I'm very dissapointed in the results. I came in with my friend because we wanted just simple white toes and white nails. Normal. Not too much. Then the lady says it's 40$ Ok. Atleast it's gonna be good, right? Wrong. There are many missing spots, the nails are clumpy, she did not file them correctly, and i think that nails like this? Should not be 40$. I could've done this at home and it would be way better! Do not come here

They absolutely did amazing on my nails everyone was super nice literally best nail salon in Orlando. 100% only nail salon I'll ever go to reasonable prices and everyone is super sweet and welcoming really made sure your happy with your nails 10/10 if I could give more stars I 100% would !

Terrible service and overpriced. Will never come back here again. I arrived at 11am, along with another lady. The person who was there did not do manicures only pedicures so we had to wait until someone else showed up. I asked if I could look at the dip powder colors and the lady did not even understand me. The guy who was originally helping me told me to wait 15 minutes after he wrapped my hands. (I arrived at 11am, left at 12:50pm and I was doing just my hands & 1 color) He passed me off to another person, lastly they charged me $40.00 when I've had a mani & pedi done for $55 before. (With a much better job!) Terrible service, inconsistent prices.

my nails look terrible. they look worse after the fix! I asked for a refund because they didn't even cover the full nail in polish and they are bulky and not what I asked for. they proceeded to block my number after I wanted a refund. Victoria wanted me to come back a 3rd time after the 1st 2 attempts on the same set failed and refused a refund. i had issues with specifically Kathy and Victoria. they get upset when u don't want the service as if they are desperate. terrible experience. read more

Although I appreciate a 15% discount, but not at the expense of 1. Not putting any sort of soap in the water for my pedicure. 2. Using polish that has nail polish remover in it. Therefore, my GEL polish is sliding off my toes. 3.My toe and finger nails are capable of having straight lines. Why are they slanted?? Don't you see they aren't even. 4. l don't like polish caked up on my cuticles. 5. l was not greeted or offered anything to drink. read more

I have had terrible experiences at many nail salons. I relied on google to help me find a nail salon with great reviews. Well, I'm glad I found Precise Nails and Day Spa. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken back for my pedicure. My nail tech was Vivi and she was professional, and had a really nice personality. The quality of her work was excellent!!! She took her time with me and gave me what I what I wanted. I'm glad that I found this salon because I will be back without hesitation!!! I will definitely refer people to her. Holiday special pedicure - Peppermint. It was very good. Was not necessarily a fan of how my toes were painted but I was in a rush and didn't feel like addressing it. It was very quiet and calm there. $84.00 with tip included for a pedicure and gel paint. Pricey in my opinion but I will return and try it once again. read more

Couldn't be any less precise. My gel manicure was done so poorly that another technician, Angie, came to take a look and asked me to come back the next morning for a redo. Angie was very kind and attentive but they charged me an extra $10 to do some kind of better gel. Seeing as I had a bad experience, the fee should have been waived. Angie did a much better job than the first technician but my nails were very, very thick. Not a natural look at all. Expensive and poor quality nails. Steer clear. read more

BEWARE OF TERESA! This is the very first review I ever posted on Yelp, and there's a good reason why Teresa's horrible service drove me to this. Teresa absolutely destroyed my nails. I went in for a removal of the dip I previously had and manicure. What she did instead of soaking my nails to remove the dip as they usually do, she filed them off. And she filed wayyyy beyond the powder that was on my nail bed. She filed so much off that she left my nails with these low areas and extremely think and weak. It's nearly a month after I received this service, and I am still paying the price for her negligence. I can't touch anything with my nails, some of them are so low cut because of them breaking to the point it looks like I bite my nails. THE WORST PART OF IT ALL IS HOW SENSITIVE THEY ARE. I've always had strong thick nails and never experienced such horrific feeling. TERESA completely ruined my nails and nothing but time can repair this. read more

Really cute little salon, went in late morning on a weekday as I was running errands. Angie did my pedicure and did a great job. She was very friendly and helped me out when the color I wanted wasn't available. Charged $35 for the pedicure which I feel is pretty standard. They also give out croissants if you want one and they offer water, coffee and juice while you're getting your nails done. Angie was a great nail tech, very fast and efficient. I'd recommend this salon to anyone especially when they're not busy! read more

I would not recommend going to this nail salon. I went here recently for a nail fill and the guy completely changed the shaped of my nails from square to coffin. He also did not know how to properly drill my nails he kept burning me with the nail drill. They also made me pay 10$ higher than the price what on there website then disputed me for it. Very Unprofessional and the owner is very rude. In addition two of the employees began to laugh when I got into the chair saying that my acrylic was "thick" as one completely changed my nail shape. read more

I am so refreshed! The hour a half I spent here left me feeling like I've been at the spa all day. Love the French nails with the SNS, makes my nails so strong. Betty did an awesome job on my pedicure. The feet of this Alabama-born, barefoot-going woman need all the help they can get. She gives the whole treatment, cheese grater, leg massage, and, best of all, hot towels. read more

I have not been here since Mimi and Ken left. My visit today just put things in perspective that I will only go and let T do my pedicure. My experience with my nails was not good. The design I wanted could not be done. Not to mention they absolutely 100 percent over charged me. As I'm writing this I don't think I'll ever return to this salon. read more

I went in with a recommendation from my mother about this place after another place botched my nails. I was greeted and got serviced by Mimi who turned my botched nails into art. She did an amazing job and didn't even have to keep looking at the picture as she knew what she was doing. Then after I got this nice older lady who treated my toes like gold and with utter care, they came out beautiful! So I would recommend read more

Don't spend your money here ! I got my nails done Saturday May 18th and here it is May 22nd and 3 nails have already fallen off! There should be no reason why I paid 55 bucks just for my nails(didn't even get my toes done) and they are already popping off! I called them today for a refund because I don't even live in Fl , I offered pics , FaceTime call, anything to show the manager or whoever is in charge of the shop my hands and she told me I would have to come in and get a free full set from them! Even if I did live in Florida I would never go back to this shop again! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! read more

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE EVER!!!!!! I've tried to give it a few goes considering they were so close to my home but they are ridiculous. Work is poorly done and when you politely correct them they tell you no. I've left multiple times very disappointed. They are rough and tried popping off my nails and refused to soak them and the second time I returned, the lazy next to me was CRYING in pain as they did the same to her! Then when I came in requesting a specific person they didn't tell me he had other clients and had me sitting in a chair for over 40 minutes before I asked what's going on and their response was that I had to wait for the specific tech. Had they explained he was busy I would have gone with someone else. Money hungry, rude and sloppy. Do not waste your money or time. read more

I understand why people haven't really reviewed this place. It's old. Really old. It's also not very sanitary. Everything from the chairs, to the towels, and most importantly the tools just seemed really worn. Nothing came out of a package and the nail polish colors were severely lacking in variety when compared to other salons in the area. The manicurists were all very quiet... except when speaking to each other. For some reason they seemed to be very loud even though only a few feet apart. My particular manicurists was not as engaging as I would have liked her to be... this may be in part to the severe language barrier. sigh... Will I go back? Not unless I bring my own tools and polish.Can't willingly put myself at risk for diseases. Would I recommend it? No. Unless you're really desperate for something. There are far quality salons in the area available. read more

This is a nice quiet location and it's easy to get in and get out. My favorite tech is Dawn. Her work is clean and she's super sweet. I used a couple other techs before I found Dawn and I wasn't extremely satisfied. But then the nails Gods divinely sent me to Dawn. She's the best! She works Tues-Sat. Make an appt because she can get booked quickly. read more

Terrible customer service!!!! Would not recommend at all. From the moment I stepped in, they were in a rush to get me out. I came in for a pedicure and manicure also to get my eyebrows done which were all overpriced. For a full set with short nails/cuffin shaped which i usually pay $35, I was charged $50. I asked why so much and the guy told me because of the shape. It didn't make any sense at all. My eyebrows, done in less than a minute (I'm not even exaggerating) and wasn't even shaped nicely. Inconsistent pricing and overpriced! Again would not recommend. Don't let the pictures fool you I was the only one they weren't friendly with. BLM! read more

I've had a not so great experience with almost every technician in this place...from one male nail tech constantly checking their phone while working on me, to another nail tech speaking to me disrespectfully, to another nail tech completely butchering my cuticles with the buffer (causing immediate bleeding/pain and scabbing days later), to realizing that their equipment is not being sanitized after every use. I tried to give this place chance after chance due to location and price, but my final straw was the attitude and lack of regard to my concerns on my bruised cuticles. I'm taking my hard earned business somewhere else. No thank you! read more

Marina comes by and we consult, and she tells me that while they don't have a specific color for the design I wanted it would be ok, she can replicate it. It was a long process but that's because of the design I chose, no complaints there. My nails have never looked better, I've received so many compliments about them already. Marina was super gentle, incredibly friendly, very patient and her skills are exceptional. She even took pics and video of the completed design for her IG lol. Even tho it's a bit of a trek from my house, this will be my go to salon for nails. The high rating is legit and well deserved. Thanks so much for everything!

My friend got an upgraded one because she wanted the extra salt scrub or something, and the lady was okay but literally never cut one of her toenails so her her big toenails were two completely different sizes that was really noticeable if you looked down. I did not look at her toes until we were outside and I told her to turn around and go back in and fix it immediately and she said she would just do it at her normal pedicure place when she got home. She does not do confrontation. Overall it was not a huge deal because toenails can grow out and it will take a couple weeks for everything to go back to normal. So it was a minor disaster if you needed your toes done properly for that day. For us, just having a girls day meeting up halfway, it was not the end of the world. But I would not recommend it for anyone local.

Mimi is the best. She has been doing my nails, pedicure and eyebrows for more than three years. I've also had my pedicures done by other nail techs there and they are really good as well. The nail techs are very friendly and nice. They all really care about you and your satisfaction. Their customer care service is awesome. I have personally referred multiple friends and family members to Precise Nails & Day Spa. Both my daughters also go there and I would recommend them to everyone. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the world to get my nails, eyebrows and pedicure done. They do so much more at the spa that you just have to call them up and find out. My 18 year old daughter & my 10 year old daughter went here for a manicure & pedicure. Nothing too extragant.THEY CHARGED MY DAUGHTER $181!!! THEY EVEN CHARGED THEMSELVES A TIP WITHOUT MY DAUGHTER'S KNOWLEDGE!!! When I went there immediately the nail techs tried making up excuses & said there was no manager there! When I walked into the salon, there were only 2 people inside, a young woman and an old man, and neither were a customer. The young woman asked if I had an appointment, I told her no and said "I can come back later if you're not able to take a walk in right now." She said no it was fine, and placed me with the old man for my gel mani/pedi. He was super gentle, however, I'm not sure his eyesight is ok because I had to ask multiple times for him to clean up the edges where the nail polish was on the skin and cuticles. Not only were the edges still rough even after asking him several times to fix it, they were also textured, not smooth. Additionally, 2 days after having my nails and toes done, the gel polish on one of my toes just popped off in one chunk as if it was a press-on. My girlfriend went in later that same day for a basic pedicure and she also got the old man. She said she had to ask him several times to cut her toenails shorter and she ended up leaving the salon with toenails that still needed to be cut. As I mentioned, I really struggled with whether or not to write this review. But after both my girlfriend and I had less than savory (and pricey!) experiences, and also very belatedly reading the reviews of this salon, I feel like management should be aware. There are far better salons in the area. Don't waste your money here. Go where you're going to get what you pay for...Estella's is NOT it.
