Wow !! This place was so so phenomenal. I want to say thank you and give recognition to the following : Michelle, Paola, Carrie, Cynthia, Amy and Maria - these girls took great care of my friend and I and made this day so nice. Michelle was the one who was able to coordinate things to try to match up between us. My friend was a late add on and they did all they could to make sure we did some things together. Michelle was very sweet and knowledgeable. Paola helped us everywhere we were. And was able to get us whatever we needed. She was the biggest sweetheart. Carrie did my massage along with my friends masseuse which was Melissa! They were both so great and really took their time to pamper us and treat us well! Cynthia did my Hungarian body wrap and walked me through exactly what was going to happen and what products were used. I even got to keep my dry brush at the end! Amy did my facial and WOW! I've never had a facial like that before- she drained my sinuses and extracted things so that my face was glowing! Maria helped with my mani pedi and salt room. First of all I was super impressed with the salt room as it helped clear up my skin. My mani and pedi was great. The nail polish didn't stay on my fingers all that well but it' was still so nice to have them done. I would HIGHLY recommend spending a little extra here and treating yourself. It was outstanding read more

The spa at the Waldorf Orlando is one of my absolute most favorite places when I need some relaxation and self care. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the moment I pull up in the valet loop, checking in at the spa, and especially the massage therapists and estheticians. I would confidently argue this is the more luxe spa in the Orlando area. Everything from the locker area, showers, steam room, jacuzzi, to the treatment rooms is are the very best. I highly recommend planning to make a day of your spa treatment by bringing your swimsuit and enjoying all this spa has to offer after your massage or other treatment. My favorite treatment to date has been the custom massage with Jody. I have tight hips as well as tension in my neck and shoulders. Jody was able to combine just the right pressure and with stretching to make me feel brand new again. She's also just so kind and thoughtful -- even sending me home with bath salts to ensure I had some additional self care after a stressful week. I love coming to this spa and it will always top my list when people ask my what I'd like as a birthday or gift for another holiday! read more

My wife and I enjoyed two days at the spa; using the whirlpool and steam room, as well as the shower facilities. There are separate wings for men and women; and, clothing is optional in the spa. This was good for us, as we had decided to leave our swimsuits home due to the cold weather. The staff was very helpful, providing each of us an explanation of the facilities as well as the rules (basically no cell phones in the spa.) My wife took our daughter the second day; and, she really enjoyed all of the facilities, coming back feeling refreshed and relaxed. We each enjoyed the Chocolate Truffle Tea, which was a decadent indulgence. In the tea room, you must be dressed and cell phone use is allowed. People kept ducking in the men's tea room to check their phones, despite being soaking wet from the spa. Oh well, you can't teach consideration - wait! Yes, you can! The best part for me was the shower, with the Eucalyptus Oil Spray, which is so very refreshing and exhilarating; and, it can really clear your sinuses! I picked up two bottles for us to use at home. We also got our daughter a bath bomb on the first night, which she used while we were at the spa the night before; and, the aroma was superb. read more

I had high expectations for the Waldorf Astoria Spa, and thought it would be comparable to The Four Seasons, but I was highly disappointed. I was treating my sister to a spa day and wanted everything to be perfect. The good: Her 80 min aromatherapy massage was pure heaven, and my 50 min was very nice. The cucumber water, hot teas, fruits and nut mixes were above par. The bad: The steam room wasn't very warm or steamy. The bath towels are too small, and a couple of the lockers didn't work properly. I had to have an attendant use a master key twice to open my locker, and it wasn't my inability. Once I switched to another locker, I never had an issue. Another guest had the same problems. The unacceptable: A cold shower. At first it was lukewarm but wouldn't warm up or get hot, and eventually it was really cold. My sister was in a different shower and it was cold as well. When I pay over $700 for spa treatments, I better be able to take a hot shower at the very least, and have access to a working facility. Needless to say, we went back to our rooms to take hot showers. So incredibly not okay! read more

Very dissatisfied with my time spent here over the weekend. This review is specific to my spa experience although I did stay on property with my Hilton Honors. I booked a facial and custom massage my total was almost $700 including service + gratuity. I had an afternoon appt but arrived an hour early to use the amenities and relax. When I checked in the host was blah. Not inviting more of a hi, have a seat, someone else will be right with you. The woman who came and got me from the waiting area was so rude and rushed. The 3 min tour she gave me of the spa was lack luster, no enthusiasm, it was like she was ready to go home and get this appt over with. She reiterated multiple times everything closes at 5 so when you're done with your services you need to be done with your shower etc. it's 2pm btw her language barrier didn't help either. There was no flow with this spa. No evidence of a true hospitality system or customer service from each checkpoint Ppl pass. No champagne, no luxury offerings or snacks. The two people who did my actual services were super nice but the physical service was just ok plus I was charged for a peppermint cream that they didn't inform me about. If I ask for custom massage meaning focus on a specific pain area vs overall body why aren't you letting me know there are additional fees on top of the $250 I'm already paying. The facial felt like a 3 year old was playing with my face with paint. They also don't use steam or actual extraction tools. I saw no difference in the results and I get facials every month. I chose this location to enjoy my birthday but nothing about this experience was celebratory. read more

Beautiful spa. Men's and women's locker rooms are extensive. Separate area for men and women to wait for their service. Had an amazing couples massage- room was cool, dark and relaxing. Following the massage we were led into a co-Ed relaxation room. Showers and steam felt amazing. Would absolutely recommend! read more

We stayed at the connecting hotel(Hilton Bonnet Creek) and the go-to spa was at the Waldorf. Our hotel provides a quick golf cart ride if you don't want to walk over. Our appointments were early and the staff was very welcoming. They provided a quick tour of the facilities before escorting us to the tea lounge. There are some amazing shower areas, a nice jacuzzi and a hair and makeup area. The tea lounge had some complimentary fruit and a variety of teas. Get there early to enjoy these treats. My friend was offered champagne during his relaxing time. There are separate facilities for men and women. I enjoyed a nice mani/ pedi session with Marta. She said they used organic polish. I had never heard of that. My nails were ok. I could see some blotches on the polish but oh well... If you have any treatments at the spa then you can utilize the spa area all day. I didn't get a chance to use the facilities since we had a busy day. It's a nice place to relax if you can squeeze in the times read more

Nothing I thought it would be. They want to charge you $90 for a manicure and the facility is cold like a hospital. No sound barriers and the bathroom is in the middle of the spa facilities and it was just odd. No one was comfortable and you could hear everything. You have to look for a trash can, no music or spa sounds. No one ever comes to check on you or offer you anything. IT WAS COLD! I would never spend a dime here... and prices are way too high! Why should we pay $90 and $20 grat for nails... that's ridiculous!!! We could use a nail salon place for $15. read more

I booked the queen bee pedicure, but that isn't what I received. The treatment was supposed to include honey scrubs and have an overall honey theme. Half-way through the treatment I asked which of the scrubs/lotions were the honey items and was told that the queen bee treatment was discontinued but the spa menu hasn't been updated. I had interactions with 3 spa attendants before that point, mind you, and not one mentioned that the service I booked wasn't actually available. Its extremely concerning as they were using products on me I hadn't asked for. What if someone has an allergy? Further, because I was doing a pedicure I was at the salon part of the spa. They asked that I put on a robe and spa slippers for the treatment, which I felt was completely unnecessary. My options were A) have a robe over my entire outfit and be sweating or B) be pant-less for a pedicure. COME ON! Did I mention the 21% "service charge" or the extra $25 for a no-UV light gel polish ? HARD PASS! Go to the Four Seasons instead. You actually will get what you book for there. read more

The Spa at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando rivals the world class spas I've visited in Arizona and Palm Springs. Amenities are abundant including a large waiting area with current magazines, healthy snacks and a variety of herbal teas. The men's area has large glass-enclosed showers and good hair products. The shower head extends high above your head giving that "rainforest" experience of water cascading on your shoulders. Should you chose a massage, ask for Mary (The one from the golf coast of Florida) She is experienced and friendly. The Waldorf Astoria Orlando spa also has a steam room and hot tub. The only missing piece; a men's/women's area where couples can enjoy the hot tub or sauna together. I will recommend the #Waldorf Astoria Orlando Spa to anyone going to the #Disneyworld Resort. read more

I wanted to give this a higher rating, but it just didn't earn it. The massage itself was very nice, though for the price I would expect more though I knew stones were extra. I was excited for the amenities but they were better on paper and old Yelp pictures. No music throughout, no essential oils in the steam room or showers, the shower was a basic shower nothing special though shampoo, conditioner, etc was provided. They had a nice area to do makeup and hair but like another commenter mentioned, the bathrooms are pretty centrally located. For the price is really expected a bit more sparkle. People were offered champagne and I was not though I should have spoke up in all it was alright. The hotel however was gorgeous. Loved the artwork!! read more

I had a wonderful prenatal massage. It was a beautiful spa with exceptionally attentive and polite staff members. Spa was very clean with large showers should you wish to take one after your treatment. Compared to other high end spas, prices were comparable. The pictures of this place don't really do it any justice. Wow! I went on a Thursday and I pretty much had the day to myself. I valet my car bc I was told that they would validate my parking. When I arrived at the spa I was greeted by a gentleman that gave me a card to fill out. This card had questions about how I was feeling. For example, stressed, unmotivated etc. Because I was getting the aromatherapy massage it was important to make sue the aroma soothed my mood. I chose from 3 different feelings and they gave me three different scents to choose from but I could only choose one of the three scents. I don't know which one it was though. After I checked in I was given a tour of the first floor. This place as a locker (they give you a key), bathroom, shower, jacuzzi, steam room, and tea room. After my tour she gave me some slippers a robe and allowed me to change privately. I was then escorted to the tea room where I waited patiently for my massage therapist. I was able to enjoy champagne, chocolate, tea and some snacks while I waited. It was perfect! After 10-15 mins of enjoying the tea room my therapist escorted me to the second floor where they do their messages. In the massage room they have a closet for you to hang your rob, shoes etc. My massage table was heated and it can be adjusted. I was able to customize the music that was playing (from 4 standard options). My massage was GREAT! During the massage she gave me some great advice on how to minimize the tension in my body. After my massage she greeted me with some water and escorted me back down stairs to the team room where I spent the rest of my day. :) I used EVERY amenity they offered, lol. I had to get my money's worth. They even have a station with shavers, tooth brushes, hair spray etc. I would definitely go back read more

I was excited to use the facilities and book a facial after reading the reviews, but it appears they are not up to the same standards as previous. Having worked in top hotels and spas in Las Vegas for 10+ years, here is my humble opinion... Positives: clean jacuzzi water, nice ambient music, stocked toiletries to use, quiet Negatives: used towels EVERYWHERE in the steam room as well as rust on the ceiling, hair from previous users on the walls in two of the shower stalls (if I wanted to see that, I would have taken a shower at home) an empty bucket of lukewarm water of what used to be cold cucumber towels. Used washcloths on the floor. No spa attendant to keep the facility clean. Nobody seemed to really give a shit, neither management or staff. Save your money and go to the Four Seasons. read more

I have been to many fine spas including the one at the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando. First, I would rate the facility as below average because there is no access to a pool area, there was no "quiet" because of some monotonous thumping above the whirlpool room, and it was hard to find my way around. It sounded like a machine that serves tennis balls was upstairs. Second, The facial was okay. It seemed like someone just following directions rather than someone that had experienced technique. I didn't get to indicate my pleasure or otherwise with my tip because they add the tip on whether you liked the service or not. Third, my ring went missing in the massage treatment room. It probably dropped out of the pocket of my robe and someone picked it up. I notified them 10 minutes after I left the room but they said they looked and it was gone. Sorry. Too bad for me. I made reports to hotel security and the sheriff. That experience tainted the experience and unless they unearth my ring, I will never go there again. An outfit of that caliber should at least do something classy when a woman's ring goes missing in their establishment. But all they said was, "Sorry. Other than your ring, how was everything else?" read more

I cannot say enough great things about my spa experience at Waldorf-Astoria. I had some time to kill before my flight home and was trying to get a last minute appointment at a local spa. Not only was I able to be fit in the same day and within just a couple hours, but I was told to arrive as early as I wanted to enjoy their amenities before my appointment. I was able to book the appointment without having to stay at the hotel which was also a bonus! Valet is the only parking option but you can get your ticket validated at the spa (just bring cash for a tip! I felt badly for not having any cash on hand). I hung out at the pool while waiting for my appointment and the staff was extremely friendly. I was served 2 mimosas by the excellent pool server who was very attentive and helpful. When I arrived for my spa appointment I was given a tour of the facility and was able to take a full shower to remove my suntan lotion. They had everything I needed including lockers to store my stuff, bathroom essentials such as a hair dryer, makeup remover, tampons, lotion, hairspray, and deodorant! The showers had towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was an indoor Jacuzzi and sauna available as well. After my shower I put on my complimentary robe and sandals then headed to the waiting "tea room". I was greeted promptly by my masseuse where she then walked me to my room. My aromatherapy massage was one of the best I've had. It was extremely relaxing, the right amount of pressure, and the music was at the perfect level. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a special treat and would absolutely come back if ever in the area again! read more

This is the place to go if you are visiting town and want a really great deep tissue massage. Kristin is amazing. She is a very skilled therapist with excellent technique and strength. Both my partner and I had great massages with her that kept is going through our highly active version of a vacation. If you really need a real good deep massage and don't want to be disappointed by someone who says they really do deep tissue but then they don't, here it is... The sure thing. The spa facilities were pretty nice. Whirlpool and steam room with showers and all of the toiletries and amenities you would expect. The staff was highly professional and did everything they could to make our spa visits relaxing and amazing from the front desk to spa attendants therapists and estheticians. I spent my first morning at The Waldorf Astoria Orlando at The Waldorf Astoria Spa. I met with the manager, Linda Hales, who took me and my guests on a tour of the spa. On the tour, Linda told us about some of the products they carry in the spa. The spa has handmade soaps and vegan nail polish that are all made from local products such as plants, minerals, and locally crafted honey. The honey is used in some of their treatments they offer. Take a skin treatment for example, the honey helps create a look of natural radiance and healthy glow. The spa offers facial therapies, body therapies, massage therapies, and salon services. After the tour, we were brought to the changing area so we could put our robes on and get ready for our massages. My masseuse's name was Jeannini and I received the spa's newest addition called the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage while my guests got the Honey Butter Massage. While waiting for our masseuses to arrive, we were taken to their Tea Lounge and Jacuzzi area for some delicious tea and relaxation before the real fun began. After we got our massages we of course had to try out their steam room. I cranked it all the way up and let my toxins drip away. read more

Waldorf Astoria Spa - Day Spas Near Me - Orlando, Florida

If you are ever in the Central Florida area, please make sure you visit the Waldorf Astoria Spa. This place is a hidden gem located on Disney's property. I love to try different spas at only hotels because I feel you get a package deal with all the amenities. Well, The hotel in itself is beautiful. With your spa treatment you get full access to the outdoor pools, tea room, sauna, steam room, indoor jacuzzi, full body rainforest showers and the gym. I went on a Tuesday and I felt like I had the place all to myself. I recommend going early or spending the entire day to truly enjoy each amenity. One thing I appreciate is the validation of parking at checkout. I valet parking because I wasn't sure where to park or if they even had self parking. Another cool thing is if you are a Florida resident you receive an extra 20% off your service on Monday-Thursday. I truly love the 20% off because it took care of my gratuity charges which is 20%. The customer service is phenomenal. 5 Stars for going above and beyond!!! The staff kept checking on me. At the time some construction was going on the upper level and the masseuse thought the service provided was not up to par because of the noise. So she told her manager and they had a gift bag waiting at checkout for me and I also received complimentary champagne. I was truly fine and enjoyed every minute of my massage but i was impressed how much they cared!!! Warm, welcoming, relaxing environment and awesome customer service, I will definitely return!!! read more

This is easily my favorite spa. I make trips to Orlando just for the spa. It is upscale without being snooty or stuffy. I cut myself shaving and they provided me with antiseptic, Neosporin and gauze in order to make sure that I was okay. This is a pretty basic "spa." The locker facilities are available via a day pass ($20) or with the hotel resort fee ($25). They are nice, but not amazing. I've been in better hotel spa locker rooms. There is a hot tub, but there is also one at the pool. There is a steam room which is nice, rather large. There are four chaise lounge chairs in the room with the hot tub and several showers. The showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. They are large enough to enter the shower but still allow for your robe and other items to remain dry. There is lotion available in each shower in the dry area. There are only two sinks. They are stocked with mouthwash, more lotion, toothbrushes, combs, razors, spray deodorant, etc... The lockers are dark wood, have individual keys and are half size. All in all a peaceful area, but the best part probably is the shower. Very nice and attentive locker room host however who kept asking me if I was getting on well. Also free cucumber water here. read more

I would have given this beautiful SPA 5 stars if they had an attendant in the men's locker area! When I came back from my massage to shower, there were no more towels! And the place looked a mess -- towels and robes everywhere. While the Spa itself is beautiful (and new looking), they aren't keeping the men's locker and wet area up-to-par. Staff is rude and bland making the entire experience sub par. They include a 21% gratuity in their service giving the staff zero incentive to meet customers expectations or provide superior service. I left with the worst pedicure I've ever received and will now need to have it redone somewhere more competent. I agree with other reviews that the amenities felt basic for such a well know establishment. Perhaps their massage services are better, but definitely don't waste your money having your nails done here.
