They were very accommodating, I was taken to the chair as soon as I checked in at the front desk and they had tons of options for colors. I loved my tech he was quiet but very friendly when we spoke. He also was VERY FAST! While this may not be everyone's cup of tea it was exactly what I needed for a quick in and out/reliable manicure. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. As I was having the pedicure, the lady next to me was getting her manicure and pedicure at the same time in the massage chair. However, my technician asked me to come to her table for the manicure. I asked if I could stay in the chair a few more minutes. About five minutes later I moved to the table, and put my hand in the manicure bowl. I told the technician the water was cold. She said, "that's because I was waiting for you." She did not put a towel down; I had my arms on the cushion with no cover. Then she took her manicure clippers from her cat paw cover, cut my cuticles, and put her clippers back inside the cat paw cover. That is definitely not sanitary and not according to health codes! When l called to complain, the owner told me I was wrong. All tools are sanitized between customers. I told him you can't put a little rubber cover inside that machine. Decided to give this place a try today for a leg wax and a mani/pedi. It was a really great experience. Both girls who helped me did amazing jobs. This was by far my best leg wax ever. My legs were perfectly smooth and didn't have patches of hair missed! The girl was super nice too. For my mani/pedi, I had a second girl and she also did a really great job. If only one could leave a ZERO stars review. I call several days in advance to make a reservation to get my nails done. I come in on the day of at the time "booked" and no one is available. I wait for about 5-7 minutes while someone becomes free and the man who is the owner approaches me and says "what your color?" I show him the inspiration picture from Pinterest and he says "you need dip, it's not gel, cannot do in gel!" Fine, then I say powder dip it is like this please. Then a guy, Aiden becomes available, I show him the same photo he suggests adding tips since my nails are so short. He proceeds to glue my own fingernails to my skin and then more glue to add the tip and it's just a bit of a mess, to which he says will be fine because he just "file off excess". Then he gets up and gets a few powder dips and proceeds with what looks like white out. I ask him what this is? And he asked the girl next to him who tells him he needs to do an ombré to achieve the look of the photo of the inspiration photo I showed them. He continues to speak to the gal and just does this caked on mess on my fingers in white out powder stuff with enough excess that he could do two sets of nails. I ask him if he is gonna make it like the photo he says: "Yeah, yeah" grabs some glitter and dabs it in the dry brush and sprinkles on the nail. Then adds more powder and makes this bulky mess. I tell him this is Not what I wanted and if he could not make the inspiration nails that would have been fine if at least he would have told me. And if at least he did a good job on the dip powder nails not the mess on my fingers. I pay $60 for this and tell the girl helping me with the check out. This is Not what I wanted and asked her if it was normal to cake on so much product and the nails to look bulky, uneven and patchy like this? It looks like I got dollar tree stick on acrylics in white out color! She agrees and says "this is not what you wanted I understand and what you have there is white" . I told her I wasted two hours and cannot waste more time I have another appointment and I don't want this like this, she says she can schedule me for the next day, tomorrow December 23, 2023, at two pm. I said fine but Not with Aiden because look at this mess. Come back the next day the owner is there behind the cash register and starts arguing " why didn't you tell him it was the wrong color when he was making them?" I told him I did and it was aside from the color issue. It was the way it was done. It's the actual horrible look up the amount of excess product on the nails and the fact that he just kicked it on they're uneven, it's bulky, and they looked terrible. He said OK now Aiden is coming to fix, I said absolutely not anybody else, but Aiden, because he cannot do them clearly. They are speaking Vietnamese not realizing that it's easier to understand than you think especially when you have a translation application open it is after all 2023 they all start talking about the lady who's Complaining About Aiden not being able to do her nails. Amongst other things, I'd rather not share. A young woman approaches me, ask me what's wrong I tell her I show her and I explain to her I don't want white, I don't want all this product everywhere on my fingers, I want the nails to be even, and ideally, I want this color that I had originally showed him when I made the appointment. She assures me that it won't be white and that she's going to fix which just showed me that they don't care and will say anything just to get you done with without actually fixing it. Well, she did file down all that mess and correct the excess of the white out mess bulk dip that Aiden did. She charged me another seven dollars because she had to pull out a sticker in a snowflake form to cover up the mess. As you can see, not only did she not make the nails I asked but additionally charged for a design and you can see where it was all a miss. This was an absolutely horrible first impression, and a horrible vibe and a horrible experience. The price is not worth it. They have no respect, thinking one does not understand, and do whatever they want say yes, even though not doing what you were asking or admitting to not being able to do it. When you enter the salon you sign in with a touch screen. This allows you to pick your services and your favorite employee. Their prices are similar to the other salons in the area. I was limited on time so I chose the Aroma Pedicure. ($45.00) It comes with a sugar scrub, aroma soak, nourishing mask, massage cream and paraffin wax. You also get to pick your scent. The massage was AMAZING and I was very pleased with the entire process. It was the best pedicure that I have received and definitely recommend giving them a try. read more

They were very busy and I sat in the massage chair with my feet in water for about 29 minutes before anyone started doing anything for my pedicure.
