We opted for the "teaser set" that was advertised for $79. After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.

Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works. I woke up the morning after my lash appointment with spa bar with a huge red irritated blotch on my…read moreeye. I had to make an emergency appointment with an opthamologist after my lash appointment with spa bar because I am leaving for my wedding tomorrow. I told the doctor I felt some extra burning in that corner while getting them done and the specialist told me the lash tech either scratched my eye or got some of the chemicals in my eyeball that damaged the surface of my eye. I called and asked to speak to a manager (to hopefully get a refund for the extra $25 she charged me for the style I wanted and the $25 I tipped her) but the manager was unavailable and the front desk totally brushed me off saying the doctor was probably wrong and burning was normal. Burning can be normal, but when a specialist tells you that you've damaged someone's eye, accountability is expected. Don't go here unless you want an extra charge for style, and then have to pay $94 at the eye doctor after they damage your eyeball.
