, a spa associate. She instantly made me feel very welcomed. The environment is very high class and the cost is extremely reasonable. Make sure you tip accordingly. If you're looking for a five star massage experience, this is the place. Don't forget to ask for Tisha. read more

They do not know how to massage. Really rough on me, and the lady massaged my head for the majority of the massage. I ended up with a huge headache after. I didn't know I was gonna get a headache after that. read more

I booked an appt on the website and was told that I needed to reschedule my appt because I booked on Valentine's Day. I booked a single massage and they are only taking couples massages. I was told that I could call day of to make an appt if there was still available. anyplace I have ever gotten a massage at is first come first serve I find this fustrating and rude. once I get my deposit back I will not be spending at jsterling any longer. read more

My friend and I went for a spa day. We both got an hour facial and a an hour massage. When we got there the environment was exactly what you look for in a spa, relaxing, quiet, clean. The gal at the front desk, Nyasia greeted us with a smile. She was so welcoming :) Deborah my masseuse was top notch! Amazing massage from a veteran of massage! Nice personality too. Bambi did my facial which was lovely as well. I had a fabulous experience for a very fair price ($78.00 for both services before tips!) Thank you J Sterling! read more

Had the most amazing massage with Madi, already booked my next one!! Highly recommend Madi. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. read more

I have been to J Sterling Spa several times and always leaving with glowing beautiful skin...except today. I had a facial with Siara. Half of the 47 minute facial was spent massaging my neck and shoulders...included in this 47 minutes was a 5 minute LED treatment (extra charge) and under eye treatment which consisted of a swipe of cream above and below my eye. I am super disappointed and feel as if I just threw away $90.00. Siara did not inspect my skin beforehand. Just told me she was going to give a facial, led and eye treatment, and get under the sheets. Otherwise she did not speak again until it was over and I was told to dress, and she would see me outside the door. Well, I never did see her again. Usually the therapist is there with a water, and a hope you enjoyed the facial. Nothing. My face looks no different from when I walked in. read more

If I could review just on my massage experience it would be 5 stars but since I also got a facial that wasn't the greatest I give it 3 stars. I found this place on Groupon and read reviews and thought why not try it. I booked my husband a 90 min massage and myself a 60 min massage and a 60 min facial. The facility was very clean and relaxing, I'm pretty sure my husband was almost asleep in the lounge area. Our appointments were scheduled for 10am and promptly at 10 we were introduced to our massage therapist. Both of our massages were amazing. We were very relaxed and our muscles feel much better. At 11 I was sat back in the lounge waiting for my esthetician, she came and got me at 11:10 came back in room at 11:15 up sold me on a seasonal mask for $20 more left the room to tell front desk and started my facial a little after 11:20. She did not ask me if I was using any products like retin a, if I had any allergies nothing. I actually told her I couldn't do the pumpkin mask because I received a chemical peel 2 weeks ago. That should have been my first red flag, my facial also included extractions which she did 4 and 1 that she poked was a mole and now I have a red spot on my forehead. Her gloves were too big you could feel the ripples as she massaged the face and when she did the tapotement massage she didn't have enough massage cream and with the gloves it felt horrible. My facial ended at 11:50, I was dressed and checking out at 12pm, total waste of money. I should have told her I've been an esthetician for 8yrs. Her room was very cluttered and her wax pot was dirty. Not relaxing like massage room. read more

I give my massage therapist 5 stars. She is amazing and I am a tough customer and also very needy, so, unfortunately I will not mention her by name because I don't want to struggle to get my appointments with her due to others going to see her, sorry read more

I went for a massage because my lower back was bothering me. I got Madisynne, and let me tell you... definitely worth it. Was an amazing experience and extremely relaxing. She did all the right problem areas and just the right amount of pressure! I will most definitely be returning and 100% recommend her. Thank you Madisynne! read more

I had a facial scheduled today and needless to say I wont be returning. The esthetician was late, sloppy and terribly rough throughout the process. If you want quality, go elsewhere. UPDATE: I decided to give the place a second chance, booked online for 11:00 and called around 10:10 as I hadn't received a confirmation email or text. The front desk associate states that she "accidentally" opened an esthetician's schedule ONE HOUR early and they wouldn't be able to see me for a week! If you have $50 to burn and want a free comedy show, give this place a try. read more

My brother and I got the reflexology leg massages from Wilma and Maribel and it was so nice and relaxing. I have severe anxiety and the atmosphere was perfect and not overwhelming at all. First time I relaxed in so long. I will definitely return for the same services and even try out others. The staff in the front were friendly as well. read more

I returned to Sterling again after about 5 weeks. My work schedule doesn't allow for consistent visits but today I was able to make it. Samantha K. as usual, was on her game. She is a very talented woman and never dissapoints, and the front desk personnel as always, were genuinely welcoming. Mary, you are an angel. I feel so relaxed every time I leave this place. Looking forward to my next visist to Nirvana. read more

My husband and I got a massage with Tisha and Ricardo and we both were super duper satisfied with the massages. Tisha was both gentle and firm at the same time, the customer service from the receptionist Marcy and both masseuse was on point. We got the massages after being sore from 4 hectic days at the DisneyWorld parks, and we left feeling like we were never sore to begin with. I also loved the massage oil which was very light and not oily, sticky or greasy. The oil was super velvety and the massage was on point. Wish I lived in Florida so I could go to them every weekend! read more

ASK FOR MADISON!! She has hands of wonder and honestly gave me the best massage ever. Pressure was great sndnusually with female masseuses its light and their afraid of hurting you, not this girl! Will be back again for sure! read more

Ellie at front desk was wonderful! She suggested add ons for my massage and although I don't usually add anything onto a massage, she made them sound too good pass up so I added on a scalp massage and I am SO happy I did! It was incredible. My massage therapist was Jamie and if you want a great deep tissue go to her! I've had neck problems for over 5 years and she immediately found the knots in my neck and spent a lot of time working on them. I get massages pretty frequently (about once or twice a month) but because of the pandemic I haven't gone in over a year. With that being said I've had quite a few massage therapists and I can honestly say Jamie was one of the absolute best. Im so impressed and thankful for such a great experience, thank you so much, I will definitely be back!! read more

I had my first ever Cool Sculpting treatment with Madi and I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge about Cool Sculpting. This place is brand new, only a month old, so I expect to come back here and revise this. This place has some things it needs to work on. For starters, my therapist. She was knowledgeable on massage, but I felt she coached me too much. Every five minutes I'd hear: "deep breaths. Drop everything". I was so focused on trying to get this right that I didn't end up relaxing at all. This led to my body being more stiff. My husbands therapist said nothing to him, so I thought it went well, except he later told me they forgot his upgrade! So we had to tell the front desk to remove it. The massage started about 6:10, and ended about 6:55. I don't really feel that should be counted as an hour. I get it, my husband and I were about 3 mins late, but at least go till 7, as the appointment dictated. The cherry on top is when we asked to tip 10% on the total bill. The front desk said okay and we paid. In the car, looking at the receipt we saw she tipped 10% of the total bill to each person. That's an extra 9$ gone, for service we were already not too pleased with. Let me conclude by saying that I'm not a newbie to the massage game. I've had them in multiple parts of Florida, Las Vegas, China, and Maldives. This whole experience fits on the lower end of that scale. Saying all that, I still want to come back in a few months to see if there is improvement. If not, I'll stick to the winter park location. read more

We really enjoyed our couple massages the place was very relaxing and they were very professional. The ladies contacted us to see if we would like to come in early. They took us immediately and they were very friendly. This was our first time but we would recommend anyone to come there for massages. They worked every inch of our bodies from our neck to our toes. These ladies were very good at what they were doing and made sure every one of our desires were met and concentrated on in area you wanted extra attention and detail. We will definitely be back and tell others we even brought T-shirts to advertise their great service. Sincerely The Johnson's read more

Well really not one for reviews , but considering the *I don't care* attitude I just got from the girl at the front(Selena) , that prompted me to make anyone else aware. The service was ok. Nothing to rant and rave about. Been here 3 times, this one being my 3rd. For the price of me going by myself the first two times it was great. But now I decided I wanted to take my girlfriend there since it was her first time ever to a spa . It is advertised for a 90 min relaxation massage for $160 not including the consultation (which if only signing in when you get there is a consultation, then ok whatever.) it took me all of 5 min to sign a paper and get undressed. Anyways that leaves 80min left for the massage. I notice as we go into the room and start the massage it is 2:23 PM. By the time the massage was over it was 3:25 PM. The two ladies leave the room and tell us to have a nice day. We proceed to the front desk as I ask the front desk lady if they were still going to charge me for an hour and a half since it was only one hour. She tells me yes because I showed up late. Makes sense if the place was busy and/or that was told to us, and we would have just rescheduled since we were running a few minutes behind. She did not care to help us out or even inform us that this is their policy when I called to inform her I was running behind. They were just really fast to take my money and that speaks a thousand words. Unfortunately I won't be returning to J Sterling Spa after this encounter. I like a place that cares about the guest and the hard earned money they are spending in their establishment! SMH read more

I loved this place. Dianna was our Spa Associate and she was really friendly and informative. I ended up booking a 90 min couples massage for my boyfriend and I. Our therapists were Manibel (I hope I'm spelling her name right) and Joe! They were both super great therapists and really took care of our sore and tired bodies from the Disney Parks. I definitely suggest getting the 90 min massage over the hour massage because time flies when you're so relaxed you're falling asleep. We left here feeling so much better! Thank you guys again! read more

We flew in from Chicago and were hoping the spa we found online would be to our liking. Our 90-minute couples massage was AMAZING! And all of this for a great price too! Will definitely be back for another amazing experience! Thank you ladies! read more
