If you like to pay full price for a pedicure to have your feet washed and nails painted this place is for you. I don't understand why they refuse to cut cuticles or get rid of the nasty stuff on heels like every other nail place does. I even asked and she looked at me surprised. I love my normal nail place but I was in a pinch and went to E-nails. I was the first person in the salon. One staff began my nails. She looked worried and used a drill tip I've never seen used and it was rough. Then 5 minutes later another staff took over who also seemed unfamiliar with removing dip she hit my fingers multiple times. Okay now I have the acetone on. Without informing me she leaves to do a pedicure and a THIRD person began to work on my nails. Two nails on my left hand missed having gloss and one of these nails the gloss looks like it's lifting. I went there yesterday for a pedicure and had a little older lady and she asked me 5 times if I wanted gel and I explained nicely I don't want gel, I wear work boots most days and just wanted a little me time. She did them and they needed an extra coat and had bubbles and said that it was cause of the polish and why this is why I should of got gel, when they could of just used another coat cause I could still see the nail :( I'm shy as it is, so I don't like being bullied into something I don't want and then blame the polish for the work not being done correctly. read more

The nails were slanted, sloppy, and cheap quality. I walked in when it was fairly empty yet my service was still rushed. The nail tech did not even pick up the file to attempt to shape my nails. The quality of the paint is cheap and the colors do not even match the nail samples they give you to choose from. The paint job is sloppy and the service was extremely overpriced for the time, quality, and experience level. I simply requested a gel manicure and was disappointed and frustrated to say the least. They're very helpful when it comes to if I don't want this hot towel, warning me of anything I don't want. Very comfy when I'm pretty antisocial! Absolutely horrible. I asked for a full set with round tips and walked out of there with square nails. They do what they want to do and don't actually give you the type of nails you want. My nails were not polished cleanly, it was messy and had not cleaned properly. My nails when you look at it has bubbled in the polish and created little holes in the color on my nails. I took some pictures and will try to find out how to post them on here. When speaking to the owner she is so rude and nasty. I told her I didn't have time to sit there and redo my entire nails, she said oh well enjoy your time out. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON IF YOU VALUE YOUR NAILS! I had been going to e nails for years. It is now under "new management" and the folks that continue to work their are made to out right lie about where two of their manacurists have gone! I made an appointment with Manny and when I arrived was told that he was"on vacation". The person that told me this I assume is the new manager. He assured me that he would take care of me. Oh, he did...in the worst way. It was like he had never done gel nails before. First, he cut my gels down with a pair of scissors! In the process cutting the tip of my middle finger! He did no clean up of excess gel and my new set of nails popped off within a week! I understand that Manny is now working at Magnolia salon and Emily is in the Winter Garden Village. I wish them nothing but the absolute best. When the two of them were at e nails it was a pleasurable place to go to to have your nails done. Now there is a pall that hangs over e nails. I tried to make an appointment with either Manny or Emily the other day,(before I had heard they moved on) and the person outright LIED to me and said they ,"were on vacation...yes...they eent together". Just got back from E Nails and will never go back. The tech started to do my toes with unsanitized tools that she just used on another client. I stopped her and she went and retrieved a new package. This is unacceptable, not to mention against the law. She started my pedi way after the lady next to me and I was done way before. Both of us were getting the same $25 pedi. She kept getting up and down while doing my nails, even sweeping the floor. When I left I told the owner about the unsanitary tools she didn't even apologize. She just said she would tell the girl. Sanitation is no joke. Being busy is no excuse for this kind of service. read more

I went to e-nails Clermont a few months ago and asked for an American manicure in bubble bath and funny bunny and had photo to show. The nail tech looked at the photo and did an excellent job. Went yesterday to get the same American manicure with same photo. Different tech! She looked quickly at photo and said yes. I had two broken nails that were shorter than the rest. Rather than cut all of them down to the level of my two shorter ones I asked could I get a nail extension on the two shorter ones. She could barely speak English and she sounded like she was saying no, cut them down, too long. I couldn't make out what she was saying. When she brought out a tray of extensions I was relieved that she was going to extend my two broken ones. Well.... now the horror starts. After placing tips to my two shorter nails she then cut down my beautifully grown longer ones, they ended up being shorter than the extended ones. I made it very clear I wanted an American, but she did a French. The white tips had already cured before I realised that she was creating a French and not the American I had asked for. When I mentioned that this was not American she tried to say in her extremely poor English that American no good, French much nicer. So.. my nails are uneven in length, uneven in width and a French when I asked for American. This manicure was being done for my 30th wedding anniversary cruise. I'm very unhappy. I should have refused to pay but I'm not a confrontational person and I'm a little shy so I just paid and left. She just wanted to do what she wanted. Either that or just very poor communication skills. I know their English isn't great so that's why I brought photo in. If I told the owner and they agreed to re-do them, to be quite honest I didn't want to put my nails through a soak-off and any more trauma. Won't be going back!! read more

I have been going to E-Nails for over 3 years, highly recommend this place! They are professional, clean and do an excellent job on your nails. The owner goes out of her way to greet you and thank you for your business. I recently moved from the area and drive by no less than 20 nail salons to get there. My nails and skin start to cause me pain if not cut right and they always take care of me perfectly. This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to outside of going to an actual spa. It's clean, the massage chairs are so comfortable, you can see they use clean tools, and everyone is so nice. Their prices are a few dollars more than others around, but you definitely get what you pay for. I now find myself comparing every other nail salon I visit to here, and I have yet to find one that's even come close. I don't go anywhere else now. read more

I have gone here on and off for five years. Lately, it has become my go-to pedicure place. The regular pedicure is great, but my favorite is the pedicure with the paraffin. It is $10 more but other salons charge more and don't give the same level of service.
