This was such a hidden gem! It was my boyfriend's birthday and the first thing I asked him was what did he want to do for his birthday? He said beer spa and immediately I said why a beer spa if we don't even drink beer? This experience was such a great experience because you don't even have to drink beer in order to have a great time. They offer wine selections, sangrias and Prosecco etc with an additional up charge. I felt that it was worth it since me and my boyfriend do not drink beer. When we first walked in we had to call for the host to unlock the door for our apartment which makes it more tailored to people who set reservations in advance. You do pay for it advance as well so just be advised when booked. I was charged the add on after the appointment which was the wine. You are provided with towels, glasses , Robes before entering the private room. You have a locker with the key to lock your items like purses, etc. you are allowed to take your phones in the room which was nice if you wanted to capture the experience . They offer two tubs which are both in the room. For a more intimate experience I got the one tub which was nice because the one tub is enough room to fit two people comfortably. When you walk in the room, there's a sauna, tub and a hay bed. It is recommended to use the tub first to bathe in (ingredients to make beer not actual beer) for 30 mins. The sauna for 15 mins and the hay bed for another 15mins: the host explains all of this before your timer starts in the room. There is a cone that turns from green to red to keep track of your time when you are inside the room which I love that so we don't have to keep checking our phone every minute to keep track. You only get 60 mins but tbh it's worth it. We had such a great time doing this and very different from a normal spa but worth every penny. We were able to get as much wine as we wanted with the purchase and we mixed it with the sangria for it be stronger. When the time is up you just come out and there are available items to purchase like soaps, lotions, etc. which was also a nice touch as well. One of my BFFs from back home in Connecticut came down for a visit and surprised me with a trip to the Beer Spa! My friend, having gone to one while in Prague, knew that I'd love it. Spoiler alert, readers (if the 5 stars didn't give it away): he wasn't wrong. The Beer Spa is located on the southern end of I-Drive and in a rather non-descript strip mall. It's a total vibe change when you walk in from the parking lot and into the reception area with an immediate atmosphere shift as you walk in the door. If you've been to a farmhouse style brewery, it's like a mix of that with some spa touches. You have to provide your ID for alcohol consumption purposes and sign a waiver before you are given robes to change into and a locker for your stuff. As a curvy girl, I highly recommend wearing a bathing suit because those robes may not cover up everything that you want to be covered. Once you're in your robes, you're taken out to the lobby to get a run through of the drink offerings. As a craft beer drinker, I was concerned that there wouldn't be any local representation and I was so glad to see that everything provided on tap was from Ivanhoe Park with choices of a Belgian Wit, Golden Pilsner, American IPA, and a Blonde. You can add-on wine, sangria, or some canned beers (they have a sour option in a can if needed) for an additional cost, but we just opted for the beers on tap. They'll also offer to take some pictures in front of the signs and taps at the front before they run through the rules and lead you to your private spa room. The door to the spa room had a personalized sign with our names on it (so cute!) and it was a total wow factor when our attendant opened the door to reveal the interior. There was a beer tap in the middle with hot tubs on either side made to look like beer barrels, an electric fireplace colored green that was a perfect addition to the ambiance, an infrared sauna on one side, and a comfy bed of hay with white sheets and pillows on the other. There is also a private bathroom. Each of us got our own beer stein and could refill from the taps as we wished, a bottle of water, and some towels for when we got out. No spa setting can be perfect without music, so there is a flatscreen TV on the wall opposite the tubs with Pandora ready to go. I've known my friend since we were little and we grew up together totally influencing each other's music taste. There was no Pandora station for us other than a metal or industrial music one. That's, literally, how we relax. My friend booked us for a one-hour spa experience with two tubs. I would have gladly shared as I stand only about 5'5", but it was so nice to each have our own as you can control the temperature and jets to just how you want them. The tubs are filled with a special treatment of hops, barley, and yeast full of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and antioxidants. My skin was soooooooooo soft after we left. There's also aromatherapy throughout the building, using malt and hop oils, to promote calm. A timer using red/yellow/green is used to help navigate your time, so you don't have to worry about the clock and I will say that I wish we had just a little more time to have rested and relaxed on the hay bed. At least, we'll know for next time if we decide to come back on another visit in Orlando. All in all, I wish I had a Beer Spa locally as I'd probably come up with all sorts of reasons to visit. We came this morning for the first and time and it far exceeded our expectations. It is found in a strip mall and not very noticable but once you step inside, the theming is perfect! We were given robes and lockers for our personal belongings and once changed, we got to try out the different beers and were offered to add on wine or sangria for an additional fee (we declined because the beer from local brewery Ivanhoe Park Brewing was great). The attendant was very kind and patient and even offered to take photos of us in front of the sign before being us back to our private room. There was a personalized sign on the door with our names on it which made us feel like VIP and then the attendant patiently gave us a tour of the room and showed us how everything worked. You are given the option to wear bathing suits or go nude as the room is locked for the duration of your session and there is a timer giving you a 15 minute warning before the hour is over. The tubs were large and deep and the hops was surprisingly soothing and not sticky at all. They have all the beer on tap so you can pour as many as you want throughout your service and they have a tv with access to Pandora so you can choose your own ambience. There were also water bottles provided which were much appreciated after we spent 30 minutes in the tubs and another 5-10 minutes in the infrared sauna (as recommended). If you are wondering if this is worth it - it absolutely is, just do it!! The entrance is super cute for photos, we got in our robes, tried the beer on tap right there in the lobby and that set the tone for the rest of our experience which was great! You can purchase beer to take home as well as other cute souvenirs like shirts, hats, beer glasses, etc - amongst other things like soap! I really appreciated that they went out of their way to recognize that we were there for a birthday celebration and even had a sign on our spa room door that welcomed us in :) You get a room with two baths in it (so cute that they look like beer barrels let me just say), but it was two of us and we just shared one! There's a beer tap that is unlimited and you pour for yourself during your private time in the room. You can pay an up-charge to include a Sangria, also available on the tap but it is locked unless you purchase that upgrade. There are towels and robes provided as well as a television with Pandora music to set the vibe for your visit. After you have some time in the hot soaking tub you can hop into the sauna for a bit, then maybe even rest for a bit on the hay bed (includes linens), and rinse off in the shower that comes with the full bathroom. I have nothing but great things to say - 1 hour was plenty of time, but I think 1.5 would've been perfect. I have sensitive skin and i was totally fine with the beer tub as well, if anyone is wondering! I wore a black bikini so that I didn't have to worry about any staining, God forbid that were to be a concern but not sure. One of the coolest spa experiences I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be back on the regular. From the moment we got there we were treated like royalty. We were given comfortable robes to wear and then given a run down of what to expect, plus we got to taste the beers we would have in our room and get the first glass poured for us before we even went in. The room itself was so relaxing with a really neat vibe. We each had our own soaking tub with pretty powerful jets. It was the perfect temperature and deep enough to cover the whole body. There were three different beers on tap, so we could self pour and have as much of as we wanted throughout the treatment. There was also a sauna and a hay bed. We decided to stay in the soaking tub the entire time and chat and drink beer because it was so relaxing. There was a small tv on the wall that allowed us to play different types of music during our time too. I have zero complaints except that I wanted more time! From start to finish, the customer service and care taken to make us feel the luxury of a typical spa and the uniqueness of the experience were too notch. A common misconception is that you're soaking in beer and it would leave you sticky, but that's not the case. They use ingredients found in beer so you get all of the antioxidant properties without feeling sticky. This place has been on my bucket list for years and I finally got to go! Such a unique concept, found mainly in Europe, this is one of the few establishment's found in the US and lucky enough for me, not that far of a drive from Miami. Booking is easily done online for hour treatments, but they also offer 90 mins and 2 hr sessions that need to be called in and can be reserved based on availability. Upon arrival, Check in was easy and friendly. Once changed out of our clothes and into our bathing suits, we covered up with cute robes that were provided and we got to sample the beers we would have access to in our room. We sampled the 3 different types of beers from a local brewery, took some cute pictures, and then we were taken to our private room where on the door was the cutest personalized sign with our names on it. Awaiting us inside were 2 wooden jet tubs filled with hops! An infra red sauna room and a bed of hay, lol yes a bed of hay. The entire process and benefits of the treatment were explained to us. In between the 2 tubs was the beer tap station with the beers we had just sampled. The tap is self serve and the best part, besides great tasting beer, it's unlimited! The zen yet modern feel to the room was amazing, a green light hue filled the atmosphere while chill music played in the back ground. Relaxing and innovative, I was in awe the whole time during my session making it hard to want to leave when time was up. I mean how many people can say they have been to a beer spa, well I can now! A friend of ours went with his girlfriend and raved about it, so we tried it out! At first we couldn't get a reservation for 5+ days out because they were fully booked, but when calling the receptionist said to sign up to be added to their waitlist on Vagaro for the day I wanted because it's common for cancelations to happen. So, I did that and the day before I got a notification there was an opening! We went on a Sunday night; so Saturday afternoon/night we got the memo. I called right away and she was able to book me in the opening spot. Super easy! The staff was 2 girls and they were both super sweet. Kind and informative and to the point. No time to waste and once we understood the drink situation we were able to go right in. My fiancé enjoyed the 3 unlimited beers included in the experience and I got a jug of sangria for $10. We followed their timing recommendations for tub, sauna, and straw bed. It was nicely timed out, but we wish we had more time! After chatting with the staff again afterwards, we learned that they're trying something new with a 90 minute experience for an extra $65. You're not able to book it on their website, so you'll have to call to ask about it and book it. We would definitely come back here and do it again!! read more

Key checked us in and explained the whole process to us, then we changed into our robes and had a sampling of the beers on tap that were available. We also tried some wines and a red and a white Sangria. We opted to pay a bit extra for a carafe of the white Sangria, which was delicious! Key walked us to our Spa room, which was SO nice. A huge soaking tub, a Sauna and a cool hay area were inside, as well as a restroom with a shower. The soak is incredibly relaxing, and unlimited beverages is so fun. I absolutely love the concept. I booked instantly. For online booking they use Vagaro. I received confirmations, messages and reminders prior to our appointment. The staff were friendly and patient with us as they went over how things work and our drink options. They offer 3 local beers on tap that come with the appointment. They also have 2 wines on tap and sangrias for an additional purchase. We had a private room, equipped with a tv, bathroom(with a shower), hay bed, sauna, tub and of course tap beer! I was skeptical when booking just 1 tub for two people. To my surprise, it was pretty big and deep enough for us to be comfortable and have ample space. The hay bed was so soft ...I could stay there forever. We purchased some souvenirs at the end of our visit. We got a glass beer mug, shot glasses, margarita mix, and hop lip balm. They have a lot of merchandise and beer inspired body products. We felt great and our skin was soft afterwards. Even after a couple days. It was truly beneficial. Listen! This place is a must stop if you are ever in the Orlando area. This was my first stop on a much needed weekend getaway and it was the best thing since sliced bread.It is located on I-drive not too far from the outlets. When we first walked in we were greeted by the woman at the counter. I made the reservation weeks in advance so it was an easy check in. They gave us robes to change into which were comfy and a locker to put our stuff into because you are only allowed to take your phone in the room with you. We still had a few mins until we could go to the back so when your in the front the woman gave us the rundown on what we could expect during our experience. She started out with the display that had all types of beer soaps, lotions etc. And on the other side was the beer tap, it had a few different options to choose from, which would also be in your room and she let us taste each one. They also had a a couple wine options that you could add for an up charge, but we opted out of that but we still got to taste them( I was feeling tipsy before we even got into the room lol). Once that was completed she walked us to the back where our names were on the door. And yes you do get your own private room! The room is very spacious, has 2 tubs, a sauna and a private bathroom. The ambiance was so calming and you can even play your own music but they did have pandora already available. I chose the Sade station and it really set the vibe. Now at first glance the tubs don't look deep but they are so just be mindful of that. If you are going as a couple I would encourage just getting one tub to share because it is spacious enough and makes for a more intimate experience. Based on the woman's recommendation you should soak in the tub for 30 mins, 5-10 mins in the sauna(this helps the beer absorb into your skin) and then the remainder relaxing in the hay bed. And you can refill your beer as many times as you can within that time. This was my first spa experience (ever), so im glad it was memorable, Soaking in the tub was so relaxing and my skin was feeling amazing by the time I left. I forgot to mention that when you are in the spa you have the option of wearing swim bottoms but going all natural is the best option so your skin can fully reap the benefits of the beer. All in all 10/10 experience and would do it over and over again. They also said they will be opening a location in Tampa in the near future so stay tuned : ) read more

The beer spa in Orlando was a unique and fun experience. My husband booked this for us as a part of our anniversary trip and we were not disappointed. We got there about 25-30 mins earlier than our appointment. Despite being very early we were greeted immediately and our spa host didn't waste any time making us feel right at home and comfortable while the rest of the team got the room ready. While we waited, we got to taste a few different beers and two different sangrias. They were all really good even though we stuck with the beer the entire time. There's an upgrade for Prosecco and another type of wine or champagne, which gives guests more options. The robes were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the service was amazing. As soon as you walk in there is someone to assist you. Since the spa only has two rooms you are seen to quickly! Before you enter the room you are given a robe and samples of the beer. There is an up charge for champagne that you can purchase In the room there is two tubs (which can fit two, giving a total of four person max per room), a sauna and a hay stack. There is also beers on tab so you can drink as much as you can within an hour, a TV that allows you to play any music you want to and a timer so you will know how much time is remaining. The atmosphere is so calming and refreshing! It also was not too expensive. The only con is that there is not a massage option but other than that I loved this spa! read more

This is an interesting concept and something we had to try. Upon check in you are offered samples of the beer and wine offered. We had 4 people so for $40 more we could have the Prosecco and Cabernet. We added it on. You dress in the front bathroom, put on your spa robe, and lock your items in a locker (you are allowed to take your phone). You take ur glasses to your spa room where your large tubs, sauna, and surprisingly comfortable haybed await. 1 hour doesn't seem a lot, but when you add heat and alcohol, 1 hour is perfect. The hop bath is so detoxing that you probably won't feel to good if you throw a ton of alcohol into your body. So you might want to save the frat party for another time and just relax with a glass or two. It's such a great experience, even with the cost, we look forward to visiting again. read more

Such a unique and interesting "spa day" experience at the Beer Spa in Orlando. You need to make reservations and pay in advance which I thought was interesting - but I get that they want to make sure people show up to their appointments. We arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed, to complete some paperwork and go over all the "rules and regulations" from the staff. They pour you a beer (or wine) in the lobby once you check in and then take you on a little tour of the facility. It felt like we were the only ones there but I believe they only have two spa rooms available. The staff member goes over everything with you beforehand which is nice considering they pretty much leave you alone the whole time you're in the room but it's also a bit overwhelming and there's a lot of information to take in especially if it's your first time. We locked up our belongings in a locker outside of the room and were only able to take in the clothes we were wearing, bathing suits and phones. The staff also gave us really nice robes to change into. The room was huge! Equipped with a full bathroom (yes a shower too), the beer tubs, infrared sauna and hay relaxing area. The beer bath was so relaxing. It didn't smell like beer surprisingly and I liked that the taps in the room could be reached easily from the tubs. I also really liked the infrared sauna in the room as well. His favorite part was that he got to choose his own music selection in the room. They have music stations linked to a speaker and TV or you can connect your own playlist via Bluetooth if you want. SOME NOTES: It would be cool to see some rotating taps from other local breweries. They should have told us ahead of time that we would get a little bread/muffin treat included with the experience. I ordered two charcuterie things which were kind of expensive that went uneaten because we forgot about them until the end. We took them home but I probably wouldn't have paid for them had I known about the other included item; just felt wasteful since we opened it to try but didn't really eat them. The whole experience while unique and relaxing also felt very rushed. There was a lot of information to go over in the beginning and while I understand it's important for health and safety, it was overwhelming and we felt like we were constantly checking the time to make sure we got the full experience which is the opposite of a relaxing spa experience. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you rinse off in the shower before leaving the room, especially for ladies! They ask you to change outside in a different bathroom when you're done (to leave the room to be cleaned) but when I got into the bathroom I had a ton of beer ingredients from the tub that fell out of my bathing suit all over the floor even though I thought I was good. They do recommend not rinsing off after to leave the beer ingredients on your skin, however, a bathing suit top full of hops is no bueno either! After speaking with the two wonderful staff members that were there that day, both of them HAD NOT done the full beer spa experience. I think it's important that the staff members of any business get to experience what they're selling so they understand from the customers perspective to help give better recommendations and maybe even cut down their whole intro or rephrase certain things to make it a more relaxing experience. These are the reasons I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, this was a really unique Valentine's day treat and we loved the experience and would definitely try them again if/when in the area. read more

This is such a cool concept! We were recommended to trying it out because of some friends who did it. I love when your first walk in, they have to open the door for you because it's by appt only plus it just makes you feel safe. The young lady gave us robes to change into and then went over the sampling of beers with the option of wine or sangria for an up charge. I choose the white sangria, it was so yummy. The decor and the gifts were all amazing. There were mugs, shot glasses, soap, etc. We followed the young lady to our room and it displayed a cute personalized sign of our names on the door and when we walked in..... OMG it was massive! Two tubs but we did the 1 tub and a sauna with a haybed, bathroom with a shower and our own personal beers/wine to drink as much as you want. Also had a tv with tea light candles and music playing that we had the option to turn on whatever music we wanted. She went through everything very clear and thorough. I was in the water for about 35 mins and then 15 in the sauna which felt amazing and the last 10 on the bed. LOVE this, definitely would do this again, so glad we did it! The only thing we wished it was maybe an hour and 1/2 versus just an hour but nevertheless the experience was top tier! read more

What an amazing little gem in Orlando. We were looking for a new spa type experience and came across this place on Yelp. The online booking process was so easy and there were available time slots on a Saturday which was great!! We showed up on Saturday and the staff was incredible (informative and friendly). They gave us some background on the company and then we signed some wavers. They had taps right when you walked in and poured you a cold beer or glass of wine before you went back to the spa room. The room are nice size and have a couple different features. There are two tubs in each room but you only have to rent one if you want. There is a infrared sauna and a super soft bed of hay for you to relax on after. They give you sheets to lay over the hay so it does not get all over you. Once in the room they set a time for an hour and you have unlimited beer and while while in there. We followed the plan they advised us to do which was 1) 30 spa tub session 2) 5-10 minutes in the sauna 3) Spend the rest of the time relaxing on the bed. When the time was up we exited to a changing room and retrieved our belongings from the locker provided. This is a must try experience if you are in the Orlando area!! Hoping that more will open soon but for the time being this is the only beer spa in Florida. Thanks to the incredible staff for making the experience even more enjoyable. read more

My boyfriend and I came to the Beer Spa while visitng Orlando the week of July 4th! It was an amazing, fun, and relaxing experience. It was a great lil get away for us to have some time away from family while on vacation! We got there about half an hour early but the staff let us in and guided us through the whole process and we got to start our time a little early! Staff was super nice which made the experience a lot more comfortable for us. There was a guy there but we unfortunately did not get his name. The front door is locked but there is staff up front. We did witness someone try to come in. We changed into robes, and put our stuff into a locker. I believe it was Stephanie, who gave us a tasting of the beers, wines, and sangria. She also took our pictures and had us do a few poses! Then Christine (Sorry if names are spelled wrong), brought us to our room and showed us around. They recommended how we should use our time, like 5-10 mins in sauna. There was a timer and a visual timer (red, yellow and green light) We had one tub, and it fit both of us! There's pandora or a blue tooth speaker to use. It was nice having our own bathroom. We didn't feel gross after - it's not beer, but beer ingredients. Two water bottles and some towels were provided. The location is in a plaza so theres some stores to visit after if you're up for it. Definitely had a lot of fun and we've been recommending all our friends and family to go while in Orlando! We do plan on coming back next time we're in Orlando. read more

Loved my experience at the beer spa! I could have sat in that room all day. They had our name on the door and a tv/sound bar avaible to play the music of your choice. You start with a nice soak in the tub, move to the sauna, and end with a nice cool down in the lounge area. Beer is available throughout the whole experience.
