You can valet at the front, and as long as you have your ticket validated, parking is complimentary, which is a nice perk. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted right away and offered a quick tour of the facilities (optional, but I'd recommend it), then taken to the locker rooms where everything was set up for us, lockers, robes, and spa shoes. The amenities are honestly next-level. They had everything you could think of: q-tips, combs, brushes, hair dryers, hairspray, shower steamers, sugar scrubs, you name it. There was also a lounge area stocked with water and light snacks, which made it easy to relax before and after services. I booked a 50-minute relaxation massage with Shelly, and she was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you. The pool temperature was perfect, and having servers walking around to take food and drink orders made it feel even more luxurious. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the beautiful facilities, attentive staff, and little details that make everything feel elevated, I would definitely come back again.

I hit save and submit and the system came up and I was able to see the appointment book. I am pretty sure thats breaking HIPPA. I was seen by Laura who was amazing. She didn't push any upgrades on me but did offer them and explain how they each work. I have in the past done the peppermint oil for headaches and my husband has done the CBD for pain. When my husband was paying for our services the front desk girl was overly pushy about becoming a member, I didn't like that. My husband saw Michaela, I believe, he said she was great and used the perfect pressure. I would go back to see Laura again. The lobby was clean, the massage table was warm, the music was calm. If the people aren't very careful and quiet you can hear them talk during your service.

The massage therapist was adequate, but definitely not above average. What I found completely unacceptable was being told at checkout that I was required to leave a $40 gratuity because I combined two massage packages together. I asked three separate times to see this policy in writing, and no one was able to provide it. If gratuity is mandatory, customers should be clearly informed before their appointment -- not surprised at checkout. Requiring a tip, especially without disclosing it in advance or being able to show the policy in writing, is inappropriate and not the level of customer service I expect from a business I have supported for over a decade.

That morning, I got a call and text message that my masseuse would be a bit late - I definitely appreciated the warning. Arriving at the lobby, which is located in the 3rd tower, there was no front desk person. It seems you sit there until they bring you back to the relaxation room. Both the relaxation room and the service room are converted hotel rooms - so they are spacious. However, the relaxation room is immediately by the hallway and you can very clearly hear loud guests walking by and housekeeping rolling carts back and forth; there was no music or sound machine to help soften the noise either. For the service room, they have light blocking shades, so it is appropriately dim - but it is also on the side where the hotel pool is, so you can hear the thumping of the music coming in a bit. I was given water and brought back by another staff member, which I appreciated. Ultimately, my masseuse was late by 13 mins and, by the time the room was set up, we started 30 minutes late. Thankfully, I had nothing going on later that day. Finally, when my service started my masseuse, Lizzie, was fantastic; she asked what she should concentrated on and actually listened to me; nor did she push enhancements on me that I didn't want. While the location of the spa is not ideal - my actual massage with Lizzie was definitely worth the wait. It was truly one of the best massages I've ever had. The table was comfortable and heated; calming music was played; she answered questions about what she was noticing in my muscles; and she used a variety of props to elevate the experience, like an eye mask, a heating pad, a neck pillow and more. If I could, I would give the spa itself three stars - but Lizzie would get an overwhelming 5 stars!

(Pictures to be added later.) She was warm and friendly but not overly chatty, which is honestly how I prefer these appointments to go. I just closed my eyes, took a quick nap while she did her thing, and woke up with doe eyes that would make Snow White jealous. The salon itself is very bright, clean, and spacious. The decor and vibe definitely lends itself an air of relaxation so you can focus on being pampered! Location: Old Dixie Hwy off Osceola Pkwy. Super easy to find. I believe they share the building with a construction business and a barber shop. They do have a private parking lot, and I was able to get a space no problem. Note however that I did go about midday on a weekday. Appointments: I made my appointment on Booksy via their website. They asked for my card to put down about half the price of the service to hold my spot prior to coming in. Easy peasy. It's a shame I don't live in the area, because I would definitely be a regular! I'm generally not a picky…read moreperson, but everyone I've talked to has told me I need to write a review about my experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I started my appointment fine, I was prepped by one tech Lynn, who after I showed my inspo pic, she switched me to Mai. Concerned, I specifically asked Mai when I showed her my inspo picture if it was too hard to do and I would pick something simpler, and she ASSURED me it was fine. The reason I asked was because I had an event to go to and knew a bunch of people were going to be looking at my nails, so I didn't want to risk them turning out bad. First, I asked for Gel X which should be easier to do than acrylic or dip. Right? Wrong. Mai used a gritty primer before adding color to my extensions that make my nails so bumpy. She literally mentioned how it looked weird and retried to apply multiple times and it still looked bad and she just kept going. Then she applied nude for 6 of my French nails that were so patchy because she didn't do enough layers. Then for the actual design. She verbally stated to Lynn that she didn't know how she was gonna do it but that she would try. Not comforting to hear... For the design the first red flag was that she used a hot ass pink color for the base lines, keep in mind the design is bright red. She assures me that she's gonna add red and does the lightest streakiest red ever! At this point she starts to put top coat on and I speak up about how the design looks-- she's missing vertical lines in the gingham, the lines she does have are they're too spaced out so the white spaces look rectangular not square, the lines look messy uneven and didn't go all the way to the inside of my French nails, I truly hated them and I told her so nicely "I'm so sorry but I do not like them, is there any way we can just do French instead at this point? and she blew up on me! She started getting hostile and saying that my inspo picture was messy and she just copied the messiness of the picture, that "no one can do it completely 100% like the photo", and kept pushing me to answer what was wrong with the nails and I told her everything and she said she would fix them but at this point I just wanted something simpler. I asked again can she even just cover them with a solid color and she refused, and we literally sat in silence until I agreed to let her "fix" them. I had to instruct her on exactly what to fix and everytime I would ask for something she'd say "I'm not done yet!". She kept arguing with me that there were not vertical lines on the sides on the nails only one in the middle like what? It's a gingham pattern... and yes it is in the picture, when I point out that she's wrong and just missed that there were extra lines she completely dismissed me. I literally almost never speak up at nail salons and this was just such a bad experience and I hated my nails so much that it took all the courage I had to speak up for myself so I wouldn't have to leave with nails I hated and she legit pressured me into keeping them. Not only that but she tried to gaslight me the whole time into saying her poor quality was MY fault. She said it's because I have bigger nails and that I chose a different shape than the inspo picture... um what??? She just kept saying that I needed to pay her for her time that's why she wouldn't change the design but 1. I never said that I wouldn't pay her, I definitely would've she just didn't want to keep working on them because she was lazy. 2. she promised me something and did not deliver, at all. AND in the beginning she said she would test doing the design on 1-2 nails then ask me how I liked it and that NEVER happened. Matter of fact she not once checked in on me to see if I liked them or explained her plan so I just trusted her and the process. Big mistake. I cannot tell you how frustrating, embarrassing, and upsetting this was. The way Mai handled the situation was beyond rude and unprofessional. If you want cute designs DO NOT COME HERE, or rather DO NOT GO TO MAI. I specifically picked this placed because I saw photos of cute designs and thought they were capable and maybe some of the techs are but my experience was so horrible I will never be back. Everyone I have shown has told me they can tell that it's bad and i cried several times about it. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time, money and mental well being by just getting gel x press ons and doing your nails at home by yourself. See inspo pic attached versus what I got and keep in mind that what I got is not even bad as what she originally did. I had to literally tell her what to do to somewhat make them look decent. Yeah it might look alright if you're 500 feet away and squint your eyes. But the quality is truly horrifying upclose. 0/10 would never recommend and honestly this is my last time going to a random fucking salon.
