I tried this place at the recommendation of a friend and I'm pretty happy with the results. I got a dip manicure and standard pedicure for $55. For just a dip manicure it would have cost $38. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 2, is because of how long it took. I was seated in the pedicure chair at 6:10 and left around 7:45PM. It's not too too long considering the manicure was dip, but took a lot longer than planned. My pedicure was a normal pedicure and it took twice as long as my friends who I was with. However, I really think my nails look great. Every time my technician messed up, he started over to make sure it was absolutely perfect. And they are! The salon itself was SO nice. They really did everything they could to make me feel at home and offered beverages as well. I definitely will be coming back! read more

I had been interested in checking out this business as they seemed to have nice promotions, & the location is very convenient to me, but I've had the same nail tech for years so it didn't seem in the cards for me. I found out "my tech" had moved locations & was now here, so I had to check it out! Upon entering you understand why it's called "Royal", the salon is beautifully decorated, and the employees are friendly and welcoming. Newly opened nail and spa salon located near LA fitness. My daughter and I decided to give it a try. The signs of Grand Opening 20% lured us in and I'm glad we came. When we walked in, the staff was friendly, the place immaculate! We were seen right away, came right before quitting hour on a Friday afternoon. My daughter had the SNS powder and I had the basic pedicure. They have a menu of all the services they provide. From nails to eyebrows to eyelashes to massages. There's a room by the restroom that is outfitted with hair stying booths so I assume they will have hair services soon. One stop shop. Place is immaculate! There is also a private room connected to the main pedicure room that is reserved for private parties. Our technicians were Tina and Susan. Tina did my pedicure. Her attention to detail was on point. We had a lovely chat while she worked on my feet. My daughter was happy with Susan's work on doing the SNS nails. Definitely will be a repeat customer. read more

I recently visited this business for a pedicure with my daughter and was very impressed with the service. I found the salon to be extremely clean and the staff was very welcoming! I decided to bump up my service a notch from the standard spa pedicure for $10 more. A standard is $25. They have lots of beautiful OPI colors to choose from which is my go to for both a regular or GEL polish. The massage and exfoliating gels & lotions used were the best I've seen anywhere. I live in winter garden but I traveled to this salon because my mom raved about it. My mom had gotten her nails done by Mary a week prior and she said she was the best nail tech she has ever had. I went in and I will say the decor was really nice, everything was clean, and the girl at the front was very friendly. The nail polish selection was really good as well. Where my experience went bad was with my nail tech. I got my nails done by Kim, and they were so sloppy. I'm still picking off dried polish from my skin. I got blue dipping powder, and mid way through, I told her that there was a big white spot on my thumb where white powder had gotten on the nail. She told me "it's fine" and kept going. She didn't cut my cuticles, I have a few little finger print marks where she touched my nails to check if they were dry and they weren't, and the white spot is still there!! :( Overall, just a very sloppy job. Even with the 20% off, it wasn't worth it. read more

I really like this place. Decor was nice and the nail technician Helen was very good. Very gentle. The only drawback was poor mobile reception. But, I didn't mind unplugging for 45 minutes. My husband and I were on vacation in Florida and we happened to come across this salon that had just opened. The space was immaculate (and the largest nail salon I've ever seen). I got my nails done with Kayla and she was done in less than 45 minutes. She did an amazing job shaping my nails (I'm super picky) as well as applying the polish. I came across this salon yesterday after seeing they were doing a soft opening and offering 20% their services. Upon walking into the salon I thought the place was very well decorated and the ambiance was pleasant. I initially wanted a pedicure and sns nail service. I was greeted and told to pick out a color and all was well. I should've asked how long until I would be seen because after picking my color I sat in the waiting area for close to 20 min. When I was finally seated in a pedicure chair I changed my mind and decided to just go with the pedicure. I understand there may have been a miscommunication, but I was asked close to 5x if I was sure that I just wanted the pedicure which got kinda annoying. As far as the pedicure service goes, it was fine. I appreciate that the salon uses plastic bowl covers for sanitation. My main concern though is maintaining that sanitation as the pedicure proceeded. I am a performer and am prone to Ingrown nails, and as the technician was cutting my cuticles she ripped out a large chunk of nail/cuticle/I'm not 100% sure to be honest and my toe started to bleed. Now I have had this happen before in other salons and I will say it did alleviate some pressure on the outside of my toe, but she told me to put my foot back in the water and did not put any sort of antiseptic on my toe. At other salons I've been to there has always been some sort of alcohol mixture to sanitize the area before proceeding. I thought that was strange so I just left me foot skimming the the water rather than immersing it back into the tub. Another concern was after the technician (I think her name was Tina) scrubbed my feet (callus treatment) she instructed me to put my feet back in the water and then put the callus scraper with all my dead skin into the water as well to wash it off... that was kinda disappointing as I felt like my feet were then soaking in a tub with my dead skin. After the soak the massage was next and it was also a disappointment. My legs were still pretty wet when the technician put lotion on so it was more of a slippery massage and not at all relaxing. The hot towel treatment was nice but still did not make up for the slippery watery/lotion massage in my opinion. I appreciate the technicians attention to detail when painting my nails, as she did go back and clean up any polish that was not on my nail so they do look nice, but my right big toe is sore today...I've treated it with lots of antibacterial solutions to avoid any kind of infection. So that's kinda scary and a definite concern as it is still bleeding from her cuticle removal. All in all it's a nice salon, but I probably will not return. Sorry. read more

Let me sum it up. We waited an hour sitting in the chairs without even water to put our feet in. Not a single person came by to see if we were ok until 40 minutes into sitting in the chairs. What is normally a 40-50 minute pedicure became a 33 minute pedi once they FINALLY came to service us. Yes...we were all of a sudden rushed. Two of the technicians actually hurt my son's and fiancés feet. I gave this place a chance because it's closer than my true and trusted place in DP. However, the poor customer service and absolutely awful experience on Mother's Day will keep me from ever coming back. They could've kept the $10 gift card.
