I called at 4pm because I didn't want to go in and have a huge wait time. The person whole answered the phone stated that I could come in at 5pm as a walk-in. That worked for me so I went and did a few errands. I showed up a few minutes before 5pm and their lobby was full of people waiting. I had to wait 20 minutes which I was originally annoyed about. The male that you see in my picture on the left did my manicure. He apologized for having to wait for so long which helped. He did a great job. I then had to do my pedicure and got Annette. She did an incredible job and never felt rushed. She communicated with me well which was nice. The place was clean and stylish. That chair though, wow! I think I died and went to heaven. I visited yesterday evening for the first time and I was very impressed. The salon was very clean and I didn't have to wait at all, I was seated right away. After getting started I remembered I had a prior engagement that I completely forgot about. I found a place closer but my nails lifted from the cuticle which is very painful so I went back to this place I asked the manager to take care of me since I was so pleased with him he said he couldn't even though the business was not even crowded! He referred me to a lady I'd never seen before I reluctantly went to her area! She broke my nail off burnt my cuticle area left the color I came in with in total she did a sloppy job! Please ask for Pricing: Normally, I do not typically post any negative comments even if I received bad service; However this time my feelings were hurt. I went to this establishment earlier this month which the male owner did an excellent job. I kept my nails on for 3 weeks. I didn't want to take them off but it was time.lol I tried to ask for him again but he doesn't take any appointments so I went to another nail technician which to be honest did not like how he executed my nails.I should have went with my gut when he started them off wrong to just let him take off and leave. Nevertheless, I stayed and allow him to finish and recieved a woman to do the design which still didn't come out right. I didnt really complain but just sat there listening to my gospel music. I didn't even have a full set but they replace 4 nails because of the prior color I had which was green. They were acrylic gel nails, long, oval shape, simple design which I put the picture online.They try to explain the cost which I didn't get mad but I felt they were getting upset bc I was confuse and questioning what I had done on my prior visit which was $69.00 and I had a full set, hand designs, long, oval shape, ombre which again was BEAUTIFUL. After they ran my card to pay they didnt even hand me a pen to right my name, I had to reach over and grab a pen by their cash register if they were disgusted by me or something. I was not happy with my past couple experiences. They are really unclear about their prices. I got my nails done last week and they did so bad. They don't believe in nail polish remover, they would rather drill off your polish and ruin your nail bed. This was my go to nail spot for awhile out of convenience but if I'm going to spend the money, I'm not coming back here again. Here's my issue with this place, there's no price list. You never know what you're being charged for and how much, they just give you a price at the end. I asked for a refill which is typically $55, I showed a picture of what I wanted and described what I wanted and did not get the outcome and on top of that the bill was $85...wtf. The nail tech did more than a refill, and I asked for a design and they don't tell you they're going to do more or that it's going to be extra and by how much. It's disheartening because you can't be certain if you're being charged correctly. I ended up spending 5 hours altogether for what was supposed to be a refill and then I wasn't happy with how they looked so another tech had to fix it for me. I did try and communicate throughout to make sure I was getting what I asked for but it didn't work out. I also didn't realize at what stage in the process it was being done differently than I asked for because I don't specialize in nails. They were helpful in fixing it although I don't think it was worth the price and experiences I've had. I also agree with the reviews about the communication. read more

Very disappointed- I had a full set of pink and white. I asked the nail tech to do a thinner white for me. I left with the chunkiest, trashiest nails I've ever had. AND I paid for them. My nails are so short because the tech tried to compensate for the thickness of the white.. all I needed was a clean looking for a wedding I'm in this weekend. Besides my horrible nails, the place is disgusting. All corners have piles of dust and the bathroom is disgusting. The sinks where you wash your hands have dust all on the sides and bottom of the vanity. This place needs a serious deep clean and a lesson in customer service. read more

The man doing another ladies nails next to me let me know he was going to be my tech. I understand the busy season, just communicated better with the client. He did really well with my nails. Will I come back.... maybe? It was 30$ for a gel mani. Same price I pay at in downtown orlando where there's better communication with the clients, and I actually get a smile when I walk in. Just left after not being greeted upon entering the salon. My sister and I wanted to get our eyebrows waxed and possibly mani's depending on the service. I'm huge when it comes to service and hospitality. This is a beautiful, modern nail salon located near several central shopping "hubs" in the area, making it easy to pop over when running errands. They were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday to fix a DIY dip-powder experience gone wrong before I was leaving town for a work trip. They have a wide selection of powder and gel polishes, and the dip powder they use is light but sturdy. I always wait to review until 2 weeks later, and I am pretty impressed with the quality. No chips or broken nails. The topcoat gel polish is still going strong, with just some wear on a few nails (and I am super hard on my hands). I also got a regular pedicure, and was pleased with the results. My technicians were a little quiet and the TV wasn't playing anything interesting, so I was happy that I had a book with me to pass the time. I went to MT nails once a long time ago, and I remembered it being very nice. So I took my mother and best friend there for manicures and pedicures last week. It was still, just as beautiful as I remembered. Very clean and beautiful decor. Great for photos. However there were a few issues during our experience. I had asked for white gel Polish, and being an inexperienced salon-goer, I didn't realize that they were using dip instead. It turned out okay, but it wasn't what I had asked for. My mother just wanted clear Polish after her manicure. They left her in the chair for 30 minutes and forgot to finish the clear coat!! She had to ask for them to come back and finish her nails, and then they just walked away again. She had to get herself out of the chair (normally they open the armrest and help you out), and for being a woman over 65....I just don't think that was respectful. I wish I could leave a better review, we did love the place overall but my mother's experience was not ideal. read more

I was extremely excited to come here and take my niece to get her nails done for the first time. NEVER AGAIN. We did come as walk ins so was expecting to wait but they took me in first right away. Started filing of my previous design and than a person who had appointment walked in and I was left for 30mins sitting there for the lady to attend the women who had the appointment. (Not my issue even though it was annoying) than she came back to started to finish my nails. At this point my niece (12yrs) was taken at a chair completely far away from me where I couldn't check the workand showed how wanted her nails. Simple Minnie Mouse with polkadots and the results look like polkadots gone wrong. As the lady was finishing my nails Another appointment came in and I think she has to wait 1hr just for her nails! I was referred to MT Nails by a colleague. I've been going here for 1 year and this will be my last visit solely based on customer service. May does my nails and she does an excellent job at it. But her attitude and customer service towards me is horrible. I usually ignore and tolerate it because she does a phenomenal job with my nails. She doesn't engage in any conversation with me during my service. If I attempt to ask her a question, she responds with one word. It's as if I'm being a bother to her to get my nails done. When I wash my hands she doesn't lotion my hand as if she doesn't want to touch me. So with that said I'll be seeking a different nail salon to get serviced. read more

The place I usually go for nails didn't have any openings so this salon looked nice online and I scheduled an appointment. The salon appears clean and nicely decorated. The manicurist I was assigned was very rude. She acted like she would rather be anywhere but doing my nails. She did not speak to me at all and just pushed my feet and hands around. It was sad because there were several other people working there that seemed so much nicer. She did an ok job but I won't be back. Also, I'd ask for prices. I saw another review that said her total seemed ridiculous. I made an appointment for two people two days ahead. When I arrived for my appointment we were immediately "greeted" with a strange look and two employees asking very rudely"do you have an appointment?" We told them we did and they all started talking to each other. We washed our hands and they acted like we weren't welcomed. Another employee asked us again if we had an Appointment and went to check the books. I saw my name clearly on the page but they said we didn't have an appointment and just left. They left us there without saying anything to us and making us wait. The service was terrible and the employees were all extremely rude and not to mention the OVER powering smell of acetone! .
