Hence the four stars. However, the front office and overall check-in/check-out process felt rushed and somewhat unorganized. I was asked to arrive early, but when I got there there were no intake forms to complete. There was a tablet displayed for sign-in, but instead of using it I was asked for my name and then told to manually sign in on a clipboard. The process just felt a bit inconsistent. I may be mentally comparing it to other wellness spas I've visited, but the communication around the membership also wasn't very proactive. When I initially called to start the membership, not much information was shared about pricing or the process. After my appointment, I noticed another tablet displaying total charges that were much higher than what I expected. I was told to disregard those numbers with no explanation of the additional cost verbally requested until I asked. I mentioned that I had a membership, but I was still initially charged the higher rate. Additionally, there wasn't an offer to help schedule my next appointment, which I've typically experienced at other similar businesses. That said, the quality of the massage was great, so I'm willing to give this location another try. It was also a Saturday, so perhaps they were busier than usual. I'm hopeful the front desk experience will feel a bit smoother next time before I decide whether to switch locations.

On this most recent visit I had scheduled a visit with another lady in Dr. Phillips as I really needed a facial...since I wasn't able to get in on the day I wanted with Mrs. T. But I made sure to schedule with Mrs. T for the following Monday when I knew she would be working. Her facials are just FABULOUS. When I say she is good with all skin types trust me. I was congested around the nose area a lot (mind you I had just had a facial the week before which was not as thorough). She went in and got rid of the guck and my pores were open and not congested as they were when I walked in. Mrs.T walks you through the products that she is using during your treatment; she explained the benefits of the product as well as making sure there was not too much tingling and I was comfortable. Her knowledge of skin care treatment is amazing. She does not come off pushy to try and sell you products as well. She will let you know what she recommends and tell you that you don't have to buy it if you do not want to. I hope she can be my esthetician for a lifetime. With the type of skin I have I need special attention to detail during each visit for maximum results. That not just anyone can provide. Give her a shot, trust me you will not regret it. A girl named Laura at last did my pedicure, I just picked a regular, never like gel. She's a quiet girl but very gentle and articulated. Did everything that I asked for. I bruised my foot last week and missed two days of work as it was too painful to walk. Yesterday I got out early and called the clinic to see who had a spot for an 80 minute massage. Emma had never been my therapist but she listened to my concerns and worked out a plan for my session. Her massage was incredible and she worked on pressure points I didn't even know about. She worked on my feet too, avoiding the injured area. Her massage relieved so much inflammation that I feel incredible today. Thank you Emma!
