Every time I visit this location and she's not at the front desk I have no issues. One time when I arrived she was at the front desk with at least two other ladies and when I entered I saw her hush the other ladies. Weird. The last straw I make an appointment arrive and she tells me they called me and left messages to inform me that my lash tech is not there. Only email and text I received was to confirm my appointment. This is unfortunate. I really liked the lash techs work.
