Van nails deserves a 0 star. Van is the owner, she is very rude, unprofessional and it became very clear to me that Van is a racist! Now let me clarify. I have been going to Van for over 8 years, in the beginning she was good, as far as nails, then shop got sloppy and started to rush. Every time she did service for me I tipped her, even when I was very unhappy. Now imagine, going to a business for years and being treated like a stranger. I know I should've been stopped giving her my because she did not appreciate me, my time or money. You reach out for an appointment, you're on time, she's always late, she's had my personal number for years and I've had hers, she never text you and say "hey I'm running behind can you come at this or that time" no. You show up on time she's doing other people nails, and have 2 others waiting and she rushes on your nails! No apologies, no nothing. Years of this! The last straw for me was 2/13/2026, late again!! I sit in the chair after she rushes in, no Hello, how are you" NOTHING! Just started rushing on my nails because two other people were waiting. Then an older white gentleman walks in she says loudly "HELLO HOW ARE YOU" yet I'm sitting in her chair getting services and she says nothing to me after being late!! Fine. Then a white young lady walks in " HELLO HOW ARE YOU, LONG TIME NO SEE, HOW IS YOUR BABY" yet, still doing my nails still says nothing to me. 8 years at this place, my mom, sister, dad, husband goddaughter I've sent them all. She doesn't care! You would think after so many years she would know what you like, no, she rushed my nails, they're all different shapes, they're long and she knows I don't like long! She does what she wants and will argue you down to keep it and tell you what she thinks look better. Let's not talk about prices she cannot be trusted, at all, prices always change. I'm over Van, her nastiness, unprofessionalism, and racism. After I left I text her and told her I was not happy with the service, $58 for a rushed pedicure, feet still rough, no massage, just water, polish and lotion, just horrible all she said was "SORRY" not can I make it right or anything. Felt like a 5 year old did my pedicure. She's a liar and a thief. The time before last my total was $148 I swiped my card she tells me, it didn't go through, but I checked my account and it did, so I used another card, paid her a second time. I showed her and called my bank in front of her she still lied. And I had to dispute and wait for my money, which she returned it because I didn't let up. Stay away from this shop she is very shady! I always noticed how white, and Hispanic people are treated way better! I reached out right after I left and expressed that I was unhappy with the service. Before coming here, I reached out to give her the opportunity to correct it, all I got was "sorry" now imagine how I feel, 8 years to a business only to get treated like crap! read more
