Emma had never been my therapist but she listened to my concerns and worked out a plan for my session. Her massage was incredible and she worked on pressure points I didn't even know about. How do I begin? I had a hour and a half massage appointment with "Vlad" and he seemed to be nice enough when I met him. Russians are generally cold and logical people, so I took this into consideration upon meeting him. He gladly took my money along with a large tip on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019, after the massage was over and then sent me a text message at 11:00 am the next day. I had made another appointment with him for next Friday, and he told me that I had bad bacteria and that I needed to see a doctor. I explained to him that I had skin psoriasis and had been taking injections of a medicine from my dermatologist for 2 years and it is 97 percent clear. Vlad didn't know what psoriasis was and I was shocked because he is supposed to have this knowledge with passing the exam to become a licensed massage therapist in Florida. I contacted my dermatologist today and she confirmed that to me as well and told me to report him to the licensing board of massage therapists in Florida because he is discriminating against a person with a skin disorder that is non-contagious. I have a letter from my dermatologist about this but Vlad didn't listen to me at all. I teach Spanish, French and English and his English isn't very good so I am certain that he doesn't understand a great deal about any skin condition. He shouldn't have accepted my money on Sunday and phoned me the next day to tell me that I was very ill, which I am not!! Wow!! Now I see why people like him get bad reputations in our country because he is very rude!! AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE HE ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY!! read more
