Also read the other 1-2 star reviews before booking with them. This business tries to suppress reviews which is not a business I would suggest anyone go to. I came in for a treatment and was advised by my provider to only do half a syringe first to see how my results settled before completing the second half -- a recommendation I followed in good faith. At that time, I was told the pricing would apply to both halves if I came back within 3 weeks. AT NO TIME during the first session was I told that this was a promotional rate NOR was it WRITTEN anywhere. When I called to schedule the second half, I was told the promotional price no longer applied and that I would be charged the full rate. It was only after this dispute arose that I even learned my original appointment had taken place during a promotional event. That information was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of my visit. After leaving my updated review, the owner contacted me via text offering a discounted rate -- not the original rate I was promised. I declined and wished them well. They then told me that if I removed my review, they would honor the original price. The desperation was apparent, and quite frankly it left a bad taste in my mouth. Then, rather than leave it there, the owner comes on here to respond to my original review and spin the narrative of what actually happened -- leaving out key facts and presenting a version of events that is simply not accurate. What they conveniently omit is that I was advised to split the treatment by their own provider, that I was told the pricing would apply to both halves, and that I had no knowledge of being part of a promotional event until after the dispute began. As for the offer, it was presented after the dispute arose, not as a goodwill gesture. Framing it as accommodation after the fact does not make it transparent pricing. I updated my review because my overall experience changed -- not out of spite, but because how a business handles a disagreement says just as much about them as the service itself. Responding to a customer's honest feedback with a public narrative that omits key facts, and privately offering incentives to suppress reviews, is not the transparency you claim to uphold. These practices are disgraceful. Lastly, as I stated in my previous review -- please, get everything in writing. Any pricing, any promises, any agreements. This experience taught me firsthand that this business will not honor what they tell you verbally if you have no way to prove it. Protect yourself before your appointment, not after. Good luck to anyone who would book here. There are plenty of reputable companies you could book with over this place and I would suggest you check them out over this place.

The business declined my refund request based on their policy and later informed me they would no longer provide services to me. As a result, I currently have a remaining balance of $550 that I am unable to use and that the business is refusing to refund. I am sharing my experience so others are aware to fully understand the refund policies and limitations before purchasing larger packages or financing services. We were sad that a place with so many 5-star reviews misled us with the charges, treated us poorly when we tried to resolve, and broke state law in the process. As you can see from the picture of the receipts, the total cost for a given treatment was $377.50. However, the actual charge to us was $392.41. The receipt sent to us didn't even mention the service charge, as you can see - only the credit card printout hinted that we were paying more than shown. The reason for the 3.95% surcharge/service fee? They "don't want to raise prices:, therefore they now pass along any credit card fees (or even debit cards) - which is a sneaky way to do a price increase. They say they disclose all this to customers, that we could have paid cash or check...however we were never informed of this. Note that this "policy" is not in writing anywhere, nor is it displayed at the cashier. So we have paid $14.91 extra every appointment, when we could have wrote checks instead. We called and talked to the owner Cathy to try to resolve, and I expected we would receive an apology, perhaps even a refund for the service charges. Instead, she was rude, insisted my wife just can't hear properly, and then hung up on us! Very disappointing that a place with otherwise good service could be dishonest like this.
