A very competent lady did my pedicure; it was really thorough. However, when It came to applying nail polish, she didn't seem as skillful. The paint was uneven, and it didn't improve when she applied more layers. I also had dip nail polish on my hands. The supposedly exact match polish was not. So they looked for an alternative and I must acknowledge they were very apologetic and kind. To apply the new paint they sanded down the nails. Again, this didn't work, since my fingernails chipped two days later, revealing the mismatched polish underneath. I am really sorry to have to write this review as they really tried to please me. But I still had to pay $100 for such a botched job (mani + pedi). read more

Went in for an acrylic fill today. Mr. Le did my fill! I am so happy with the results. I brought my own gel color and we was so kind about using it. He was incredibly thorough on the shape and thickness of the fill and did them thinner which I like best. I just moved here and am pleased to have trusted my gut to check them out. I want to see how long they last before lifting. Once two weeks go by if they are still on well, I'll add it to five stars. Today the place was quite but it was clean and decently organized. Though the slowness is unusual for a Saturday, I appreciate the quick attention and the effort and time spent on detail. Only 2 little things that weren't so great, 1st the colors weren't even closed to the ones I wanted( no big deal really, I still like them.) The guy who did my nails was nice, and did a good job overall. It wasn't exactly what I asked for but overall I like the nails, however the woman who waxed my eyebrows was very rude and rough. She kept insisting I get my upper lip waxed and I told her no probably about 6 times. Eventually she decided she would cleanse my lip anyway and try to wax it even though I said no. Then when I told her to stop she was very aggressively tweezing my eyebrows lol. I don't live in the area so I won't be back but I wouldn't go back even if I did. Also, my daughter hoped to get a light pink gel pedicure, yet every color they tried was completely sheer. When apologizing and explaining the right color she wanted, they acted frustrated and rude. We had to get her normal polish instead of gel and then were charged extra for the removal of the single layer of gel placed on her toes. My first visit was on a Sunday and I was a walk-in, I had to wait because they are not fully staffed yet but totally worth it. Everyone is very friendly. I got the stress relief pedi and I was melting in the chair. I think my massage was nearly 40mins. The whole salon is super clean, they use one time liners in the tubs and one time use nail files as well. Very reasonable pricing, you will get your money's worth so you should tip well. He stays current on trends and made my transition from gel builder/acrylics to dip nails so easy!! The dip nails are so much better for your nail bed, they are lighter and no UV light.
