I was not asked how i wear my eyebrows. I was placed on a cheap little massage style table and Tracy began to draw my eyebrow with a pencil. I looked at the shape and it looked ok, not usually how I wear them but i could get used to it so I okay'd this. I was not asked what color i wanted but rather she selected a color for me. I was so happy to be getting my eyebrows done something I had wanted for years and with all her talk about how much experience she had, I had expected a much better result. Not only were my eyebrows done UNEVENLY, one was thicker than the other and one was longer than the other. Not to mention she was 2 hours late to the appointment. I was told it would thin out but after 2 sessions and nearly 9 months later they still look horrible. The makeup extends beyond my natural hairline and i have to use concealer to thin them out which defeats the purpose in getting them done to begin with. I should have stuck to my eyeliner pencil because only God knows how long i would have to walk around like this and if it will ever fade completely out. Also, I found out through a nail tech that they charge Americans often double and 3x the amount they would charge their peers (Asians, Vietnamese, Koreans) etc. So beware of this place. It was not a great experience for me. And with all the experience she claims she has and the fact that you're applying a permanent procedure to someones face, you would think she would be a lot more precise. Nice lady but can be a bit aggressive and cocky! Her cockiness messed up my face and when I called back to see what they could do she said i would have to have a tattoo removal and pay for the sessions (really on something you messed up?) He daughter MiMi works there too and seems to be a bit more humble and a good listening. read more

I had wanted to have my eyebrows tattooed for a long time. I checked out Tracy's reviews and was very satisfied with them and the pictures of her clients.As good as the pictures are, they do not do her justice. I happened to get an appointment when someone cancelled. I was thrilled with how much time and precision she puts into getting the right shape for my face and the exact natural look of the hair growth before she begins to tattoo. She has an accent but she is easily understood and has a great personality and sense of humor. She is very professional. I felt very secure with the table against the wall because she does need to lean in to ensure the pressure is right and that both brows match.I would have felt uneasy otherwise that the table may move. I told her that I was moving out of the country so she took extra time so that I would be happy even though I would not be able to go back to have anything filled in if needed. She was sure to tell me that if I did not leave as scheduled to come back into see her in 3-4 weeks. I could not be happier with the service, her professionalism and the genuine concern to get my brows perfect. I asked for black but she assured me that dark brown or chocolate would look more natural on me and make me look younger. I am 50 and I do look younger with my chocolate brows. She is also very clear on the aftercare process. To protect my investment, I am doing exactly what she said to do. I am not new to body tattoos That is why I did my homework when researching permanent makeup artists.Her decades of continuous experience are evident in her work. Why Ms. Tracy, did you even advertise on Living Social; then "ANGRILY" complain to a potential "new" client that it was a mistake to buy the deal...stating that you now have to pay Living Social half of the profit!!! You were so sweet with your compliments when I first entered your door...until I presented you with the Living Social certificate. I, or, anyone else, DID NOT deserve to be yelled at, and, reprimanded for purchasing a nice deal that YOUR BUSINESS had offered on Living Social! And, I was happy that Living Social was able to rectify my ordeal with you, (seeing that I did not use this deal)! I am only sorry that I had recommended this deal to my friends. Forever Beautiful Permanent Cosmetics is a hidden gem in the Winter Park area, and my best not-so-secret secret! The second I walked in I automatically knew this place was everything I was looking for. I give them five stars for cleanliness, professionalism, and the high quality services they provide. As a nurse always on the go, it can be difficult to find time to make myself look pretty with my hectic schedule and long twelve hour shifts. I got permanent eyeliner done on both by top and bottom lids, which I was scared would be painful, but was surprised by how painless it was. I was in and out of there by thirty minutes, and was mesmerized by how beautiful it turned out! I get so many compliments on a daily basis! Had my eyebrows and eyeliner permanently applied by Mimi at Forever Beautiful. Mimi was extremely helpful and insightful when trying to decide the permanent shape and style of my permanent make-up! I had been drawing on my eyebrows (blonde) for so many years that everyone already thought they were permanent, until I would sweat (good ole FL heat & humidity) and wipe my face and part of my eyebrows off! I finally decided to have them permanently done! So glad I did!! I love being able to wake up in the morning (especially if I oversleep) and already have my eyes "on"! Mimi did an awesome job in applying the make-up, matching my color, taking her time to check that I was OK along the way and overall professionalism!! First, the door is locked for security which I appreciate. It's a small salon, not fancy, but clean. Tracy spent a great deal of time with me. First she showed me with eyeliner pencil how it would look after the permanent ink was applied. It looks just like that too! She was concerned if I had any pain and addressed it immediately. Tracy is a lovely professional woman with many years experience. She is passionate about what she does and truly cares about her clients. She wants clients to be 100% satisfied with her and her service. I appreciate Tracy and the professionalism she brings to her craft. I just finished my permanent makeup training with Tracy, and her assistant Trinh. They were both very attentive, made sure I understood everything fully, and set me up for success. Tracy really made me feel like she cared about my learning experience, and being successful in my career once I was finished the training course. For the entire time it was a one-on-one experience so my time was not divided amongst other students, and she made sure I had 2 live models on my final day to put all my practice to use. While you are there you can see that her clients truly love Tracy, and they keep coming back to her because she treats the good ones well. So I have tattoos but never thought of getting one on my face...ive seen the permanent makeup before and loved it but the thought of it on my face freaked me out! but of course a girl friend of mine talked me into it and next thing you know im here. I usually draw my eyebrows on and it really is a hassle!! I must say that I was nervous going in but I saw her work online and read the reviews and decided to set up a consultation. During the consultation she took her time drawing in a shape for my new eyebrows and what they would look like and I loved it! I had very sparse eyebrows and needless to say I chose to get the hair stroke eyebrows and I must say that I am in love with myself and my new eyebrows, I feel so beautiful! I went to see Mimi to have permanent/ tattooed eyebrows. I had had them done a long time ago (somewhere else) .She's very professional, very nice and knows what she is doing. I felt I could trust her 100% to do what I wanted. She explained clearly what she would do and how I would look for 3-4 days - meaning eyebrows will look dark and then soften to their final color. Also, she said if I needed a touch-up I could come back. I did go back for a touch-up ($20) and my eyebrows are great. It does not look like a tattoo and the color is perfect. I have little to no hair in sections of my eyebrows and its been getting worse and I am pretty shy about it. My friend suggested a permanent make up solution so I thought I would make an appointment and try it out. I came in and the artist Tracy said no problem! She first drew my would be eyebrows and showed me it on a mirror and then we proceeded when I was comfortable with the look and color. With the anesthetic it felt completely painless. Very rude service, if you have any questions to ask her, she just only yell at you: waiting for a week ! And very rude to hung up your phone. Very unprofessional and irresponsible, and it made my eyebrows very dark and unnatural. I just want to fill in my eyebrows color, but she looks very money hungry, she said my eyebrows look so bad, she can make more beautiful, she try to Charge me more expensive fees, I paid 500$! The next day I just called her to ask how to fix the frame problem and she was very rude to me and didn't deal with the customer's issues in the first place kindly. After wanting my eyebrows done for several years, I finally decided to take the plunge and do it. I was nervous, since I am blonde and need a lighter color. I am so glad I chose Forever Beautiful. They were nice, explained the process, filled in my eyebrows beforehand so I could see the shape that would be done and then did the permanent makeup. They were gentle and made sure I was feeling okay through the whole process, which was only about 45 minutes. I've had them done a little over a month and absolutely love them. I would give Tracy 6stars if I could. . I have had my eyebrows and eyeliner done 6 times in the past 12 years. Have been to the best spas in Atlanta and Tracy beats them all. There is a slight communication barrier but I told her to just do it and make me look natural. HER WORK,IS UNBELIEVABLE and far surpasses anyone else I have used in the past.
