While I had a good experience, it was very basic and missed the mark on luxury for me. I used Disney transportation to get to the spa and it took almost 2 hours to get from my resort (Pop Century) to the spa - allow plenty of time to get there! I thought the spa was hard to find. There's not a lot of signage and it is not inside the resort. You will need to walk outside to the separate spa building. The Cast Members were all wonderful. I was given an in-depth tour of the facilities and left to change into the comfiest robe ever. Unfortunately, there were no seats available in the lounge so I had to stand until post-service guests left. There were lots of people talking loudly or even taking phone calls inside the locker room which detracted from the experience. My massage was $200 plus tip for 50 minutes. I thought this was pretty expensive and I was disappointed that it was not a very luxurious experience. The lotion used was ice cold and my therapist was a little loose with the draping which sometimes made me feel very exposed. The massage itself was nice, with good pressure, but I thought it was on the same level as what I get at my local spa for $85. Overall, this was just an okay experience and not a great value. I don't think I'd come back again, but I'm glad I tried it out.

I would note that they do a thing where you pick a colored stone before the treatment and that ends up matching an essential oil that they will use during the treatment

I felt pressured multiple times to upgrade to more expensive polish and add designs, which made the experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my cuticle was also cut during the service, which was not ideal. While the final result was good, the customer service and overall experience could definitely use improvement.

I called in advance and asked if I needed an apt or could I just come in, they said no worries come in. I get there it's nice inside, nothing over the top just simple. I was greeted and I asked who was the best to do my eyebrows was told who, but then was told but pick the first available. No I'm picking who I want to - especially when your machine gave me an option to pick someone. So whatever I got the person I wanted and while she did a really good job, she did try to upsell and I told her no. The vibes changed quickly. Anyways I go to pay with my Venmo card and with my Venmo card every transaction sends me an immediate text and email. So I go to pay and I get my text and email and the guy checking me out said it didn't go through. I literally show him the phone, I'm showing you it went through. He insisted it didn't go through. I had to be at work soon, so whatever i knew I would contact Venmo and handle it- so I pay NOW with my bank card and that worked as well. So I was charged twice. Because he did say sometimes Venmo will say pending and not complete, and I agree this does happen but I knew they were being scammy. So contacted Venmo and here is this review. Just careful with this place. I'm still trying to get my money back. I also screenshotted both successful transactions, so if anyone wants to lie I have the proof. It sucks because my eyebrows did look really good but I much prefer to take my business somewhere else where they don't scam. That's why I'm going 2 stars and not one just to be fair because she did do a good job on the eyebrows they just have shady practice.

My wife has been going to this salon since 2018. She used to walk in, but because of her limited…read morework schedule, she started making appointments. She always booked with Nerith because he did a great job. Unfortunately, her appointments with him were double-booked not once, not twice, but three times. The first time, she arrived for her appointment only to be told someone had double-booked him. She let it go because she understood that mistakes happen, and she saw another technician instead. It happened a second time, and again she let it go. Last Thursday, she specifically told the receptionist to please make sure her appointment would not be double-booked because it had already happened twice. She was assured everything was confirmed. On the day of her appointment, Nerith called to tell her he had already been booked with three other clients at her appointment time and couldn't take her. He asked if she could move to 5:00 p.m., so she adjusted her work schedule. Within five minutes, he told her that wasn't available either. He said he'd call her back, but never did. She even texted the personal number he had given her, and her message was left on read with no response. Since he doesn't work weekends and she needed her nails done for a wedding, she called the salon on Saturday and asked if either V or Leah was available since they had done her nails before. She was told Leah was on vacation and V was off, so she was booked with Tom. About an hour later, she received a call from the receptionist, Valentina, telling her that the technicians she had been seeing + TOM AND COCO no longer wanted to work with her because they hadn't been able to satisfy her and that she should find another nail salon. I was shocked, and more importantly, so was my wife. In almost eight years, she has NEVER been rude, disrespectful, or demanding. She has always tipped every technician and has rarely asked for anything to be fixed. On a couple of occasions, she noticed bubbles in her polish or asked for the nail shape to be even. Even then, she was polite, accepted the service, and still tipped. When she asked for a reason, none was given. She was also told there was no manager available, but later the receptionist said a manager had instructed her to call, which was confusing and made it seem like she wasn't being truthful. Looking back, my wife ignored too many red flags because the salon was convenient and close to our home. She should have left after the second double-booking. Instead, after years of loyalty, she was simply told to find another salon without any explanation. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we've had. My wife was left feeling hurt, disrespected, and completely blindsided. After being a loyal customer for nearly eight years, she expected honesty, professionalism, and basic respect. Unfortunately, she received none of those. Needless to say, neither my wife nor our family and friends will be returning to this salon!!!!!!!
