But this was by far the worst curtain bang cut I have ever received. My bangs are incredibly choppy and not what I asked for at all. I asked her to start with it longer then we can see if I want it shorter - and she definitely just went ahead and went for the chop. I asked for longer ends and that didn't happen as well. They left glue all over my cuticles, did poor lining, mixed the diamonds up however they wanted and ruined the heart shape and left some nails crooked. I asked the man doing my nails to re do it several times as he kept messing it up and at some point he got visibly upset and then dropped all the diamonds on the floor which made him more upset, after that his attitude changed and he did a even more worse job on my nails. Soon after I only got $15 on "refunds" and I had to accept it as I was the only person in the salon and didn't want to start problems. However I then sent the lady at the front desk of the salon a message where I then told her.. "Hi, I'm following up about the nail service I received today. I paid $110 for a full set and pedicure that I was really excited about, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor. There's visible glue/acrylic on my skin, the lines are uneven, and the gems were applied very messily. I've attached a photo for reference. I only received a $15 refund, which doesn't reflect the level of disappointment or the cost I paid. I would appreciate a full refund for this experience, as I don't feel the service reflected the price I was charged. Thank you for your understanding" And she never responded, regardless of how they butchered my nails these people don't care about their customers. Please do not come here.

They take their time, they don't judge, no matter how bad my nails look.... They are great when it comes to fixing the broken toe nails and ingrown. Today I came in after not getting my nails done in a few months... I have to admit I don't know how to trim the toe nails properly and they end up awful. Today I was able to come in and get both a mani and pedi. I did the gel on my hands, Mr. Tommy did an inspo design and then regular citrus pedi with regular polish. I am in love with the whole experience and finished look. I feel renewed and so very happy. This was my first time as well as my mom's trying to Dior nail bar. Parking was easy in the front of the salon. We had called ahead and made our appointment for two gel manicures, and two regular pedicures, they were able to accommodate us same day. Upon walking in, we were greeted by one of the technicians, Jing, and she pulled up our appointment and had us sit in the pedicure chairs. We chose the number three pedicure, which allowed us to choose our scent for the pedicure service. My technician ended up being Jing, and my mom had another technician. They give you a warm neck wrap during your service, and it is very relaxing. Both our pedicures were great, we saw them pulling out fresh products to use on each of us. I did not see fresh utensils like files and cutters taken out of fresh packaging, so I can't be sure they were disinfected. That made me a big nervous, but we continued on with the service. After finishing our toes, we were both escorted to the manicure stations. They were able to sit next to each other again, which was nice, as the salon was not very busy during the week. Our services both turned out great, my only concern was not seeing the tools being taken out of fresh packaging. Each of our services were done in sync, and we finished at roughly the same time. At the end of the service after we paid, we were given a candle. I am still not sure if this is a candle for coming in as a first time customer or if this was for the holidays? Either way the candle is very cute, and I was happy to receive it. In total, we paid $195 for our services combined. We tipped $40 on top of that. I thought the price was fair.
