I sat in that room and waited and could clearly hear Janet chatting with the lady who just came in across the hallway (seemed like the lady stopped by just to chat) They were loud and talking about personal stuff. Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize. NOPE, I guess there is no consideration or customer care. Never going there again, and will no recommend to people. You could the best at your business, but with a treatment like this?! You are a terrible professional and business owner.

It's surprising to me that not many who provide facial services do not do extractions. Not only one person but several people recommended Maria at Skin Dietician. When I arrived at their establishment, I was greeted immediately and treated with warmth and professionalism. Even though we were technically out of the pandemic, the first thing about my appointment that I loved was that I was asked to wash my hands. This place takes cleanliness and hygiene seriously! The room I was shown to was the first room upon entry into the suite. My aesthetician was Maria. In conversing with her during our session, it was evident that she is passionate about her work. And when it came time to doing the extractions, she did not play! She knew that it was a painful process, but she worked fast and cleared out as many pores as I could handle. Sometimes extractions really hurt, especially around the nose area, but that is totally normal! Maria was kind enough to move onto a different part of my face when it was too painful and then return to it later. The spa is a bit tucked away. But just follow Google maps and it will lead you right to it!! I highly recommend Maria and SkinDietician.

Once settled in the lounge chair, a heated lavender eye mask covered half my face to relax me while my hands & feet were massaged and wrapped in paraffin wax plus essential oils before being enveloped in heated mitts. As I melted into the chair, my face was steamed, cleansed, exfoliated, aloe gel masked, tightening masked, moisturized and massaged. My neck, shoulders, and decollage were treated as well. When I was done I didn't look or feel gloopy which unfortunately happens at the end of many facials. All the products absorbed perfectly into my skin and I was ready to go out for the day. The Hydrafacial at the MedSpa uses patented technology to deeply cleanse, extract and hydrate the skin.
