This place has changed owners multiple times since my first review. Let me tell you these folks today???? STELLAR! Location is clean and crisp. Some confusion on the app menu vs the new menu but man the new menu was just as reasonable as far as price point goes. Highly recommend this location! First time at this spa bc i saw reviews and saw they could do nail art that a normal spa usually cant do and if they do its mediocre. I think Danny did my nails, we didnt talk much (which i prefer when having a spa day) and he took his time to really get my nails to look like the inspo pic i gave. While on vacation I stopped in with my girlfriend to get pedicures. It has been a long winter and time to start wearing my flip flops again. It felt good to get a good pedicure done. The lady took her time and did a wonderful job. After cutting my nails she gave my legs and feet a great massage. All COVID-19 protocols were observed, we felt safe and well taken cared of. The establishment was really clean and luckily at the time we entered there was no one there so they took care of us right away, no need for any appointments. read more

We walked in for a mani-pedi combo on a Saturday late morning. My daughter and I came in because of the great reviews, and I'm glad I did. The three ladies there definitely had language barriers but knew exactly what they were doing. I have never had a pedicure like the one I had today, and for that, they have won my business for the time I remain in Clermont. The massage was certainly worth it and attention to detail during the nail polish application was surprising. Too many businesses skimp on service for many excuses, and while I sympathize with them, I work very hard for my money to throw it down the toilet. This place made every penny I spent worth it and placed many others nearby to shame. The glitz and glamor are nice, but the quality is what I'm after. Thank you, ladies! read more

Everything went well except after soaking off the last set I got from a neighboring place, some of my nails were green. The tech was honest with me and suggested I just get reg manicures for a while before going back to dip or anything similar. The gentleman was doing another client next to me and her nails were perfect! I couldn't stop staring! They looked like nothing was on them but polish, and the client allowed me to get a closer look and even shared she had been coming for over a year with no issues. Later I heard the young lady doing a client and she actually asked the client questions throughout to make sure she got what she wanted. I will definitely be returning once my nails grow out, if only for regular manicures. I've since sent my daughter there as well. read more

I went here a couple of weeks ago and although my nails were beautiful, they came at a price. It came to my attention that this place uses MMA Acrylic, you can do your own research about it... as I was pulling my pants up my finger slipped and the acrylic allowed no room to be flexible and ripped off my actual nail off my skin. I'm not sure why this is the number one salon in my area? But it was hands down the weirdest and most uncomfortable. Manicure was fine, nothing special. Their kid is here, fine I have kids too. But he's running around barefoot and being very loud. I don't get away from my own kids much, so this was unfortunate. The weirdest part was my pedicure. It was like it was her first one ever? She never spoke to me. Never instructed me to do anything. Just stared at my feet until I asked what she wanted me to do next. Literally just stared at my feet. It was so weird and my toes look like my 3 year old painted them. I needed a wax too but after everything I just wanted to get out of there... I got acrylics done and they were so THICK they looked awful. When I walked in I was greeted by really loud snoring from one of the 2 employees who were "working ", she was laid back in one of the spa chairs sleeping... a few minutes later a guy walked out from the back and I asked for acrylics and I only wanted regular polish and he refused he told me "gel is better" and demanded I pay the extra $25 for gel polish. The whole time I was getting my nails done he was talking on the phone and again the lady was snoring the ENTIRE TIME! Terrible service and terrible nails definitely do not recommend, not to mention I gave the place a second chance and it was no better, THE SAME LADY WAS SNORING the whole time and I had the only other guy do my nails again and they looked even worse! Also, the whole time the people doing your nails are dead silent and just stare at you, it's so awkward.I definitely recommend going across the street to Hollywood nails by Publix they're a few dollars cheaper and they look amazing! read more

This is a great place for mani- and pedicure i strongly reccomend it. But above all the massages ... Tina is excellent and knows how to handle your pains and back legs arms neck feet etc etc She also knows the tuina and cupping technics. Tina will trim a massage that suits your pain and muscle issues. my nails did come out great in the end but was it worth the pain not really he went way to far up my cuticles and put so much acetone on my skin which burned so bad afterwards and I heard acetone is very bad for you so that just made me feel sick later on from it otherwise my nails did come out great but the methods could use some improvement. read more

Stopped in after work on a Friday. They got me in for a mani-pedi. I went with the lemon pedi. It was amazing. Mickey did an amazing job. Icey did my SNS mani.
