the cleanest nail salon i've ever been to! friendly staff that welcomed me in. tons of gel polish, polish, and dip powders for nails. i just got a pedicure, but will definitely come back and get a set of acrylics soon! pricing seemed pretty good ($30 + tip for a basic pedicure). my only critiques are that i wish they had pricing of their services online and that there were different pedicure options/add-ons to choose from. read more

The service for customer service is awful. You make appointment and they leave you sitting forever. The water for pedicure drained because waiting so long. You have one person whos does feet only and one who does nails. The manager is rude and so is the owner. He seems not caring at all. We ask for May and they say she is there all the time and you show up and she's not there. This place is not worth it. To me it is like a sweat shop. Hurry in and hurry to get you out. As for customer service it is horrible. I will never recommend the establishment to anyone. read more

Loved the full set acrylic with gel polish. They clean up cuticles and also under the nail after. They also take their time and don't rush to get the next person . Pedicure on the other hand wasn't that great I've had way better, not sure if it was just the person that did mine but it sucked. Cut my toe nails way to low and everything else sucked. read more

So impressed. They did such a great job. Did dip and they are so much better than what I walked in with. She checked in every step of the way to make sure I was happy with what we were doing. Took what I wanted and made it work for my nails and finger shape. Gave great advice with what would look best on my hands and not just took the picture I gave and did exactly that. A little more expensive than other places I've been but so worth it. Will definitely be going back. read more

Happy with my experience. Although there was a bit of confusion with my Appt time at 3 pm verses someone who "called in yesterday" and I clearly explained that I called a week ago to make my Appt. Then I showed them a design I wanted since a neighbor recommended MAY (owner) who does 3D acrylic art designs. He shows her my photo and tells me there isn't enough time to do the design and I said well I discussed this over the phone with you and you put it in the book what I wanted now you're telling me something different. So I went and said just forget it. Not sure if they saw how upset I was staring at the Wall waiting to be seated, they seemed to have had a discussion in Chinese of course, and he comes to me 20 min late and tells me she can do the design. I go to have a seat in her chair and she nailed every detailed I wanted and it was an over all better experience. I had 8 crystals on each hand 2 fingers with 3 the other with 4. I did a yellow ombré effect. They were super cute. However do I think it was over priced, most definitely. Most ever ever paid for something like this. $65 with this being a fresh new full set, with ombré and design with crystals. read more

I really thought this place would be worth the price because it's beautiful inside but I called in advance to get pricing ahead of time. $40 for acrylic and $25 pedi. No problem. I get there and they start doing gel on my acrylics and I had to ask bc they fail to inform me on the up charge. He said $5 extra for gel. That's fine. Why they charged me $85 in total? $5 EXTRA FOR "long acrylics" and $5 EXTRA FOR "coffin" which I DIDNT ASK FOR NOR RECEIVED. I have no problem with prices, it's the principle behind it and not informing a customer about upcharges. These people are thieves. When there's an up charge at a restaurant the waiter asks if that's ok, these nail salons don't say anything bc that's their scheme. Then they apologized and said I would get a discount next time. There is no next time bc now I don't trust this location. Lost a loyal customer over being greedy. Not to mention he cut me 2-3 times.. I will now pop out my calculator the next time I go anywhere to get my nails done since they wanna play stupid everywhere. read more

Overall the quality of the nail work is good. However, they will try to skimp on the quality of pedicures on teens.. even though they charge the same price as adult pedicures. People pay to have their nails filed and SHAPED, including cuticles as well.. not just covered in nail polish. For a $60 pedicure, I would expect better. I was a pretty regular customer at MT nails but enough is enough. After multiple incidents, I have moved on. Over the last two years I've had my nails done multiple times with MT. I will say the environment is nice and appealing. The staff unfortunately is not. I've called on the phone to make reservations and the person who answers is almost always rude, short, and never cheerful. Go there long enough and you realize they don't have a designated person who answers the phone. It's always, I presume, the owner of the place. That's even more phone when he's the one doing your nails. Which takes twice as long because he's constantly stopping your nails to check his paper reservation book. Another incident is I was a walk-in for nails and rather than tell me they had no one available for a while come back they left me wrapped up in foils to remove my nails for AN HOUR. Will say I have been to multiple places before and no one has ever left me in a chair with both hands wrapped for an hour. Had my whole wedding party there a few days for my wedding and we'll just say the quality my friends were not happy with which is embarrassing when you have them done there. Multiple of them had mentioned their gel/dip nails chipping after just two days. The last straw was the day I called on a Thursday to make a reservation for my out of town mother and I to have manicure and pedicures done on Saturday. We showed up, stated our names for the reservation and were told to go wash our hands. A usual for that place which I loved. Everyone has clean hands from the start. As we wait in the very small area for our assignments the owner/manager, again I presume (as he's the guy who always walks around and checks on everyone, answers the phone, and manages the reservation book while doing nails) asks why we are present. Again, I state our reservation. The guy sifts through the book and states that my reservation was for Friday and that we had missed it. He said, "Well, there is a wait now" I explained my mom was here from out of town and he says "Well you'll just have to wait". He didn't proceed with any conflict resolution AT ALL. I'm a pretty reasonable person and so is my mom. Really, if he had just said I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, TOLD US HOW LONG THE WAIT WAS, and said we'll give you both $5 off your total service - we would have gladly sat down and waited. But he just stood there. Didn't even tell us how long the wait would be. With no remorse. read more

Went in with my niece for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. The guy that did my niece was very nice took his time with her manicure and pedicure. He started her pedicure before mine was started by one of the ladies. She rushed my pedicure and finish before the guy when he started first, did not do a massage, and never ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. When it came to my nails, I ask for a simple flower design on two finger which are usually hand drawn, however she brought out stickers to use and I said okay I guess we will try them. She proceeded to do my nails but the stickers were not staying down so she kept putting top coat to make them stay and it came out bumpy and I even. I then said I did not like it and let's just do all the same color no design. She tried to convince me it was good cause she didn't want to change it. Once she started to change it she was being rough and once done she didn't offer lotion or massage which the guy did for my niece. She rudely said your done while walking away and did not ask if it's okay or anything else. Once paying they don't let you know how much each thing is and after the lady was rude I didn't want to ask for a breakdown because like others said they don't have prices anywhere. If I could recommend 0 stars for this place I would. Well I was scheduled for 3:15 and I was moved from one nail tech to another and back to the original one because another customers appointment was at 4pm... so 1 they did not have the color they were advertising, 2 I have to change seats because another customer had an appointment after mine, 3 I left there 3 hours later (just getting my nails done) because my 2 appointment for 3:15pm that were made they did not have the availability. The best part, it was my fault they didn't have it available! WOW the customer service here is just Fantastic. On top of it, they want to talk crap to each other. Guess what you're doing A fantastic job. At this rate, you'll be under new management for the 3rd time since you've opened. I would not recommend this place to say the least. read more

if i can rate this a 0 i would i did not like how MT nails treated us and did my nails.me and two other friends went on a thursday to get our nails done for prom it was our first time going to MT nails we decided to go to that place since a lot of the girls in our school was talking about it. one of my other friend was talking about MT nails it was also her first time going she said that it was 45 for a full acrylic set that thursday we were going to go me and my friends called them to see how much it was going to cost they said 18 for a full acrylic set and 25 for a pedicure i was like bett. i told my friend that it was actually 18 not 45 she was also like bett. okay we get there and they didn't even welcomed us or said nothing we told them how much is it and they changed the price to 30 for a full acrylic regular nail polish. me and my friend was going to get pedicure and full acrylic set and my other friend was just getting a acrylic set the lady that was doing my pedicure was ridiculous she painted my toe nails white my toe nails have been drying for about 1 hour while they were finishing with my friends nails first of all once the lady finished with my pedicure she just left didn't tell me to go dry my toe nails like the lady my friend got told her to she just left me there not knowing what to do. so they finished with my friends nails i was my turn i'm a picky person on my nails so tell me how when he was doing my nails he got a text he stops doing my nails and reach out for his phone and just sits there for like 3 mins not saying excuse me or sorry. i swear he was missing so much steps that i noticed he was harsh on my nails. he took so long in filing it which they ended up looking like trash i had pretty much every shape i had almonds i had square i had everything which i asked for coffin he didn't do his job good which i was very unhappy with the results it also was crooked and wasn't good i being a shy and a nice person i didn't say nothing i left paying them $60 in total i didn't leave tip they didn't even say thank you nothing i don't recommend this place at all read more
