Panna, the Eyebrow Threading Salon is a place where I went in looking drawn and haggard. I treated myself to a lash lift and tint and ended up looking at least 5 years younger. My entire eye was lifted along with the curled lashes. Panna, the owner, is a sweet, extremely professional and talented artist. The salon is immaculate and beautifully designed and decorated. All COVID recommendations are followed, so I feel safe. It's a treat whenever I go for my facial threadings. I drive 40 minutes to get to the salon, but would travel even further to receive her services. When needed, I'll return for another lift and tint, what I now call an "eye lift." 5-'s. Panna is absolutely amazing! The quality of work she provides is absolutely unmatched. I have been to plenty of different places in my life for eyebrows and she by far the BEST EVER! She takes her time, asks questions, and makes suggestions. She doesn't assume you want thin or thicker. She doesn't take too much, or any without discussing. Clearly you can't put it back after it is taken off. She is extremely polite, considerate, conversational, and professional. While Panna was great with my eyebrows there are two things that happened that made this a no-go. #1 she always insisted I had been plucking. Even the scar I have from chicken pox she blamed on me. I can sort of roll with intense people so I just stopped talking and she let it rest. But it was a regular thing when I came. The #2 is: you can wait for your appointment time and this is ok. But I was late once and she chewed me out in front of another customer. Told me how I had ruined her whole afternoon. I was 15 min late, and I hate that I was. This day I was happy to reschedule or even pay for the appointment and reschedule. She wouldn't hear of it. Chewed me out and told me to get in the chair because "you are already here." When I said I would rather not and was happy to pay for the missed slot she just talked over me, repeating how my mistake had ruined the day and to get in the chair. I still don't know why I got in the chair. With a woman laying in the next chair over who overheard it all and her husband silently watching from the hall, I let her do my eyebrows. She was unkind, unprofessional and I will never return. She is great with eyebrows. She is not good with people. read more

Today I was thoroughly embarrassed by Panna in front of other customers. I arrived 10 minutes late with my 9 month old baby and explained I had an emergency. She then proceeds to scold me in front of customers walking in. I apologized and said I had no problem waiting (because I was 10 minutes late by the time I took the stroller and my daughter out of the car etc.) I told her that I would rather wait because we drove 45 minutes to see her. Panna insists I just come back another day!! She says, "You should come back another day", She knows how far I drive to see her. Then she tells me that I can't wait in the waiting room! (Which is significantly large) She tells me that I have to wait in my car with the baby. I have brought my daughter several times and I was always allowed to wait in the waiting room! Regardless of Covid-19, never have I ever been told to wait in my car! So now I have to pack up everything to sit in my car. Again I say okay... Then she tells me she won't get to me for hours (at least two hours) and to wait in the car. After going to my car her husband comes out and wants me to come back into the building to wait. This was a horrible experience and no one should EVER be humiliated in front of people this way. This whole situation was horrible! Any other time i wait in the waiting room and because shes clearly upset I'm 10 minutes late I can't sit in the waiting room? So I packed up my 9 month old and waited outside for a bit before going back to the car. I didn't even know what to do at this point all I know is that I felt so embarrassed after she was finished scolding me on top of everything else. Every time I've set an appointment I've been on time or early and I've always had to wait for her because she rarely is on time for an appointment. She could have at least showed a little bit of courtesy. Instead she was trying to punish me for being late. It was horrible. At the end of the day, this is Orlando and plenty of well respected and respectable threading brow artists. I will now be going elsewhere. I will not be disrespected in front of other people and my children by anyone. I have been a loyal customer for over a year. But this! This is unacceptable! read more

Where has Panna been in my life as a Floridian?! Omg! Her work is quality! She is an artist with her string! She makes sure the "curtains to your soul" set the stage before they look into your soul (if you allow them). My eyebrows have never looked better! I was so nervous going here because I hadn't had my eyebrows done in at least 7 months and I've never had them threaded, but I'm so so glad I did! My eyebrows have never looked this amazing, it was fast, and I won't say it felt great but definitely no where near as bad as what waxing felt like! I have been to Panna's eyebrow threading multiple times, but recently I have felt very uncomfortable about the way business is handled. The last few times I have been to Panna's I have been reprimanded about plucking my eyebrows (which I do not). I can't control the way my eyebrows grow yet she makes me feel bad for not being able to do so. I have came out upset the last three times i visited. Also the place that Pana does eyebrows is small room and there was another person getting there eyebrows done at the same time,, with all of the COVID-19 rebound it makes me a little worried for the health of everyone. I will be moving on from Panna after being a client for almost a year. I have just been made way too uncomfortable by the way she accuses me, and won't believe me when I say I don't pluck at my eyebrows. read more

I drove nearly 30 minutes out of my way to visit this place after a friend gave me the recommendation! I came in for a regular eyebrow thread and left with knowledge about how my hair grows and to stop tweezing. Panna is a true professional with exceptional skill. She and her team are taking every precaution against COVID - your temperature is checked upon entrance and her workspace is sparkling clean. Panna is delightfully friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain the situation with my eyebrows and what she was capable of doing considering the shape just to ensure that I didn't spend money on something I wouldn't be happy with. She was incredibly helpful providing tips to better care for my brows and did a BEAUTIFUL job! She even followed up with me after the appointment via text to check in again that I was satisfied. I was so happy that they accepted my "appointment" 5 minutes before I showed up and they worked with me however they could and very conveniently too. She also has developed a new technique since COVID-19 has become so widespread and eyebrow techs usually put the thread in there mouth but now she has a neck device that helps her instead. After being with Panna for more than 10 years, and following her through 2 moves, there is no one else I would go to for eyebrow threading. Even after going to college out of state, I always came back to have her do my eyebrows because her quality of work is unmatched(also I never let anyone but her thread my eyebrows). She has always been so kind to me and my family, and I'm so grateful to have found someone who is reliable and fantastic at what she does. Even after COVID hit she was able to adapt and teach herself how to thread while wearing a mask, and put safety measures in place that would make any customer feel safe; with hand sanitizer at the door, to temperature checks when you enter, having to wait in your car until she is ready for you, and the room is always sanitized between appointments.
