I paid $55 I called after rushing to work to let him know I was unsatisfied and he said I walked out with a smile and he could only change the shape if I wanted them fixed otherwise I would have to pay more. Update. It's Tuesday - 4 days after SNS and the first nails has chipped. I wouldn't go back to have it fixed even if I lived closer since my nails feel tender since Saturday. This is unfortunate because the color is quite pretty and despite it all I hoped it would at least last. Came in here while waiting on my car service to me done. don't know. I'm a little torn. I like the outcome of my nails. They look ok but were just done. However I'm sitting here waiting because for some reason they did my SNS dip before my regular pedi and now I have to wait for the polish to dry before I can get on the road. Also, he didn't soak my previous dip off. He used the electric dremel to grind it down some then asked me to put them in an acetone bath just as he did the other hand. After those 60 seconds he wipes it off and uses the dremel to finish taking off the polish. I did say I'm uncomfortable because this has previously damaged my nails. Also as i am here I see other people with the wrapped fingers to soak off. We proceed and the color looks good, but he did use a UV top coat? God forbid you very NICELY say you don't like something on your nails. The tech will give you attitude and then start talking Vietnamese with coworkers. Doesn't matter how nice you are about it, they get upset as if you (the customer) can't ask to fix or change something. Techs rush through your nails and are not friendly. You read more

I've been to this nail salon when I visited a few months ago and the first nail tech was amazing! He was really nice and kept conversation! I recently went a few days ago this nail tech was a bit in a rush! I wish I saved the photo I showed him which was a pink and white ombré. My ombré that he did was a light pink and it seems it turned orange. Also, there are bumps on my nails that I know shouldn't be there especially done by a professional since I do my nails at least every 3-4 weeks. I didn't use acrylic nails and after the service was done he said "look better long nail" and then charged me $50.00. I've never paid so much just for this type of service! I hope when I come back again that the other gentleman will be available because everything is better when you care about your customers. This place is only 5 minutes away so I'll give it another shot for the convenience and my first nail tech from this place. My cousin went to get her nails done before a trip and I went to tag along. The spa is very clean and nice looking. All the nail technicians seem very professional and educated on what they do but completely lack proper customer service. It's imperative you make an appointment before coming because you'll be waiting forever as a walk-in, they don't even look at the sign-in sheet and call random people up. The nail technician we had was very talented but was very rude even mentioning "honey, I have to go" when my cousin and I were conversing. We both have worked in the service industry so we cut her some slack (maybe she was tired?) but that doesn't make it appropriate. On the bright side, pricing was very fair and the finished outcome was nice as well. Overall, your nails will come out great but don't expect a kind nail technician. read more

The wait here is defiantly long if you don't make an appointment. Many of the techs have consistent clients, therefore they understand that you must make an appointment in order to be seen promptly. My nail tech is Tiffany and I have been seeing her for a year now. I simply LOVE her! She remembers little details and things about me that I don't even remember telling her about. If Tiffany isn't available during the time I need, then Tina is my next choice. Both of them have been with the location since it opened and really do fabulous work. It also makes me happy that the place isn't a revolving door. Many of the original techs are still there since the doors opened. Clean. Very reasonably priced. Lots of colors to choose from. Worst experience ever. The woman who did my pedicure did not listen to me when I told her not to cut down my nails, twice. She skipped steps to finish my pedicure faster. And she was speaking another language to another employee when I tried to tell her what I wanted. I'm never coming back. I'm very disappointed with my one and only experience at this salon. I went in to get my eyebrows and lip waxed a few days ago. As she applied the wax and subsequently removed the strips, I felt an immediate burning sensation on my lids. I told the associate this to which she replied that this sometimes happened when someone had sensitive skin. I don't have sensitive skin, I told her. I've been getting waxed for years and can say that have never had this happen. When she finished, both my eyelids were red and burning, she proceeded to pull out neosporin to apply and told me to apply neosporin 2 times for the next few days. Needless to say, I was extremely upset. I returned two days later to speak to the associate and owner. I was taken to the back and sat down. I felt like I was in an interrogation room. Anyway, they both were very nonchalant about it. They said "oh, we see this happen all the time... even worse sometimes. You'll be fine. I know it won't scar." Wow--- that's comforting. I was refunded the $6 I paid for the waxing. Honestly, they should have refunded everything I paid, for my inconvenience. AND just so you know, the employees there are subcontractors and are responsible for their own insurance. The shop owner is not liable for service gone wrong. He only has liability insurance, i.e., if someone trips on extension cord and breaks arm. On a positive note, the associate did a good job shaping my eyebrows. Too bad they burned me. I have two small scars on each eyelid to remind me. :( read more

I was in yesterday, 6-7-13. I got a full leg wax, eyebrow way and a pedicure. I was there for only about an hour for all those things. The pedicure was NOT worth $20. I had to reshape my toe nails and she barely touched my feet. When I got home in real light I noticed that she had missed several spots on my legs. She used cold wax on my lower legs and HOT wax on my upper legs in the more sensitive areas. I mentioned that it was hot and all she did was blow on it for a second and put it on. It did burn. My eye brows look great! Every thing else was bad... I would not recommend this place. I called and spoke with Do the gentleman who I assume was in charge. I told him I wasn't happy with the service. He said that I could come back in and the girl could re do it. Really? Let her take vengeance on me? NOT... He offered to give me $10 on my next purchase off. i have been a regular since past 2 years but they didnt care for loyalty before they shoved off my feedback i had on one of the worst services ever!!!! The associate did a filthy job at my pedicure and on asking repeatedly to do a better job, she kept arguing and nevertheless, didnt pay any heed to my concerns. The main guy who takes care of the parlor was equally indifferent about the attitude of the associate and only found it suitable for her to be indifferent as she was "experienced" and knew what she was doing!!!! i just wanted to be heard but alas no one was around to understand my concerns. i had to walk out because i was denied service and even the right to be heard. I came for manicure and fill gel nails and my experience was bad. My nails turned out good but the service is really bad. The lady who did my nail was rushing me the whole time. Before we even started, she asked if I wanted the most expensive service they have. Then I asked if I could try on some colors on my nails and I ended up picking about 3 colors to try on and she complained how I picked a lot of colors. And she didn't even try it on my nail, she tried it on hers and made me choose within 5 seconds of putting it on her nails. I felt pressured. When I was paying, I told her I wanted to pay with card and she asked "do you want to pay the tip here too?" Like why is she expecting to get tips right away? It's not even a mandatory thing but all she cared about was the tip I'm giving her. This is probably the first and last time I'm coming here. If I could give a 0 star or negative 1, I would. So unless you want to throw away your hard earned money, then by all means give this shitty place a try. I went in for a pedi and fill w/ gel. The pedicure part was ok but I soon found out the next day that my gel polish on my toes had bubbles. The guy that did my nails, named Tony, did such a horrible job. All of my nails had bubbles. I went the following day to see what they could do and possibly get a refund. But the guy that sits in the front, I'm guessing the owner/manager could care less. I was hoping he could fix it, but he was like no, I would have to wait for Tony to fix it. When I told him I was writing a review in regards to the service, he said go right ahead. So much for customer service. I went to another nail salon all the way in St. Cloud and they were like, who did this shit?? Your fill-in is horrible!!! As a warning to anyone going here for the first time, find another place.
