They left glue all over my cuticles, did poor lining, mixed the diamonds up however they wanted and ruined the heart shape and left some nails crooked. I asked the man doing my nails to re do it several times as he kept messing it up and at some point he got visibly upset and then dropped all the diamonds on the floor which made him more upset, after that his attitude changed and he did a even more worse job on my nails. Soon after I only got $15 on "refunds" and I had to accept it as I was the only person in the salon and didn't want to start problems. However I then sent the lady at the front desk of the salon a message where I then told her.. "Hi, I'm following up about the nail service I received today. I paid $110 for a full set and pedicure that I was really excited about, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor. There's visible glue/acrylic on my skin, the lines are uneven, and the gems were applied very messily. I've attached a photo for reference. I only received a $15 refund, which doesn't reflect the level of disappointment or the cost I paid. I would appreciate a full refund for this experience, as I don't feel the service reflected the price I was charged. Thank you for your understanding" And she never responded, regardless of how they butchered my nails these people don't care about their customers. Please do not come here.

They have also worked with me during a time crunch, performing both services at the same time. I have booked appointments and walked in; the level of service is always quality. I have seen a variety of technicians, and have been happy with them all. Friendly staff that greets me and welcomes me back each visit, asking how my mom is (who only came with me one time!). I wish she would have spent more time on my cuticles and less time applying lotion. I immediately knew that this service was not worth $55 ... and All of my requests had to be made through a different employee who spoke English. I initially asked for the $55 pedicure and gel chrome extra $20. I thought chrome was gel, not an additional cost. So my already expensive $75 pedicure was now $95 ! Chrome was an extra $15. Absolutely not! I then changed my service to traditional polish. After this experience I will continue to polish my own nails and wear press ons. The price doesn't align with the quality and outcome of service. They are running a low quality pedicure sweatshop but with Luxury spa prices...

I've tried at least five other nail salons in the area over the years for convenience or timing, but Ellen at 436 is truly the best. She's kind, listens, and always delivers beautiful results. She fits me in, works efficiently, and leaves me with perfect SNS on my natural nails every time. I've also seen a few other techs for gel pedicures and have always left happy. Such a great place all around!
