Let me just say that Susan did AMAZING on my lips and frown lines and I cannot stop looking at my lips Susan paid attention to so much detail on every injection site. While waiting for the numbing to kick in, she asked me what kind of look I was going for. Honestly, A question that I had never been asked so I Didn't really know how to answer. I put my entire faith in her knowledge and expertise, and I'm so glad I did because I feel beautiful. I was given a list of recommendations for my skin (The processes the costs,etc...) for future ideas and let me just say that I am seriously considering their recommendations because honeyyyyy these ladies (Including the Cleaning staff I'm assuming )are stunning and kind. You walk in to the building, and you're just taken into a whole world of self-care and pamper. you will not be disappointed.

My appointments were confirmed on Thursday, including my 9:15 AM appointment. Then, the day before my appointment, I received another message showing 9:45 AM. Based on my previous experiences with their appointment confirmations, I understood that the time had been changed. I also had multiple appointments scheduled that morning, including 9:45 and 10:15, one of which was my Botox appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I was late for my 9:15 appointment. I explained that I had received the 9:45 appointment confirmation and showed them the messages. Instead of calmly looking into the confusion and trying to resolve the situation, the front-desk employee became confrontational and spoke loudly to me. What I found especially unacceptable and aggressive was that she threatened to call the police because I was speaking loudly, while she was also speaking loudly and making the situation even more stressful. I was upset because I felt I was being blamed for a scheduling issue caused by conflicting information from the spa. I was not expecting this kind of treatment, especially after being a customer for almost two years. If there was a misunderstanding with my appointment time, the professional thing to do would have been to calmly explain the situation and work with me to resolve it--not escalate the situation, make me feel intimidated, and threaten to involve the police. I have always believed that good customer service matters just as much as the services being provided. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unnecessary and aggressive. After almost two years as a customer, I never expected to be treated this way. This experience has seriously changed how I feel about returning to this spa.

Even before that, I had two septoplastys before that as well. The first rhinoplasty I had wasn't exactly great and left me in a position of unhappiness with my nose never being straightened and also making the tip of my nose bulbous. With Dr. Gross, he was able to completely straighten my nose and remove/fix scar tissue of the tip of my nose. Extremely great patient interaction every time & would recommend him to anyone who's looking for genuine work to be done. I just had Dr. Gross also do a lower eyelid blepharoplasty as well and it couldn't have been smoother. Thanks Doc for the help you've been, hope this helps anyone that comes across this review!! This man is as good as you'd expect (: His staff is all just as good as him & would like to thank them just as much as him!! Since then I showed up to an appointment and they couldn't find it in the books. It was definitely my booked appointment. They wouldn't squeeze me in even though it was their mistake and made me come back another time. OK everybody makes mistakes. But this time I made a mistake and called them because I was going to be 5 to 10 minutes late. I wanted to make sure that I should still continue driving because I was on a busy road and they said yes that's fine. When I got here, they had four patients ahead of me and made me wait to see if they could squeeze me in, but I would have a really long wait. I said, I wish you told me that on the phone since I had the courtesy to call about the few minutes lateness. No apologies. They made me wait again just to tell me that they would have to reschedule me. Why do they have FOUR patients at once for one Dr anyway. If you don't like driving for nothing definitely shy away because they love re booking appointments once you're already there. I own up to my being 10 minutes late but I did call and they said it was OK! If they told me they had for patients and didn't want to squeeze me in since i would be 10 minutes late I could've turned around and gone home. I know this sounds like small potatoes but I just got out of surgery so it was actually a really big deal for me and after they lost my appointment the last time I figured two times is two times too many. They are really starting to make their patients wait long, which is actually against trend for other doctors these days !
