The room was dimmed almost like a spa setting that should've been the first red flag, I layed down and she put some kind of cleaner on and around my eyebrows which is normal. She started and the wax didn't feel hot she kept going over the same location over and over again. When she was halfway done she then asked how I liked them. I explained I like it thick then thin she said no and did her own thing. Ok no problem they "know best" When she was still finishing up my eye lid was burning not even near my eyebrows and turns out she took a chunk of skin off. When it was completed my eyebrows itched and burned long with burning in my eyes. Not sure if the product that she used was old but the damaged that she did I will not be back nor recommended this facility for eye brow waxing.

This man cut my toenails down so low you could see the nailbed. Not only were my toenails too low but they were cut crooked. Common sense would dictate that even though I told him to cut down low, nobody would mean past the actual nail bed. Then he rubbed my feet so hard with callus scrubber that it left a gash on my pinky toe. It is now Friday and I still cannot wear closed toed shoes. Because the sides rub on my toe and it not only hurts but it makes it bleed again. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They hire people who don't know what they're doing and cut you. These asians must not want repeat business from blacks because they are all the time drawing blood from me. I specifically asked the leader to give me someone that would not cut me. And it's not just ben, it's been at least 7 other asians that have made me bleed. I don't have thick cuticles so I don't know what they're cutting so deep for. Later, I simply asked the technician to make them slightly slimmer. My pinky nail looked fine at first, but as she continued, the nails became more and more pointed and uneven. They ended up looking like sharp carrot tips, which was absolutely not what I requested. When I complained, they kept saying that I asked for a pointed shape, but I only wanted the nails to be a little narrower, not extremely pointy. The service itself was also painful. During the process, one finger was filed so aggressively that the skin was damaged, and another finger was almost filed until it bled. They didn't even properly remove my cuticles. The first set looked so bad that they offered to remove everything and redo it for free. Unfortunately, the second set was not much better. After I got home, all ten of my fingers were sore and painful. The nail surfaces were uneven and bumpy, and the nails were extremely thick and bulky. The final result was ugly, uncomfortable, and completely different from what I asked for. I have had my nails done many times before, and this is honestly the ugliest set of nails I have ever received. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and in pain. I would not recommend this salon.
