Very clean. The salon attendants were very hospitable and kind, not pushy for tips like other places I've been can usually be. The reason my rating is so low is solely due to a masking odor and the amount of humidity, lack of A/C. It was a very musky odor that made the experience much less enjoyable. Humidity is bound to happen in Florida, but there are ways to resolve these types of issues. Unfortunately, we will likely not be returning unless they relocate.

I feel real lucky that I chose Foot Relax. The man that works here really knows what he is doing; he knows where the pressure points are and makes you feel relaxed. We went on a slow day so only the man was available. He attended my husband first and an hour later he attended me. The messaging area was very tranquilizing (dark and relaxing music in the background). The chairs were very comfortable and you can recline or incline as you like. I highly recommend calling in to set up an appointment.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The entire time, they kept trying to upsell services…read moreduring the massage and would not stop, which completely ruined any chance of relaxing. My husband specifically booked a back-only massage because he does not like his feet being touched, and they repeatedly ignored that and kept touching his feet anyway just to push upgrades. As for my massage, I told the therapist multiple times that the pressure was too hard, and they completely ignored me. I was uncomfortable and in pain the entire session. When my time was up, instead of ending professionally, I was asked if I wanted to continue. When I said no, I was given a hard slap on the back and a rude "time's up." This was, without question, the worst massage I've ever had. I am still in pain days later -- it honestly feels like I got hit in the lower back with a 2x4. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A fair place to get a massage in the Florida Mall but they will try to upcharge you on the table…read more This is located inside the Florida Mall along the hallway to the Crayola experience. It was not busy when I visited and they had a person in the entrance inviting people in for a massage. It is well appointed and looks very nice. It had stone walls, wood floor, red paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling, and pretty artwork on the walls. There are chairs for foot massage along the right, enclosed spaces for table massage and sit up chairs in the center spaces. It was not busy with customers. There were 3 staff available. I chose a 30 min table massage. The massage was rougher than I am used to and I am not a fan of them trying to increase your length of time and cost while I was getting the massage. They asked 3 times but finally accepted that I did not want more than my agreed upon time. The place was clean. The staff was friendly but pushy. The massage was rough but acceptable. The price was a little higher than other massage locations but reasonable at about $40 for a 1/2 hour.

Horrible experience!!! My husband and I are here in Orlando…read morefor our anniversary! We thought it would be a good idea to celebrate with a massage! Upon arrival the gentleman was very nice and greeted us! He let us know that he was waiting on his coworker! She came in late and scattered! She said she was ready and took me back. She was very cordial but things went down hill fast. She seemed to have her attention somewhere else my entire massage. It felt as if she was on her phone/I watch the entire time. She constantly stopped massaging and taking pauses. She would constantly stop and use one hand.... Slow down as if she was distracted! I was very annoyed! At the end of my massage she simply said "we're done" and left out the room without any instructions to me! She immediately got on a phone call once she exited the room as if whoever she was texting the entire time was awaiting her call!!! The call was on speaker so both my husband and I hear her!!! since I didn't have any other instructions I got up and put my clothes back on VERY UPSET!!!! HERE'S where it gets WORSE!!!!!! After telling my husband what happened in my massage room he was very upset that he paid for terrible service and called the phone number that he had booked our service through. (1407-738-1546) The owner answered on the second ring just as he had been every time we called!! My husband let him know what the issues were and he led us to believe that this was not normal for this young lady and that he was going to research and call us back so that we could get more time on our massage brought to our resort and possibly some money back. About an hour went by we didn't hear anything so my husband decided to call back.... when he called back there was no answer so he tried to call again, again there was no answer! Then my husband received a text message saying "sorry I'm on the phone it's a busy afternoon" from this gentleman. My husband let him know via text that we were trying to make plans for the afternoon around this ; make up time for the massage and that we needed an answer as soon as possible. We received no response or text message another hour went by my husband called again, and then again and again no response I even tried calling several times myself! ...No response this gentleman has ghosted us!!!! We are very upset about this incident and still have not been compensated or made up for this issue do not spend your money with these crooks!!!!!!!
