This is my 1st time coming here. I had my nails done and they are absolutely beautiful. I got pink and whites done somewhere else before coming here. Misty did a fill in and cut down for me and I wont go back to the other place that originally did them. The service was here is amazing, the ladies are so friendly and so courteous. I would not recommend this place. I was very happy they had opening on a Friday night but that should have been a clue. My friend and I were getting pedicures and they did a bang up job on both of us. The lady who had me used the electric buzzer for my cuticle work around my toenails and then proceeded to do it on top of all of my toenails, which should not make sense as they were healthy and clean and I was not getting acrylic or gel. For the massage portion was very weak and I totally understand keeping gloves on your fingers but they were a size too big for her so the plastic was rubbing around my leg a little bit more than her fingers were. It was just awkward and bad. They asked multiple times if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure but I always like to see what the basic is first and then go from there. I was not impressed. My friend got an upgraded one because she wanted the extra salt scrub or something, and the lady was okay but literally never cut one of her toenails so her her big toenails were two completely different sizes that was really noticeable if you looked down. I did not look at her toes until we were outside and I told her to turn around and go back in and fix it immediately and she said she would just do it at her normal pedicure place when she got home. She does not do confrontation. Overall it was not a huge deal because toenails can grow out and it will take a couple weeks for everything to go back to normal. So it was a minor disaster if you needed your toes done properly for that day. For us, just having a girls day meeting up halfway, it was not the end of the world. But I would not recommend it for anyone local. read more

I came here to get some full acrylic set gel Christmas nails done for Disney. I was expecting an arm and a leg because where I'm from, it's pretty expensive. To get the full set with gel and design was $55 with NO tax. You read that right, NO TAX. The nails were very cute and definitely worth it. Terrible service, 0 stars! Traveled to Orlando today and decided to get my nails done. Sat down immediately and just needed a gel acrylic fill in. Nail tech cut up my cuticles and then drilled on top of my cuticles. Most of my fingers were bleeding !! I did let the nail tech know it was hurting. It was the most painful nail experience I've had. My nails were extremely lumpy and the polish wasn't applied correctly and several coats were applied. I had acrylic all over my fingers. I had to ask for my nails to be shaped correctly a few times. Paid $60 and as soon as I left I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. They couldn't believe how terrible my nails looked. Do not recommend ! I was there at 9am for an appointment which was suppose to be when they open but she was 10 minutes late. The place was unclean and certainly not well kept all around. The tech was very nice and I asked her to hurry so I didn't miss work and she did try. With that being said, it was the worst nail job I've ever seen. This was one of my worst experiences. This place is so dirty, unsanitary and unorganized. I should have leave from the beginning but I wanted to give her chance. Jenny did my pedicure, which was okay but again it did not look sanitized at all. When we started with my mani she didnt care about how I wanted my nails and plus she was rushing because someone else called to get mani done while she was doing me I even asked her if they were understaffed. I felt so rushed and uncomfortable. I didnt like the single thing she did on my nail and I told her. She mad me bleed and didnt even want to put medicine. When her next client arrived she acted like an angel and wanted me to leave right away , she said its free service. Excuse me. I was not going to pay at all too. You made me bleed and didnt listen what I wanted of course its free also send me with almost half of the arylic on my nail. I had to go somewhere else to taken out. I just got gel pedicure and gel fill. She charged me $105!!! WHAT IN THE WORLD?? And it was not good quality. She charged me $30 for pedicure, told me $5 was for cutting my toenails and $20 for the gel. She then told me my nails were $35 plus gel $15. Never. She missed the front parts of my toenails and I kept having to ask her to get the sides of my nails. She then got distracted when someone came in and rushed her to get finished. I arrived at 9:55 and the place was closed. At 10:15 the place was still closed so I called the number - a woman answered to tell me she had forgotten that her child had soccer practice so she would be late (seriously- are you running a business). She asked me to wait 10-mins which I agreed to. In 10-mins she called to ask me not to leave and someone was on their way. I told I was not going to stay and walked a mile to MJ Nails. First stop once I got in town. It was located a block from my hotel so that was perfect. I was a walk-in the wait was 30mins because there were only 2 techs and they both were working on clients. Once I sat in that massage chair I was in heaven( it rubbed all my knots out from the plane). The technician was attentive and took her time. She did a wonderful job and then cleaned up my eyebrows. She didn't listen and just started adding glitter to hide the none mixed colors. She repeatedly was texting the whole time and I didn't say anything the first two times but she answered phone calls and she went to the back to talk to a different tech for a while I was the only person in the salon and I sat for two hours and my nails weren't done correctly.
