I had a wonderful experience at Blue Harmony Spa for their Christmas in July spa event! The event was a fun and relaxing way to experience everything the spa has to offer, with a variety of vendors showcasing and sampling their products, which included Pure Fiji (my favorite), Eminence, Moroccan Oil, and Cause-Medic CBD. There were also so many lovely wellness experiences throughout the event, including chair massages, facial analysis, mini Reiki sessions, and sound healing. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and made for a peaceful atmosphere and a fun summer event at the hotel. The spa itself is beautiful. I loved the relaxation area, outdoor jacuzzi, and the locker rooms. It was an enjoyable experience, and I loved getting to explore the different wellness offerings while enjoying the amenities. Overall the most important thing, my prenatal massage, was great. The facility itself could use a little updating because, as others mentioned, there was little mildew here and there such as in the outdoor areas. (I think easily solved with power washing!) I'm pregnant so I couldn't use many of the amenities, but fyi the steam room is closed right now because they are changing it to a sauna. (Not a huge deal to me but could have been disappointed if I was not pregnant and could use the steam room.) My pre-natal massage was great! Excellent amount of pressure and listened to me when I said to focus on my neck and shoulders. I would definitely come back, but maybe just for a neck and shoulder massage. Also liked that I got access to the main pool afterward and hung out there for a while. (Same comments on the mildew situation, but honestly you see that with lots of hotel pools. I got a 60-minute prenatal massage for my birthday and had a lovely experience here, with only a few pieces of feedback. My appointment was at 1:30PM (Sunday, 9/24) , so I came a bit early to put my things in the locker, get into my robe and slippers, and relax in the Relaxation Lounge with a book. You can enjoy their private hot tub or private steam room, as well, but being pregnant that wasn't an option for me. Still, lovely room to read in, comfy chaise lounge chairs, blankets, lemon water, hot water for tea, and some granola bars. Good space to get into a Zen mindset before a service. I've had countless massages in my lifetime, I'm a bit of a spa-enthusiast. My lady was obviously well-trained and very experienced. I will say though, her method was a bit odd and one I'd never experienced before. She was VERY VERY quick with her motions. It was like a Swedish massage in fast forward. I didn't mind it so much for my legs when I was on my stomach, same with my back. I did find myself wishing she'd slow down. It's not that she ended the massage early, it's just her MOTIONS were too fast for my taste. Once I flipped over to face up, her fast motions were at times a bit painful/too firm for the chest/shoulder area and arms. I'm comfortable with a firm massage but given the speed it was a bit hard to relax at times. I was impressed with the prenatal aspect of the massage (the pillow they use, elevating your feet so you're not sliding off), first place to do that well so applause there! The ambiance is lovely and so relaxing. Once my massage was done, I really wanted to take a hot shower to wash off the oil, but both showers were broken and that was a bummer. I also think this place could really use some eucalyptus in the steam room. I only briefly went in to get a sense of it, and that would really elevate the experience there. All in all, would return. The facility has so much potential and yet it's neglected. You can not spend time there as a day spa. The outdoor area could be amazing. They have the space but only have a very hot jacuzzi... with no shades. No lounge chairs just up right chairs. They have a separate area with nothing in it could use a cooling pool to relax in. The bathroom area has only one working shower. The hydro jet shower hasn't worked in two years (unacceptable). The steam room is also broken... again unacceptable to not even mention when booking. I paid for my sister in-law and I to have a side by side massage and other then that being good I was embarrassed by all the broke down amenities. We went there thinking we could spend some time relaxing before the massage.... Nope! Even the hot water for tea was lukewarm at best and wouldn't activate the teabag. Also no face wash. Just hand soap which is drying... a good spa would know that and offer face wash too. So good massage terrible amenities with a very nice building. $400 could have been spent at a nicer spa... don't waste your spa time here... there are better close by. I just was hoping the one on property where we were staying would be it.... Wyndham Bonnet creek keeps up on everything else it seems. Do better Wyndham! read more

I would like to start this by saying I posted my review on google and they had it taken down!!! My massage was great. However, this place is a DUMP. Everything is dusty, worms by the fake plant in the relaxation room. Moldy, sandy sauna, the hot tub area outside was Disgusting. Mold caked on the flooring, mold all around the hot tub, the drain wasn't even cleaned out... no lounging chairs either. No pest control as there were ants everywhere. Dirt n leaves under the chairs that are there. Everything I am pointing out are issues that have been going on for a WHILE. Not just today or this week, these are things that take months to build up.. also the only working shower was literally Jerry rigged and had to be turned on by a toilet valve they added to the shower head, not the handle in the shower. Also, The other shower was down. For my mom and I we spent +$700. This was with a discount for staying at the hotel. I am not stingy about money, but if it isn't even a clean atmosphere... come on. Do better, hire a weekly cleaning service atleast. If it weren't for our providers being amazing, I would have said all of this in person. However I am aware this is their livelihood and they just work there, they are not responsible for cleanliness. I really do hope management sees this and gets that mold cleaned up in the sauna and the entire patio pressure washed... truly so disappointing. My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage two days ago and I must say I haven't stopped thinking about it since! By far the BEST massage experience I have ever had. My masseuse was Jenny and his was Maria. I have never been able to relax enough in a massage for some reason and Jenny was so awesome I even fell asleep! We did the groupon package which came with aroma therapy and a glass of champagne. It would have also included the steam room and the personal jacuzzi but due to covid those were closed unfortunately. But I cant wait to come back when they are available. We did add on a face mask for $25 each and since we got two add on's we got to add another item for free so my boyfriend added on another oil. Also, the hotel pool is close by and you can use the pool before or after the massage. There is also a nice lake to walk around with bench swings. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience and I highly recommend! P.S. I was fully prepared to have to wear my mask during the massage but we didnt have to! Then I spent some time in the steam sauna and outdoor hot tub. Next time, I'll get there in time to loosen my muscles this way prior to the massage. One of the showers was broken but there didn't seem to be anyone waiting for me in the working shower. I really liked the Blue Harmony shampoo and body wash and was hoping to buy some upon checking out. But they carried other brands - that I hadn't had a chance to try, so I didn't buy any. Bummer. If there was a 6th star available that would be my rating. I can not express how much this establishment excelled and I exceeded my expectations. As a Christmas gift, my husband and I received a voucher for a couples massage, which included a foot scrub and complimentary champagne. Our anniversary is in early January, so we decided this would be a perfect way to celebrate. I booked our date and added on a facial for both of us. The facial was incredible and Megan did a wonderful job. She had an amazing personality and made me feel very comfortable with everything. My husband had the same experience and even though we weren't in the same room. (Not a surprise bc they told me about it when I booked it). I am no stranger to massages. This was THE BEST massage I have EVER had...EVER. I had my first experience with Himalayan sea salt stones and I don't think I can ever have another massage without them! My masseuse is was Ainstey. Really beautiful, smells nice, and good décor. PLEASE just have normal water available. The two liquids offered- white tea and coconut water were SUPER sweet and everyone in my party just decided to be dehydrated than to drink more of it. there's a small changing area, hot tub outside, relaxation area with a few snacks, a shower, and a steam room. Pass on the shower.. including the special light up one. The water isn't very hot and the pressure isn't great so it just seems more like a locker room shower. Also the soap/ shampoo/ conditioner is just fine. The hot tub is okay as well as the steam room. Honestly, it's not really worth the $30 day pass. However, it's a very nice benefit for those that choose to do services. What is nice is the bath robe and the salt scrub for your hands in the bathroom. I got to do a pedicure- I'm okay with it. it's pretty expensive at about $60+. Gratuity is already included. It's in a small room off to the side. It STRONGLY smells of nail polish when you walk in so I hated that. There's also a very limited selection of nail colors. They did give you a nice aromatherapy pillow which is nice. The rest is just fine for the massage part and the actual nail process. Really isn't worth the price, but since I got to do the day spa stuff, it was a good value. read more

The massages were top notch and the room where we had them done had a lovely ambiance. Our package also came with champagne and a choice of aromatherapy and it really added a nice touch to our day. On my trip to Orlando, my girlfriend recommended a Travelzoo deal for this place to me. I had a very late flight on Sunday and with a noon checkout, was trying to figure out how to spend the day. I called a few days in advance to see what kind of availability they had that Sunday. The lady I spoke with (Lisa) was very friendly and patient with all of my questions. I purchased the deal which was $89 for a 50 minute massage, free valet parking, use of pool/spa, and a glass of champagne. Note, they add a 20% gratuity to the services (based off original price- ended up being approx. $25). My friend and I got there around 1 and my massage was for 4 p.m. I was given a locker key for my belongings. Although a tight fit, I was able to fit my carry on suitcase and backpack in my locker. The lockers are in a dressing room containing seating and a vanity with blow dryers and toiletries. I spent the next few hours laying out by the pool, having drinks and a bite to eat. Massage: The team asks that you arrive 5 minutes before your massage, in the lounge area. There is a small alcove between the locker room and massage rooms which I mistook for the lounge. Initially I was thinking this was a sorry lounge, haha. I really liked the massage rooms and the sheets on the bed were ridiculously soft. My masseuse did a great job and my favorite part was the hot towel on the face and feet at the end of the massage. Facilities: The bathrooms have spacious stalls and some more toiletries at the sinks. I took my mom and dad here for my mom's birthday and myself here for an early self birthday present. All of us were so impressed, we are already talking about taking other family members here for another spa day. Blue Harmony spa is not as big as some other hotel spas that I have been to. However, I liked that it was small because it felt more relaxing and quiet. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a super nice and friendly receptionist, who provided us with keys to the lockers and walked us to the locker room. The ambiance of the whole place was so nice and perfect for a relaxing spa day. The reception area had a yummy scent. The spa provides guests with a soft and plush robe and sandals to change into. Other spa amenities include the lemongrass steam room, light therapy shower, relaxation room and outside jacuzzi. Spa guests also have access to the gym and outside pool, both of which we did not take advantage of. I think the premium price of hotel spa services is so worth it because of all the available amenities. You are not just paying for the service. All of the amenities at Blue Harmony made me feel like every single penny spent was worthwhile. My favorite was definitely the lemongrass steam room. The lemongrass scent was so refreshing and calming and the room had just the perfect amount of steam. Cold towels soaked in cucumber water are available outside of the steam room for a quick cool off. The shower had so many options to choose from. There were so many shower heads with great water pressure that make your shower feels like a massage. The outside jacuzzi was also amazing with the perfect warm water and pressure massagers. For our services, my mom got a facial, my dad got a hot stone massage and I got a body scrub. My body scrub was awesome and I got a nice little massage at the end. My mom loved her facial and my dad said that his massage was some of the best he has ever had. The staff were so friendly and sweet. There are also towels, lotions, soaps, body scrubs, and all spa related things you could think of for your convenience in every corner of the spa. They also serve coconut water which was so yummy and refreshing. The relaxation room also had some finger food to snack on. We spent about 4 hours at the spa. A Sunday Funday bachelorette party at the spa was just what I needed. And Blue Harmony was the perfect spot! We were able to use the spa after hours for our little group. They gave us a great package which included your choice of a 20 min back massage or a hand/foot scrub, with a 20 min facial, and a glass of champagne. While we waited for our services we were able to use their relaxation room to chat, drink, and eat (what we brought with us). This also included the use of the jacuzzi. The staff also made the experience great. The therapists were very skilled. Jody, the manager, was very attentive. She checked on us often and made sure we were having a great time. My favorite part was the smell of the oils they used. AMAZING. It was a blend of citrus, sweet, and flowery scents. I wish I had them around to use all the time. A very subpar experience for a premium price of $200 with a pre selected tip. Not very relaxing or luxurious for the money. I'd say the value of this was closer to $70. The robes felt extremely worn and thin - I checked multiple lockers to see if it was a one off and they were all a bit gross. The steam room was a nice feature, but where the steam comes out of is so loud and clunky I couldn't stand to be in there. The relaxation room door doesn't have a soft close. I know this is a small detail, but when you're in an area where everything should be quiet doors shouldn't slam. Also, you can hear the massage therapists talking loudly in the "whisper area". The actual massage was fine enough, but I had asked for biofreeze on my back and legs and the therapist advised against it saying it would be "too intense" which it wasn't and there was no desire to do the extra work to put it on both once commenting on it being fine. I also asked for harder pressure and her response was "you signed up for medium pressure" and made it sound like I would be charged more for her to push deeper. I was desperate for a massage after having just done the Dopey Challenge, so it did help, but by no means was this a relaxing experience or worth $200. read more

I purchased a Groupon because I decided since I can't travel and get a tropical vacation and massage at the spa I might as well do it locally. Upon arrival I was greeted by the valet. He was very nice and told me to make sure that I have my ticket validated by the spa. He also gave me precise instructions on the location of the spa inside of the hotel. I followed the instructions of the valet and arrived at the spa 15 minutes before my appointment. I was given forms to fill out and the staff was all very nice. I was then escorted to the back in a comfortable waiting area where I was given the wifi code. It was only a few short minutes before my masseuse came in. She introduced herself and her escorted me to my treatment room. Her name was Tracey. She explained what I was going to get, what I should expect and asked me if there was anything I wanted to add on or any areas that shouldn't be touched or any areas that should be given more attention. The massage table was nice and warm. Tracey was fabulous and worked her magic . After the massage was completed she gave me a few minutes of privacy and asked if I would like champagne and or water. I obliged and she met me back in the comfortable waiting area with my beverages. She also gave me a discount card for the my next visit if I decided to come back. Although the rest of the amenities were closed due to covid which I understand I truly enjoyed my visit and I will be returning. That is the only reason why I gave this review the 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't get the full spa experience. But Tracey was fabulous read more
