It's so annoying because other businesses turn people like me away because it's too difficult controlling my swelling, blinking, & tears. Not Tracy!!!! She takes it as a challenge. She's been in the biz for decades, performed over 10,000 tattoos, & is truly a professional. She ensures the numbing gel takes hold without any irritation before turning on the bright light (yes my eyes are closed but that's how stupid sensitive they are). She then takes her time & goes slow especially in areas like the inner corners that are extra ticklish for me. Of course she tells me what she's doing along the way, shows me she's using clean unused tools, & always checks in with me (with an exit strategy if needed). She managed a PERFECT outcome every time! She's also the sweetest person & sent me home with care instructions, a bottle of water, & many compliments!

Every face is different and Mimi took her time to layout the right brow shape for my face and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I went in for my touch up a month later because there were some spots I wanted a little darker and Tracy was the one who did my touch up. She was so sweet, welcoming, and very nice.

I was hesitant because once a hair is plucked from my eyebrow it likely won't grow back for a VERY long time. I put my faith in Chi and her work. And wow was I so pleasantly surprised. Her studio she rents is so cute, clean. Chi herself seems to have versatility / lots of experience in all things like brow and lashes. She is soft spoken, and wonderful to chat with during your appointment. She is nice enough to listen to you in the beginning of your appointment so you're both on the same page about wants, needs/ expectations of how your brows can be realistically transformed. She was fantastic and I recommend trusting in her for brow services. No one has ever been able to transform my stubborn Asian brows and she did it and I didn't even know it was possible for my brows to look so clean and put together! I wish I had found her sooner!!

Several friends had their brows done by Kat, so I already knew exactly who I wanted to go to when I was finally ready. From my first appointment, Kat carefully explained everything, including what to expect during the healing process and why the touch-up appointment 4-6 week. I purposely waited until after my touch-up to write this review, and I can honestly say I am so happy with my brows! The shape and color are perfect--Kat absolutely nailed it. Not having to pencil in my brows every morning has made life so much easier. I only wish I had done it sooner! Truly one of the best things I've done for myself. Highly recommend Kat. Ive also loved my eyebrow threading with Liseth, both ladies are so talented.

I mean that's none of my business. April was nice enough to me. When my session started I think she was still really upset because instead of Microblading, she gave me permanent eyebrow tattoos, I mean it's DEEP. It's been about 4 years and I've been waiting for it to fade away so I can get it redone so I went to a different salon and come to find out, I can't get Microblading anymore until I get the ends of my brows laser removed. I knew it wasn't supposed to hurt that bad. I endured it because it was my first time. Now I don't know what to do but I am currently looking for someone to fix my tattooed brows.

Then she scheduled another appointment in the middle of mine so she was going back and forth between us. You have no privacy here and are on a table in front of the bathrooms in this large open space. I asked for short and natural and instead got long and curly, definitely not natural or what I asked for. The lashes are synthetic and feel very hard, cheap and plastic and not soft or comfortable at all. The eyelash extensions were done very quickly and improperly. Instead of adhering them to my natural lash she instead adhered most of them to my eyelash lid!!! When I got home I noticed if I blinked hard it hurt and anytime I touched the lashes (like later to clean and brush them) it hurt. It hurt because she glued huge clusters of hairs to my eyelid!! In fact she glued most of the extensions to my actual eyelids..... in clumps. Don't go here! I have had several eyelash extensions done in multiple salons to compare this too and this was by far the worst. Go to someone who will take the time and use quality lashes applied in the proper manor. See pictures for an example of the clumps that were adhered to my eyelids And by the way Natalia no one ever reached out to me.... nor would I ever say anything like that quote you falsely attributed to me. I don't speak that way EVER!

They've been open a couple of months and do a full range of services from waxing, to hair cut/color, create custom wigs, lash extensions, and more. Natalia comes from brooklyn and I was very impressed every time she answered the phone-she asked really thoughtful questions of the customers to find out specifically what their needs are and set really clear expectations about what to expect from their service. She is a very transparent and honest person who goes above and beyond for her customers. Even if they're brand new! This is the first time I've had my lashes done in a reclining chair rather than laying down at a table. I believe you can request your preference of where you'd like to get them done as long as the back room isn't being used for a waxing client. Natalia was able to match my extensions (c13-14 mink) and the cost was 40$ for fill in which is a steal. Check in deal offers one glass of wine served in champagne glass. You'll get an auto text when you book your appointment, and a thank you text right after that offers 15% Off your next service when you write a review on yelp, google, or FB. The parking lot is small. When I got there it was full and luckily someone was pulling out right as I pulled in so I got a space right away. I would definitely make this my go to place for lashes if I was a local. Natalia is detailed, takes pride in her work, and is very transparent in her communication.
