I make an appointment and when I arrive she says that they tried to reach out to me for a deposit but couldn't reach me and my appointment could be cancelled. I told her and my lash tech I'm not getting any messages about a deposit. As a service provider myself I have my clients make a deposit at the time of booking so l have no problems making a deposit. Every time I visit this location and she's not at the front desk I have no issues. One time when I arrived she was at the front desk with at least two other ladies and when I entered I saw her hush the other ladies. Weird. The last straw I make an appointment arrive and she tells me they called me and left messages to inform me that my lash tech is not there. Only email and text I received was to confirm my appointment. This is unfortunate. I really liked the lash techs work.

I just moved to the area and needed a spray tan for an event this weekend. Ideliz is located inside Toni Michaels Salon, which is next door to Little Greek Restaurant. I was informed that Ideliz will be relocating to their own location in celebration pointe once the shopping center build out is complete (hopefully later this year 2021). The salon was clean and I was offered a hair net and a robe to enter the spray tan booth. The spray tan took less than 10 minutes and will take 8 hours to absorb fully before I am able to take a shower. The full tan will be seen in 48 hours, which will be about a shade darker than I am Post spray tan. I am happy to have a salon close by that offers in person spray tan services and more.

My brows weren't even coming in and I wanted to get them even and keep them thick. They did just that. I also got a wax on my upper lip. The definition of shady business practices…read more I arrived, briefly explained what I wanted, Carol got down to business, when she finished she asked me if the length was good while it was wet, I said yes the length is good, and then she picked up a hairdryer and started blow drying my hair after asking if I wanted it wavy or straight. When I got to the front desk the price was $135 when I had booked a $75 haircut, and I said why is this the cost I thought it was supposed to be 75? She replied it was for the blowout. I said the blowout is not included in the haircut? And she said no. I said nobody told me that, and nobody asked me if I wanted it blown out. She repeated, it's not included, and it was clear to me that she didn't speak much English and I don't speak Brazilian Portuguese, so I paid$162 for a blow out and a haircut and tip instead of $90 for a haircut and tip. I have never been to a hair salon in my life that did not include a blowout in the price of the haircut. If you want to charge separately for that and let someone walk out of there with wet hair, fine, but you can't just start blowdrying without a word--without asking, "do you want your hair blown out, that is a separate charge" and then charge them for it. This is so completely shady, not something I would expect from a nice salon. If she'd asked, I would've said no, because i didn't need it blown out that day. I just wanted it to look nice the next day, and it would have looked the same the next day if I had done it myself at home for free. Needless to say I will not be going back even though Carol did a great job on my hair.
