I usually get there four hands combo massage. T For the time you determine with the masseuse, they have two people work on you at the same time. One person does back, neck and shoulders, and the other does feet and legs. It's extremely relaxing and one of my favorite ways to spend my day off. They do use pretty strong pressure, so if you're uncomfortable, you have to let them know. It's never naan an issue for them to adjust the pressure. I'll definitely be back!

The massage felt like they were just using their elbows with way too much pressure the entire time. I kept thinking it would get better, but it never did. Not too expensive at $15 for a spa manicure but not worth the poor job. The actual results of the manicure were pretty poor. Really messy filing, polish on my finger tips, I still have dry cuticles left uncut/removed, shaping is poor and lazy and my nails aren't square as I asked. The polish is patchy and all in all I'm a really disappointed. I've had to file them myself when I got back home to remove the rough edges left over. The spa is nice, the staff are polite and it wasn't too expensive but I wish I had gone elsewhere as recommended. Wasted $15 on a pretty rubbish manicure actually.

She also left the door open when I was nude on a table... granted there wasn't anyone there (I think) but still. Not cool. The front desk lady was kinder. I paid in cash and they liked that. They wanted me to come back and give me a better price but I was only in town for a work trip. I don't think I would go back. There's so many good reviews on google but I was a bit disappointed

First, I want to say we are very experienced in receiving massages. We're even members at a spa at home, so we get massages regularly. With that said, my husband & I are in agreement that this was the best massage we've ever had!! Our masseuses were Cici & Oxana. They were fantastic! We both walked away so relaxed & refreshed. After a day at an amusement park, they are exactly what the doctor ordered!!! Thank you ladies!! Oh & let's not forget the receptionist who was super sweet & even wished us a happy anniversary! We will definitely return next time we're in Orlando!!

My husband specifically booked a back-only massage because he does not like his feet being touched, and they repeatedly ignored that and kept touching his feet anyway just to push upgrades. As for my massage, I told the therapist multiple times that the pressure was too hard, and they completely ignored me. I was uncomfortable and in pain the entire session. When my time was up, instead of ending professionally, I was asked if I wanted to continue. When I said no, I was given a hard slap on the back and a rude "time's up." This was, without question, the worst massage I've ever had. I am still in pain days later -- it honestly feels like I got hit in the lower back with a 2x4. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was not busy when I visited and they had a person in the entrance inviting people in for a massage. It is well appointed and looks very nice. It had stone walls, wood floor, red paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling, and pretty artwork on the walls. There are chairs for foot massage along the right, enclosed spaces for table massage and sit up chairs in the center spaces. It was not busy with customers. There were 3 staff available. I chose a 30 min table massage. The massage was rougher than I am used to and I am not a fan of them trying to increase your length of time and cost while I was getting the massage. They asked 3 times but finally accepted that I did not want more than my agreed upon time. The place was clean. The staff was friendly but pushy. The massage was rough but acceptable. The price was a little higher than other massage locations but reasonable at about $40 for a 1/2 hour.

I booked the Allora Signature package and spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying every service. Next time in town, I will definitely book another Allora spa day. The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. They ask you to arrive 20 minutes early, but there's no reason to: no tour, no walkthrough of the services, no robe, no changing room offered, no one even pointed out the restroom. I was handed a drink and told to "go down the hall, take a right" to the tea room. No escort at a supposed luxury spa. My 90-minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 13 minutes early. I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.
